It was a perfect stay for me. The best features of the hotel : location, delicious food, friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel. By the way, we had to leave the hotel before the start of breakfast since we had to catch our flight. Because of that reason, they prepared a package of food for me and my colleague. This hotel was way above its 4**** Rating--it would be 4* if air condition was provided. Good taste with interior design, rooms high-end, good ambience, good bar with friendly staff, good service and 'feeling'.

We were here for the wedding of some friends a couple of weeks ago. The place is definetely beautiful. The room were the party took place was big and nice decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, the food was not good. It was more something you would find in a 2-star hotel.

I’m writing to inform you about our experience at your restaurant. We were visiting from the US & were invited to the Hotel Stadt restaurant for brunch. There were 13 people in our party. This was a few days before New Years Eve. Our waitress gave us green cocktail napkins to use with our meal. Was on a business trip and stayed in this Hotel which is very good. Locality is so near to city center and also to Aurich ZOB bus station. They kept good options of dishes for breakfast like boiled egg, scrambled egg with lot of bread and cheese as well. Muesli was also good with lot of fruit juice options as well. Clean room, nice staff, room service available. There is a free of charge parking lot, that belongs for the hotel. Close to the city centre (like 10min on foot). There is a breakfast buffet, but we didn't take it, so i cannot tell much about that

Someone only keep the dream, someone just forgot dram, someone just steals the other's dream, someone tell dream has never been here since exist human. But all of that's wrong. In here I could feel something what I hard to say, Oh still didn't wake up from that place. Kindness? Luxury? Instead of like that every illusion of disguise, is going through a day looks like natural things itself.

Its very clean and very cozy. I even like it that the wi-fi is super fast and alot of little things that would just make you feel like home. I gave it a 4stars rating because of one thing, and that is THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN. You can hear everything from other room to a fullstop. I'd even rate is less but the place has alot of good things that compensates for its 1 shortcoming.

Me and my wife, we stayed at this hotel in November of 2017 and we stayed 10 nights. We are pleased with all the services at the hotel. Clean hotel, spacious, always staff at the service, breakfast fresh and diverse and a restaurant with fantastic dishes from Yugoslav cuisine. Will we go back to this hotel again? Yes, of course, and with pleasure.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, I especially enjoyed the backyard area that was nice and cool and quiet. Unfortinatley there is no AC and when we were there it was very hot. Heat is usually not a problem in that area so it is understandable that no AC is built in but it was borderline unbearable for 3 days. -The beds are okay, I did not like the pillows at all. -Bathrooms are nice....

Very nice apartments, recently renovated, I did however have to shower in the dark as there was no curtains and my bathroom faced the marketplace, seeing my body would have put anyone off buying food! 😁

We stayed here for four nights and loved this hotel. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very nicely decorated, the bed is comfortable and everything in a good condition. Only downside was that the hotel doesn't offer any breakfast but there are places nearby. I can really recommend this hotel!

Even though I have only the basic German knowledge, getting to are hotel was quite easy. When we arrived, the receptionist was straight away able to get the job done as quickly as possible, which allowed us to get into are room and rest. Older building, older rooms with carpeted floors and low ceilings, steep stairs up to the rooms, no reception (keys are in the safe). breakfast good. Cleanliness good, therefore absolutely okay for 1 night due to the relatively low price. I wouldn't recommend it for a whole vacation though.

Special attention was paid to the cleanliness and the sumptuous breakfast. Rooms are small and a bit noisy. Nothing to complain about for the price though. Age-related definitely blemishes, but clean and very friendly staff. The restaurant is very good. The fish plate was delicious and the price list is more than cheap for the quality. A great hotel in old walls. Sure that not everything is as fine as in noble shops, but you should know that beforehand. If something is broken or not working in the room, we will take care of it directly. It's also very tasty and the portions are quite large. We'll definitely be back sometime

As others write, the decor is very old-fashioned and clocked, but in the room and in the restaurant at breakfast everything was very well-kept and clean. Beautiful, small, well-kept hotel in the middle of Ditzum. Nice and courteous staff. Short way to the port. We felt very comfortable and will be back.

I was passing through Ditzum for one night and booked an overnight stay here. The check-in is well solved even if the reception is not manned and you were greeted in a friendly manner (on the phone). The room was clean and I liked it. Only the tiny television is no longer up-to-date. There is a very large and locked cellar for bicycles. The breakfast is varied. However, the rolls were a disaster....

Small but fine hotel in a typical fishing village. The quiet rooms have just been fitted with new televisions. There is something for everyone at the breakfast buffet. The hotel's own terrace also seems to be one of the few shaded areas in town - at least as long as the restaurants in town are not (yet) open. A bicycle cellar is available for bicycle travelers. If you want, you can also book your own...

Friendly service for checkout, and facilitated a very late check in, but hotel is very dated and tired throughout. Room was very cold on arrival (I don't normally get cold), and some plug outlets in the room weren't working so I had to remove lamp sockets to get a working plug by the bed. Breakfast was decent but so-so.

Nice room and people It's a nice hotel with a good breakfast, some rooms are outside of the hotel and for the breakfast you have to go in the main structure. Arrived at 6pm after a long drive and the hotel was closed, no multi language info on the door to tell us what to do. We had spoken to a member of the hotel staff earlier in the day and said we would arrive about 6pm so it was disappointing not to have been warned what to expect or told what we would need to...

As an emergency solution, I checked in spontaneously and treated me very courteously. I had a great room and a forgotten charger cable was sent home. Great house, great service. Whenever I'm in Emden again, I'll be back.

Very friendly staff and a good breakfast selection in the morning. The location itself was very close, about 10 minutes foot walk from the city centre and the famous "Ratsdelft". The room was functionally furnished. No staff were present at check-in, but they could be reached by phone.

Booking and check-in went smoothly. Breakfast was satisfactory, the coffee took some getting used to, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The attic room was generally clean. The only drawback was the old skylight, which was missing its locking latches and whose tattered roller blind couldn't be used for blackout purposes. Had breakfast "Kaffee und Kuche" here whilst on a bus trip from the Dutch company "Paulusma Reizen". Was very satisfied with the food and drinks, service was great and restroom usage was free, very clean building and great staff.
