I had been to this hotel two times. 1st time was before pademic and 2nd was during pademic. It was very nice to spend my time there in particulary after busy day, due to my business trip. Just stayed here one night in September 2021 but had a positive experience overall. Since the hotel was fully booked I got a free Junior Suite upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The receptionist was friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. I would certainly come back again even without an upgrade.

We would stay again. Restaurant and Wine Bar were great. The hotel is away from the town, but great if you are driving. Room was nice and standard, on the roomy side. More attention to detail by the maid service wouldn't hurt. Climate control needs work or was not functioning properly in our room.

Some of the areas seem dated but the rooms are fairly modern. The single rooms are small (with the bathroom in the room) but comfortable enough for a short stay. Easy access except that parking is limited and if you don't book ahead of time (which when we booked the rooms, it just said to book parking when you arrive), you'll end up in a lot nearby that is 15 euro/day. We spent a week in one of the hotel's Comfort rooms, and it was wonderful. Clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. And the location of the hotel was ideal... a 5-minute walk to most of Rudesheim's main spots. We loved coming back to the hotel each day.

The hotel is located within a 15-min leisurely walk to a train station and a 10-min walk to a bus stop.
