Thermal bath! The thermal baths were amazing! Very relaxing weekend!
The hotel is located in a park by the river with a beautiful environment. It is next to the hot springs and is within a 10-minute walk to the city center, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is rich.
The views were beautiful. The a la card meal was superb. Staff was friendly and professional.
The rooms and breakfast were great.
We enjoyed our stay! We had no complaints.
Next time will be better No air conditioning or even fan in the room, with the heat these day it is quite uncomfortable People are very nice Foreign languge not a strong suit Pool was close just for our very date ! How unfortunate!!!

Located on the banks of the Rhine, next to the World Heritage Site of the Upper and Middle Rhine Valley, it is very convenient to take a walk along the Rhine. The overall service is good and the service is very enthusiastic. Small town hotel, the front desk can help call a taxi.
The room is big, but a bit noisy
It's so old that the facilities are a bit ~~~
The hotel is relatively old. I specially booked a room with a balcony facing the Rhine River. However, I found that the balcony was blocked and I could not see the Rhine River at all.
The hotel has a unique style. It is next to the canal, in a small town. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. The environment is very quiet and the overall environment is quite comfortable. The hotel has a buffet and the sausages are good.
The room is not big, the facilities are average, but it is very clean and tidy, and the service is very friendly

Thin walls - bring antiphones. Room and breakfast fine, close to both rail station and jetty for Rhine boats
The hotel's exterior is quite ordinary, a bit dated and unremarkable, and noticeably different from the Ctrip hotel page (the pictures are from a different time). The location is good, just a short walk from the KD ferry. However, upon arriving, the hotel entrance was wide open, the interior dim, and the front desk was empty. I followed the directions, found the restaurant, and then continued to follow...
The hotel is located on Rüdesheimer Strasse, just a few minutes' walk from the cruise ship. However, Google Maps navigation leads you to the back entrance. The front door is the restaurant, so walk straight in. The reception is just behind it. The rooms are small and the facilities are basic.
The hotel's location and cleanliness are excellent, but the front desk is the worst I've ever experienced. Even with my Trip.com confirmation, I was asked for proof of payment. Even though I hadn't received my payment from Trip.com, they kept asking me to pay directly. The platform kept calling them and me multiple times, causing unnecessary inconvenience! This is unacceptable! This hotel needs to...
Room is very Clean . Great Location! Quiet too! Friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast, great value for Money. The Breakfast room has a great view of Rhein! Feel so relaxed here. Will definitely come back. I had am wonderful time here.
Check-in was seamless. The location by the Rhine was great. A nice corner. Free water in the room. But it's very noisy, so no chance of sleeping after 7 a.m. Breakfast was available, but sparse. I got a bathtub instead of a shower. The bathroom ventilation was completely blocked. Limescale on the shower head and old fixtures were exposed.

So enjoyed our stay here. Carina was wonderful at the front desk, she couldn't do enough for us while we were there. Hotel location was ideal everything was a stones throw away.
Great service and nice rooms. Right by St Jacobs Church.
The staff are very friendly & accomodating. The room was very clean, neat & faced the Rhine river. I wish I had spent my entire vacation right here. So peaceful.

The hotel and restaurant strike me as the very best place you can end up in Rudesheimer. Both were excellent. The room was very spacious with a contemporary feel. The bathroom was also large. The King bed was very comfortable, You can open the window for fresh air. Fortunately the town quiets down after 10 PM because this hotel is centrally located and can get noisy, and the bell tower stops chiming...
Excellent location! Just right on the main tourist street. Dinner time with night band. Food is delicious and with good atmosphere. Highly recommend and will look forward to stay again in the future.
WOW...What a great place. Really nice rooms, FANTASTIC resaurant and their very own wines that are amazing. Staff was fun, bright and great energy. The owner, Maresa, was excellent and gave us great info on the hotel, restaurant and vineyard. Only wish we had been able to stay longer. We stayed the last night they were open this winter and what a great experience and treat. Would go back in a...
An outstanding experience with regional German food, including wild game, prepared and presented very nicely. Service is excellent, and there's an outdoor garden with music on weekends. The wine selection is also very good, mostly local white wines from the Middle Rhine Valley or the town of Ruesdesheim itself. In asparagus season, there's a wonderful cream of asparahgus soup. Excellent all around
Our tour group had a lovely dinner at Breuer’s Rudesheimer Schloss in Rudesheim, Germany. We had dinner in their very quaint, southern German style, outdoor restaurant. It had a retractable roof that they opened and closed when it rained, which cleverly covered the entire area. There was a great polka band to entertain us as well. We had a great time at the Atrium Hotel! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they don't seem at all fake. I stayed with my young family of 4 for one night on our road trip down to Tuscany. What a unique experience to stay in such a wonderful castle. We loved the food especially the spaghetti. We stay in a queen room which was large and well appointed. The grounds and view are superb. Very friendly staff too. Great stay.
Wow wow wow. This is a wonderful place to stay. Fabulous views over the Rhine from some rooms and dinner on the terrace. Food at dinner was good, nice touches in room like free sherry and water. No hot drink facilities but they will give you a flask if you have your own tea/coffee. Rooms wonderfully traditional (tester or 4 poster beds) and the castle is wonderful and lovely gardens to explore too...
Beautiful experience as a family of 4. Last stayed here in the same room when I was the age of my 10 year old daughter and it was just as magical. So well maintained. Just as I remembered it. Authentic and beautiful gardens to explore. Friendly staff at very welcoming. Beautiful room at the top of the castle. Day trip to Rudesheim on the boat.
Spectacular from beginning to end. It’s the perfect blend of creature comforts meets antiquity. The owners/hosts carry on the storied reputation of many generations of family ownership. One of our favorite stays over the past 50 years of travel.

