Hotels in Bad Kreuznach

Very outdated and overpriced. The hotel is clean and in a good location. The staff was inattentive and the service (check-in, breakfast etc.) was poor. Parking was expensive (1euro/hour) and breakfast quality was very poor for 19 euro / person. I would stay somewhere else next time.

No A/C, but excellent location and friendly reception staff. But rude and not efficient room service staff

This place is a paradise on earth! The staff were amazing willing to make all your wishes come true, in all languages! The elegant rooms were spectacular. The location was ideal for relaxation. If you want more going on, stay over the weekend as there is more happenings then.

The hotel is located in a park by the river with a beautiful environment. It is next to the hot springs and is within a 10-minute walk to the city center, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is rich.

Very nice, clean and comfort hotel, without any mistakes. Suite we had was great, big balcony, spacious room, spacious shower, big bath, leather sofa, separate toilet.. Really great experience. Restaurant offers really good food.

Nice, clean, tidy, friendly staff, comfy bed, amazing breakfast…….I could go on. Only here for one night but no complaint at all. Waking distance to town for shops and something to eat. Also opposite a great park for a walk around. Only here for one night so everything as expected. No complaints at all. Breakfast was a full buffet, cooked , continental, fresh fruit….. Excellent hotel in a fantastic location close to the therme, the casino, and within a short walk to the small town center area. Definitely recommended for a stay in the area.

Good location on the river, with a short walk to town and some pleasant restaurants. Hotel is large but didn't seem too busy in September. Some of the areas seem dated but the rooms are fairly modern. The single rooms are small (with the bathroom in the room) but comfortable enough for a short stay. Particularly good breakfast room and wide range of breakfast goo.

Nice and spacious rooms but they are not fully soundproof. However, the main problem was that there was practically no internet connection! None of the WLAN they provided worked even for a simple search.

The hotel is in a great, quiet location – close to the river, lots of greenery and yet very close to the shopping centre. It has competent, tourist-oriented staff. Equipped with a lift. The rooms are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, i.e. a safe, TV, mobile network, kettle, coffee and tea. Good breakfasts at convenient times.

Comfortable enough hotel with a friendly receptionist. Very limited facilities during our visit with no bar / restaurant. Vending machines in the lobby appeared to offer drinks and snacks however were out of use so a little disappointing. Reasonably priced and acceptable rooms, short walk across the road to the river and a walk of approximately 15 minutes to the town / old town.

The Caravelle hotel is situated within a beautiful area, right next to the river. There is a good amount of restaurants in very close proximity and walking distance from the hotel. A great weekend in Bad Kreuznach, hotel location excellent for access to town , Kurpark and a delightful walk through the Rosengarten to Bad Münster. Sunday breakfast was excellent, everything one could wish for was available. Rooms mostly with a balcony & very clean and tidy. Re hotel no criticism other than car part rather small. We have met at the hotel for many years and will be back. Thanks

Very clean, friendly staff. My room was a bit small, but I can’t complain for the price. Especially with the location right at the city center. Food and entertainment are all close by and Bad Kreuznach is also known for its wellness hotels and baths.

My wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary. We are so glad that we came across this restaurant. It's by far the best tasting and cooked to perfection steak I've had anywhere in this area. The steaks are tender and cut like butter. The staff are friendly and offer a good wine pairing with your steak.

Hotel is very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a 5 star dinner in restaurant, I full heart recommend to have meal there. Also I appreciated that hotel managed all our special requests with best care. I will stop here if ever I drive nearby.

Booking online was easy and had no problems at the check-in. The room was quite straight forward - A little old fashioned but it had all the basic necessities (hair dryer, towels, soap etc.) The Language barrier wasn't too bad. The receptionist gave us suggestions for a restaurant and some ideas for relaxation. We also received a booklet with all kinds of vouchers to use within the small town. TV placement...

One of the few places I always come back to with great pleasure. Very hospitable and helpful people (owners) care a lot to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Delicious breakfast, excellent wifi, fine parking. It can surely be recommended!

Super nice accommodation, very friendly hosts, excellent food and a fantastic area. I'm not a wine drinker, especially not sweet wines, but the Riesling Spätlese has completely won me over! We will be back! And in between, orders are placed online. ;)

Surprise for my husband for his 60th birthday. Everything was perfect here. The loving reception, the room, the food, everything. The senior manager cooked wonderfully and the junior manager fed us well. The breakfast was simply amazing, something different every day. The area is totally quiet to relax. Good location near Bingen We liked the large parking lot and the wonderful breakfast

Average along the road. Average hotel along the road. Not great but not terrible for a quick nights sleep. Bed were extremely hard with the springs in your back. Otherwise clean and comfortable. One extremely annoying thing is they charged for the parking if your electric car is parked in the electric stall without telling you. Ended up paying 25eur for parking when it said free.

Excellent hotel not far from several main cities like Wiesbaden, Mainz and Frankfurt. I was given a nice room towards the back of the hotel away from road noise, the breakfast buffet was superb and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The only inconvenience is the absence of a restaurant but there are several eateries not far.

Stayed one night. Very nice property and room. Easy to check in. Free parking on property was so nice. Bathroom and room were very clean. My only negative was no mini fridge in room.
