A very nice hotel with a prime location across from the Rose Garden and the Old Town. It was very quiet even though the hotel was fully booked. There was also an excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel has a rather nostalgic feel, but I really like that.

It is located in the city center and has a very spacious hall with a classical style. Opposite it is a large lawn and a musical fountain. Most of the restaurants serve Italian food, and it takes an extra 10 minutes to walk to the supermarket to buy daily necessities.

Friendly and amazing location
The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and amazing. The room was very plain but clean. Carpets in the hallways were very well worn but clean. The breakfast was amazing and satisfying. The location was exceptional. Close to the park and downtown I would definitely stay stay here again and well worth it for the price.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Rose Garden, making it very easy to find. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. We were riding our bikes, and there was even a lockable bike garage. We were able to charge our batteries there, too. Our room was very spacious, with a balcony and a view of the beautiful Rose Garden, even though we had booked a cheaper room overlooking the courtyard. The room completely exceeded our expectations. The price was unbeatable!

We have stayed at this hotel before although about ten years ago.We previously found this hotel very comfortable and accommodating and although when we walked into the hotel it felt as if we had never left. the service we received was quite poor and it felt as if the hotel shouldn’t have been open with the front doors closing at 8pm each evening.We booked a superior room which we had to have it ratified because it was extremely small and the furniture very dated and the bathroom was very claustrophobic.We wanted dinner on the Saturday evening and went down tto the restaurant only to find it Closed and when we enquired was told NO COOK not impressive.All in all a very forgettable experience and one certainly we will not be returning to the Bristol hotel.

Wyndham Garden in Bad Kissingen is a great place to relax with the whole family.
The Hotel is near the rose garden, so you got a beautiful scenery from your room.
The rooms are quite big with a double bed and a seperated toilet.

Not at all what we expected as booked. Hotel pool was cold with a defective heating pump during winter, but still left open for guests to figure out. Needless to say, the pool area was empty and worthless. we were NOT informed prior to check in of the problems.
Our room was dated, drafty, with a soiled stained and filthy carpet. Not comfortable nor hygienic.
Only positive point was the tasty restaurant offering fine meals.
Look elsewhere for a comfortable stay!

The hotel has no hot water ,no heating ,no Wi Fi .
The one week stay in this hotel was the worst I experienced in the last 10 years in Bad Kissingen .
The reception gave a lot of excuses except the true why there is no hot water ,no heating and no Wi Fi.
Only the hotel manager admitted that the hotel has a real problem .
I made reservation by e mail directly with the hotel and no word were written about those problems.
