The Bad Hindelang card, which is included with the hotel stay, allows one to both ride up the mountain (via the cable car) and use the climbing adventure park

Our third time here, brilliant each time nothing to fault. Staff are kind and professional, making you feel very welcome and cared for. Hotel offers a wonderful pool and an excellent wellness spa

Examples include tasteless broth, mismatched condiments, overcooked and under-salted meat and a particularly inedible mush (that came with the “tafelspitz”)… It is not an exaggeration to say that I was underwhelmed by the food

The best dish at dinner was consistently the ice cream. The kitchen managed to make subpar cuisine from high quality ingredients. The children’s food selection/buffet is an insult. Make no mistake—the service is superb

The reception keeps a box of kid toys as a farewell gift—nice touch. The biggest flaw is the food. The breakfast is spartan, and it is obvious that cost cutting is at play. No fresh juice, no omelette station

* staff is very polite and friendly * atmosphere is romantic and relaxing * the zwolf restaurant has very good food * the breakfast has nice variety * the offer free cakes from 2 until 4 * during the evening there is piano music and they offer selection on cheese, grapes, nuts and jam - most of the menus and tourist information are available in german only - a bit expensive - not possible to have...

In my opinion excellent hotel and I have to mention because it is very important for me that the staff in all departments is perfect. Congratulations excellent job. See you the next time...!!!

I celebrated my birthday here and I am very delighted with the Chalet, facilities and service. Woke up with champagne and hot bathtub among snowy scenery. Nothing can beat this one.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic food and lovely location at the bottom of the ski lifts. Lovely staff and a relaxed yet confident feel, would definitely return here.

* the chalets are very cozy and nice decorated. There is even a fireplace inside and a nice sauna and the entire chalet is wooden made

Very nice location. enjoyed the chairlift ride up and the walk back to the hotel. Stayed here in 2007, much has changed in 11 years very upscale now but still a charming place.

Recommend to book a room in the new part of the hotel (Holz100) because of sustainable building system

Edit: Used a mattress topper this time, and slept quite well. Except for the curtains, it was extremely bright in our room at six in the morning already. If the rooms ever get renovated, please get better curtains!

Very nice hotel in a great location! We had booked three nights as a family with two children and felt very comfortable in our family room with a panoramic view of the mountains! Our room was very clean, the food was delicious, and a second helping is not a problem

For those who are looking for a bit of peace and quiet and not a large hotel, the Berg und Aktivhotel is the right place to go. You can start many hikes right away. all in all, simply recommendable!

Vegetarian requests are taken into account and the four-legged companions are also catered for, i. dogs are not troublemakers here, but just as welcome as the two-legged companions

Very idyllic and quiet, no frills hotel with very friendly staff. Despite various Corona restrictions, we try to offer a lot of service here. The food is regional and really tasty

The entire staff is very friendly! You can walk to the Buchenalpe directly from the hotel, and other beautiful destinations can also be reached quickly

Very nice and dear host family. The room is small but just right for 2 people and very clean. The view from the balcony is fantastic. always fresh and the selection is good. We will definitely come again !!!!

Could be more parking space, but it's a fairly small village it's not hard to park somewhere walking distance. Dinner is only 10€ for some great homemade food as a buffet

The rooms are nice and spacious, although I would recommend bringing shower gel/shampoo, as these were not provided for us. Very cosy, soft beds and lovely views of the mountains and surrounding area

This "hotel" could be made into a real one. What is obviously missing is a cook and a dishwasher. The latter would be easy to obtain, but with the cook it becomes more difficult. Location, terrace, pool all great

Nice rooms, not too expensive, great pool and spa. Rooms get cleaned well. Only the food isn't really good.

We felt very comfortable, boss and boss were very friendly. Our dog was also greeted in a friendly manner and was allowed to move freely in the hotel. We'll definitely be back

We were with a hiking group in Bären. We experienced a great hotel with incredibly good service. I have rarely met such a friendly host couple. Thanks very much!
