The hotel is in a great, quiet location – close to the river, lots of greenery and yet very close to the shopping centre. It has competent, tourist-oriented staff. Equipped with a lift. The rooms are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, i.e. a safe, TV, mobile network, kettle, coffee and tea. Good breakfasts at convenient times.

Comfortable enough hotel with a friendly receptionist. Very limited facilities during our visit with no bar / restaurant. Vending machines in the lobby appeared to offer drinks and snacks however were out of use so a little disappointing. Located on the banks of the Rhine, next to the World Heritage Site of the Upper and Middle Rhine Valley, it is very convenient to take a walk along the Rhine. The overall service is good and the service is very enthusiastic. Small town hotel, the front desk can help call a taxi.

The hotel is relatively old. I specially booked a room with a balcony facing the Rhine River. However, I found that the balcony was blocked and I could not see the Rhine River at all.

Check-in was seamless. The location by the Rhine was great. A nice corner. Free water in the room. But it's very noisy, so no chance of sleeping after 7 a.m. Breakfast was available, but sparse. I got a bathtub instead of a shower. The bathroom ventilation was completely blocked. Limescale on the shower head and old fixtures were exposed.

This review is for the coffee ☕️. We did not stay at the hotel 🛎. Instead, we experienced a traditional Rudesheim Coffee. The cafe was quaint and coffee delicious, so tasty we bought some brandy to take home with us.

This review is only for the restaurant, we did not stay in the hotel and cannot say anything about it. The food was tasty and they had very typical options, the burger was especially nice I’d say. Very nice hotel! As an old building, it does not have an elevator. So if you go with heavy suitcases, be prepared to go up some stairs depending where your room is. Room in the first floor es number 40. I suppose the view is not as nice as in 3r floor

Booked two apartments and a double room for a long weekend. It was a family get together to celebrate my younger brothers 50th birthday. Clean and comfortable. Great location. BUT!! The Management where very rude and aggressive!!! Would not recommend or stay there again!!

Family-run Hotel. Good access roads and Parking directly in front of the door. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the Drosselgasse. The clean and well-maintained-room was furnished with good quality furniture stylish. A noise-free bed with a top mattress, as well as a good door and good window brought a peaceful sleep. Wonderful place. We stayed in comfort double room, with a beautiful river view. Clean, cosy, very light (2 windows), all small things available. Comfortable bike parking in the garage. Welcoming staff, also speaking English. Only downside (as in all hotels along the river) - if you open the window you can hear also the road.

Great place, an historical building that was the most elegant and it's still the best in town. The food is very traditional, but of high quality. This is a wonderful family run(4 generations), hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable.The location is right in the center of town, yet quiet and peaceful.
