I had been to this hotel two times. 1st time was before pademic and 2nd was during pademic. It was very nice to spend my time there in particulary after busy day, due to my business trip. Nice people, a little shower problem! I changed the room and I were not there to manage showers problem! But they let me leave late and were nice.. The jaccuzi were good :)

The room was ok and breakfast good. I was here in work so i did not enjoy services such as massages or spa. Internet was really bad and rooms do not have AC.

Just stayed here one night in September 2021 but had a positive experience overall. Since the hotel was fully booked I got a free Junior Suite upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The receptionist was friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. I would certainly come back again even without an upgrade.

We would stay again. Restaurant and Wine Bar were great. The hotel is away from the town, but great if you are driving. Room was nice and standard, on the roomy side. More attention to detail by the maid service wouldn't hurt. Climate control needs work or was not functioning properly in our room.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location close to the therme, the casino, and within a short walk to the small town center area. Definitely recommended for a stay in the area.

Good location on the river, with a short walk to town and some pleasant restaurants. Hotel is large but didn't seem too busy in September. Some of the areas seem dated but the rooms are fairly modern. The single rooms are small (with the bathroom in the room) but comfortable enough for a short stay. Particularly good breakfast room and wide range of breakfast goo.

Nice and spacious rooms but they are not fully soundproof. However, the main problem was that there was practically no internet connection! None of the WLAN they provided worked even for a simple search.

Clean and elegant rooms in a quiet neighbourhood. Great staff and fantastic restaurant services. A true home away from home!

The outside looked nicer than the inside, although that's not too shabby either. The room was nice enough, two to three stars. The WiFi was ok, not super great but decent enough for video and wifi calls.

Great Hotel with a variety of choice in Buffet and activities. Of both you could not enjoy within three days. Especially us the very child friendly staff. Absolute recommendation and is not guaranteed to be our last visit!