The location of this hotel is simply beautiful. It's right next to the river the Rhine. From our hotel room we had the prettiest view. The hotel itself looks very nice, very clean. The hotel is located within a 15-min leisurely walk to a train station and a 10-min walk to a bus stop. A bit of an awkward location in the city. The room was clean.
I had a comfortable experience. The room was clear, comfortable, and quiet. The staff and services were great.
The Best Western is a pretty standard mega-chain hotel. The staff are professional and speak English well. The rooms are pretty standard and the beds comfortable. It is around 12 minutes walk uphill from the train station, but that's the only negative point.
Best Western Hotel Mainz is a fine hotel. It is located on the outskirts of the city and offers comfortable rooms. Great location and lovely breakfast by the river, will definitely come back!
This hotel has for sure the nicest view in Mainz, and only a few minutes from the city center. Just be aware that the rooms with view to the Rhein-river obviously have different categories, hence prices, to avoid being disappointed.
Convenient excellent hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms are perfect. Highly recommend.
Very nice location - it is easy to reach the sights of Mainz and also to have a stroll along the river. During my stay there was some construction, that was not very pleasant. Also, make sure you are staying in the main building, or you will have to walk a long way with luggage... and help was not offered, although I had 2 suitcases. Amazing place! Nothing could have been better- the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfy, quiet, and clean, and as for the location - it's a CASTLE, it's in the best spot for the best views (they wanted to make sure no one was sneaking up on them, we just want to see the beauty of the area).
This is a 4-star hotel for sure. The location is high above the Rhine River, providing breathtaking views of the river valley and surrounding vineyards.
Beautiful location, excellent facilities and friendly staff. I travelled by bike with my family and they offered us a locked place to store the bikes overnight which is a big plus. The view from the restaurant and the terrace is stunning. Highly recommended!
Great location, near the Lorelei. Quiet area, clean rooms, great dining options. We stayed in the villa and our corner room overlooking the Rhine was a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately would stay there again.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I stayed here a number of years ago. The reception staff is helpful and courteous. The rooms are nicely furnished, quiet and clean. The location is great! It is within walking distance to both the shopping district and the Hauptbahnhof. It is a terrific value for the money.
Maybe my standards are too high, but I'm not agreeing with the number of stars assigned to German hotels.
In one word: average. A bit more extended: location just great, service good, breakfast below average, although still within "ok" range, rooms rather outdated but work well, toilet and shower new and of above average quality. Clean. Overall, an uncomplicated stay in a centrally located spot.
nice hotel, new, comfortable bed, close to the frankfurt airport, good breakfast, parking. on the downside the rooms are small and it is far from city center. all in all a decent comfortable hotel
Yes the rooms are a bit dated but they are clean, the lighting is nice and the bathtubs are amazing and modern. The staff is so helpful and very sweet. When they found out that we were sick with colds they sent up tea, a kettle and fresh lemon to our rooms. Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed 3 nights on a business trip. Great location, walking distance everywhere, shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable, a large number of channels in different languages. Delicious and hearty breakfast, very pleasant staff.

Needed a place to crash for the night in Wiesbaden and the price was right at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was as advertised. I will say there was unfortunately a strong musty/mold odor coming from the bathroom, but this was remedied by leaving the window open for a while. For one night it was manageable but I probably would have asked for a different room if my stay was longer...
I always read the Lowest Rated Reviews, mostly out of curiosity and again, I find myself wondering "is this the same hotel" I mean value for money this place is 7 out of 5. phenomenal. (though I think I exploited a temporary glitch in their booking service to get a very decent double room - 303 - for the price of a single bed room. I felt bad that it was so inexpensive.) Location is quite central....
Ended up here because didn’t book room for the conference in time. Hotel and rooma is very clean but rooms could be a bit bigger and with A/C. Bathroom is also tiny, same goes for the shower. But location is great, many restaurants just outside this hotel. And city center is close by foot.

Lovely and established. In a great part of town, close to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Breakfast was amazing (comparing it to Hamptons and Holiday Inn quality hotels in the US. ) I think my only complaint is that there is no A.C. but that is more common in Europe than the US. I could live with this if they at least offered fans in the rooms.

Beautifully positioned hotel view across the Weinberg’s amazing.. Found the room to be a little dark and cold but the seasons were changing from summer to autumn and the building we were in was older than the main bit of hotel Very friendly and helpful staff .
a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped...everything is very clean. Comfortable shower. Plenty of towels. The food is excellent. The area is ideal for hiking. RECOMMENDED. We will be back.
Positive: very good, quiet location, very clean, good food could be improved: -tables were randomly changed at dinner (why?) - visitors who arrived later received their dinner first - packed lunch is poor; Tetra Pak (lots of rubbish for the garbage cans in the forest), you had to prepare and pack the rolls yourself (almost looks like theft)
Short break because of almond blossom Very nice hotel quiet location great view of the vineyards and Bad Dürkheim We intend to try again when the weather is better nice ambience good food cozy wine bar so everything was good

We stayed at the Hotel Annaberg for 3 nights and booked an arrangement.
