Really good clean and beautiful hôtel , near every location in Shanghai The view is amazing And the personnel is really pro I recommend the room service as the food arrivé fast and is really good I recommend the hôtel overall

It's within a short walking distance of The Oriental Pearl Tower. The breakfast spread was great. The only complaint I have is there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom at night

The staff was also kind enough to offer a complimentary birthday drink and fruit. The room had a Nice open view balanced between the city and the river. The Cozy bedding was good, too

The final visit to the jazz bar was really nice. The bar had THE VIEW, and the staff were very friendly. We Will definitely come back next time

We celebrated a birthday in Pudong and picked Shangri-La as an impromptu destination. It was a Perfect location for leisure and nice dining

Room nice, big balcony. Service good! The breakfast a little poor in my opinion, don’t ask too much.. but only bananas as fruits(?) Anyway, considering the price… I’ll be back 😁 I can buy some fruits myself 😅

Very good hotel where for a low budget you can have a service apartment it has a pool and sauna and sport facilities and convenient located close to Metro and large shopping mall and the French consession

Stayed there for 5 weeks, good rooms, nice swimming pool and a great balcony in the 31st floor. Just need to renew some parts but a perfect price for a long term stay.

However I had to ask some local shop owners to guide me. Would be best if the hotel had a photo guide of the location. Would stay again though, the staff were friendly and the price was fair

Good room, comfortable bed nice bathroom etc. The location was a little tricky to find, you need to go into a residential area first then you’ll be able to see it easily

(And I think it was hard to explain my vegan diet more on a conceptual or cultural level than them not understanding my English ?) There were walkable sights (an awesome sculpture garden is less than a mile away) and I had a great view of the city from my room

I was staying at the hotel because the function I was attending was located there. That being said, I am glad because I had a really enjoyable stay. The room, executive lounge, and spa amenities were wonderful

While it was sometimes difficult to communicate with staff in English, the staff really tried their best to address any needs

The mattress was great, the bath was great, and I loved the steam room in the gym facilities. The executive lounge had a fairly good selection of food multiple times a day, but breakfast was my favorite!

The service at the hotel was great, we enjoyed the room and the breakfast buffet, and the Mediterranean Brunch at the Spanish restaurant was delicious. The price was also great for the location and quality

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights because we came to see Sunset Boulevard. The hotel was perfectly located to get to the theatre and close to other sightseeing spots too

I checked in late at night and there was a minor delay with my luggage, I spoke to the manager on duty once and immediately he apologised, gave me reason and gave me complementary breakfast

Anyways, on the plus side, the bed was comfy, the river view is beautiful and the few staff members I came across were very friendly and just about everyone spoke some level of English, which to me is a must when it’s an international hotel

This is not Hilton hotel anymore. It is now changed to Kunlun hotel. The 30-year Hilton at this location has become history

This hotel is located at heart of Shanghai, you can just walk 2 minutes to subway No. 13。 Excellent location, restaurants and shops are nearby. Room is clean and we received a welcome fruits on the first day

Great location, very near to the shopping street. The service is ok. However, the breakfast could be improved. I stayed for 4 nights and the food is exactly the same everyday 炒菜建议换下，每天都完全一模一样，吃4天吃腻了

It is very good hotel for travel. I have dinner with friends on 42 floor circle restaurant. We enjoyed good night views with very delicious food. For in house guest we got 15%off.

Breakfast menu is perfect for Indian vegetarian visitors. Near to Subway if you want to travel to local places. Most of the Staff can understand and reply in English

The hotel is in a great location with stunning views. Louis is very professional and friendly, and there is a swimming pool and gym with complete facilities. Perfect service, would go back to this hotel 100%

The upgrade to a room with a view of the Bund is good, but again not exactly worth the money due to it being somewhat obstructed by an adjacent wall, and that also being the only window in the room

Very nice hotel, can’t help but feel that it is overpriced though. Not that there is anything wrong with the rooms, it just not value for money. I would expect more for the prices you have to pay

Absolutely friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful view and lobby albeit slightly dated room. Had to wait for my room past 2pm but that was acceptable. Overall excellent! Would recommend.

Jeremy the bell boy was so helpful and pleasant. He helped with my luggage, getting a cab, talking to the delivery guy and running around the whole looking for my delivery

Perfect for children, nice pool and playgrounds, loads of options for breakfast and three restaurants on site. Also a cool brew house on site too! Worth a staycation!

 Kerry Sports/Pool is very nice, but required swimming cap for kids, but did not provide any, which would have been helpful

Amazing place to stay. Especially for Indians as they have a great Indian chef. The rooms are large and spacious and the stay here is very comfortable. They have a SPA, gym and swimming pool as well as a tennis court.

Many weekends were spent relaxing there. This is a great hotel, good value, generous amenities. the only opinion is that the check-in and check-out time is unacceptably long.

The front office is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a very good range of food. The Chinese restaurant at the lobby is not very customer service minded though, also not all can speak English in this restaurant

TV show quality is not good although cable is available but they're not good screen quality (don't expect HD). Shower and bath tub is very nice and clean. Free WiFi is available but not good quality

The location was great and the breakfast was amazing. The club benefits are excellent, especially the afternoon tea. I strongly suggest you upgrade to it because it's good value for money

When I arrived the hotel, Mr Kiven Tang arranged a room at the 36th foor with an amazing view of the skyline of Lujiazui, of course I took some pictures from the window of the room

The lobby looks grand, room is clean and spacious, has bath tub but unfortunately no bidet. Breakfast is alright, they have proper coffee, bacons and eggs and fresh fruits

Managers in this hotel care about their guests and will refund or discount any service that was not to your satisfaction, they will even through in some compensation drinks!! Rooms are clean and the sizes are very good! Location is very nice for tourists as shopping and many things are within walking distance! Also the hotel is connected to a shopping mall!

Cross the road is the metro station. There is a collect locker for Taobao just outside the side entrance of the hotel.   Our bedsheet was stained during the stay and the hotel quickly rectified the issue

Stayed 3 nights in the hotel and so glad for that as the location is prime! So easy to access Nanjing East Pedestrian walk and the Bund. We booked a bund view room and no regrets

He also provided recommendation when we asked him where we can find good food. Also saw him providing help to all the other guests, always patient. The staff at the mini bar on lobby floor was also very nice and friendly

The room is very clean, breakfast is very rich, location is great to reach to Bund by walking distance, subway station is just opposite of the road

While the hotel is still a little quiet due to being new, the staff are attentive and caring without being overbearing. The club lounge is excellent and has good selection of food and beverage served throughout the day

The hotel location is down the river, a little outside the main Pudong hub. It makes it a little quieter but not too far to be a hassle. The BEST thing is the robots! They deliver things to your room

Clean rooms located in a busy area. I have problems because the bathtub is transparent. I took a taxi from Longyang Road Station on the linear train, but the back and forth journey changed three times

View from the room is good (of course not from the lower floors). During the daytime and if you have not turned on DND, the housekeeping crew will make rounds asking if you need anything

Con’s The lift from ground floor to the reception on 54th floor. This lift doesn’t go higher so you need to exit the lift walk through the lobby and go to another bank of lifts to then travel to your room

We booked here by mistake, we wanted the downtown JW but this was the best we could hope for! Its far quieter than its downtown cousin, and has a massive park, great places to visit, easy to get downtown via car or metro
