Very friendly and attentive staff, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Large selection at breakfast and a really great employee here too. In hotels like these, service is still very important, we felt very comfortable here. Will be noted for the next vacation, thank you very much!

We have been guests here for many years. Sure, the facility is dated and not the most modern, but everything is sparkling clean and the people who work there are very friendly. But, a small drawback, the bathroom is very small. But the breakfast is excellent.

Went skiing in Oberwiesenthal and stayed at the Hotel Goldene Sonne in Annaberg Buchholz. Had called from the way that it will be later, no problem. Very friendly staff, rooms are very spacious, clean. Dinner was also very tasty, as was breakfast. Especially these great rolls that come from a small private baker.

I had to go to Annaberg-Buchholz while I was still in Leipzig at 5 p.m. (still a lot of road). I was able to call the manager who agreed to come at 7:30 p.m. to welcome me when the reception schedule was largely exceeded! A fabulous welcome for a Frenchman in the depths of Saxony! Spacious and clean room, excellent breakfast, kind and accommodating manager! I highly recommend !

We were with a group of 8 men and felt very comfortable. The hostel has just reopened. Everything very clean and well-kept. Nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and a sufficient breakfast, what more do you need? Only note: trash cans in the rooms would be great :)

It's not a 5star hotel so don't have 5star expectations for a 3star room-rate and be fair. I would come back here any time. Do bring your own pillow if you don't like those fluffy ones.

The location in the middle of the forest is fantastic. We really liked the great service. The house is clean and the food is fabulous. The head of the house also has exceptional knowledge of the region and can tell you about it perfectly. Very lovingly furnished pension. The family always takes us in like family members, that's how comfortable we have been there for years. Nice conversations and excursion possibilities are discussed together. The pension is not just for railway enthusiasts. Families also feel "clean" at home in the holiday apartments.

Unfortunately, only breakfast is currently offered in the hotel (this is plentiful and delicious) and the nearest restaurant is a few minutes' walk away. I was here on business trip and I have to say lunch was phenomenal especially deserts!, as for rooms they are very simple, nothing fancy, clean and quite. My one problem was the wifi which kept disconnecting and the mobile network also switches back and forth to Czech networks, so overall internet was kind of a hustle for me.

Unfortunately, I only get a short impression, therefore, I can evaluate only a part of it. It was a short trip on the Fichtelberg. From the terrace of the hotel have a very nice view on the Umgebungm there we have a chocolate Cappuccino brought and tasted good. Unfortunately, you had not made the effort to came to the cocoa powder mix to which however, larger lump on one.

Note the one day entrance to pool is starting first day after check in. What means 15PM till 22PM only. Next day is 22 EUR adult/15 kids.This information is missing everywhere and makes disappointed

Nice resort quite close to slopes. The Spa is really gorgeous, while the apartments are a bit old-fashioned. It was a bit tricky to go to the apartment from the reception. There is no lift in the apartment building so prepare yourself if you have heavy luggage. In addition to park your car you need to fight a bit if you want to keep it close to your building. Very large rooms (former new apartments), ideal for families (large Playground, childcare, etc.), and both Breakfast, as well as in the evening, a super selection of very high quality and many homemade dishes. The location is convenient for excursions and hikes located, but nevertheless very quiet. We were already 2 times here, and would not hesitate to book here again.

Very clean and spacious. The rooms are really wonderfully large. The beds are fine. The breakfast is very well prepared and there is a lot of choice. Please note that parking costs €8 per day. And the dinner buffet is not recommended. There is very little choice, especially for vegetarians. Dessert was an iron plate with a few slices of sausage and cheese and 5 mini pots of fruit mousse.

The room we had (junior suite) was nice and clean and had enough equipment. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The dinner was a big dissapointment. Not many choises and More of a kantine kinda place to sit. The breakfast was just about goed enough. Personal was friendly troughout the stay but has trouble speaking English.

Great service, location and price. The hotel is directly close to the ski lifts and at walking distance from all the major services / attractions of the city. The staff is very friendly and the facilities very easy to use. The room was also very spacious and nicely decorated.
