The Service, the leisure activities for children and family and the food are very very good.
It has more of a small swimming pool, a gym, a cinema room, several Saunenund much.
BUT who wants to do with his child NAP or have to has bad cards. Because the doors to the hallway are the simplest Standard and fully sound-permeable. Every cough, every rumble you hear in the room and is always awake. By our door I've seen on the sides even the light to Shine through. This should definitely be improved. And in the evening the same game. A fall Asleep is very difficult.
Environment and offers but top.

We had booked a short break as a family. 3 nights. 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 19 months.
Reception and staff were very friendly.
You felt in good hands.
The FDGB charm of the original object will be the main to get rid of probably the task for the future.
In the medium term, the guests are likely to shrink, because of the impression that the typical clientele since 1986 in front of the dining hall on the Opening of the buffet waiting (and according to three looks).
Efforts are steering the trend in the direction of the family vacation, but recognizable.

We have spent with our little daughter for a few days holiday there and were unfortunately disappointed. We had a small room with a tiny bathroom, in the little, the cot was squeezed into the room. The cleanliness... hair on the carpet in the room, you only had to pine run, and old gummy bears under the bed. The running rail of the shower door should be cleaned. The staff gets praise for the courtesy and the food ( Buffets for Breakfast and dinner) was very good, everything was plentiful and tasted it also. One thing should be noted -> this applies to the older, blonde lady in the service area of the Restaurants, you should leave it but to not make the employees in front of guests, the easy part!

The Breakfast is really great and the Pool is also really cool, the cool thing was they also had a how llong everything was really great and for me the Hotel has liked good impression and the best thing we had was a cool room and we had two TV's which was really cool as the evening buffet and the morning buffet was everything from the two very tasty, I was felt very comfortable in this Hotel and I hope that it also went even further so I thought it was cool that they even had pool tables and some of the cinema it always exciting movies, and also the Personal fun was very nice and the reception and what I felt wasn't so nice that the prices for the drinks are pretty high were I would drive again into this Hotel because me Yes just well

A little old-fashioned, but very clean. The disabled bathroom size. Massage and swimming pool good and clean. A flight of stairs to the swimming pool, however, is with a Walker is stupid, you can't do it alone. Otherwise up on UG all disabled persons. The fitness room is super. A very large shortcoming of the space-fumble in the Restaurant, since almost everything is reserved for the guests, with the tour buses. Staff very nice and friendly

Disaster!!!
Price policy is no. Colleagues pay a completely different price for the identical room, and up to 35 euros are Different to the night.
The room was so full of dust...so cleanliness is also questionable...but the staff was very nice..actually, even here there were exceptions....Further recommendation? prefer not to!

NEVER AGAIN!!! First of all, we had about the Internet, Family room /4 pers.. booked, on arrival we received 2 separate double room. (without connecting door), sink. Fault of the Internet provider, everyone will understand "Family room/bedroom. something else (???). Zi. are worn in, everything worn, broken, on "newly covered" bed hair (ugh), a waiter in the food zone completely overwhelmed, do not create tables for Breakfast to win, let alone cover new, coffee pots empty, down, fallen food remains are located, is wide, stepped, moldy Food item (yogurt), in the case of speech, the staff of the kitchen, it was called "it can happen" (what???), filthy chairs, a table runner (disgusting), daily. Zi.reinigg. consists of bed with the bucket empty and waste, Parking is expensive settled, are to be found in front of the Hotel hardly any, behind it temporarily on a Lawn, which staked out, thaw, mud, risk of getting Stuck, the Hit on the last day, the dinner: first, baked it baked ziti with carrots, mushrooms, other vegetables and cheese, replenishment of stock only out of pasta and "milk sauce" or something like that

My verdict after a week in this Hotel is bad. I wonder how this Hotel has earned 3-star.
We had booked the cheap hotel room for a week. The rooms were in good condition. The food was from the quantity is sufficient, a huge selection was available.
The naughtiest and what has made me angry. On the day of arrival I beat the Parking ticket out and looked for self-Parking. On the day of departure, the cost of the Parking fees I was expected to brazenly it. A Couple of what I have learned in the week, was deducted the same game is the question of whether it is a Scam or a coincidence.

Everything was ok, our rooms were on arrival not finished yet,and it was missing completely on the bedding...
After several inquiries we had, then, was against 20 PM lucky, the your Reinigungskaft on the gear and I took care of personally.

The price/performance ratio in this Hotel in no case. The rooms and the sanitary facilities are located on the GDR-level and can be used as bunks.
The food offered in their quality below a canteen (eggs, pasta and vegetables are so cooked soft that you can safely be used as Tube feeding). This is also not compensated with the existing friendliness of the staff.
478 € for two Nights for two adults with a child under the age of 7 years can be justified in no case, therefore, that the Hotel on the Ski-slope is located. Moreover, other services such as Sauna, etc. have to be paid extra.
