Where to stay in Bad Kreuznach

I had been to this hotel two times. 1st time was before pademic and 2nd was during pademic. It was very nice to spend my time there in particulary after busy day, due to my business trip. The room was very clean. Preventive cov19 measure has been implementing, you can se everywhere sanitizer, no mater where you go in the public room. Public toilete is also.very clean. Nice people, a little shower problem! I changed the room and I were not there to manage showers problem! But they let me leave late and were nice.. The jaccuzi were good :)

A beautiful hotel in a cute small town. There's a lot of history to learn and absorb. The mineral spas are great

The room was ok and breakfast good. I was here in work so i did not enjoy services such as massages or spa. Internet was really bad and rooms do not have AC.

Just stayed here one night in September 2021 but had a positive experience overall. Since the hotel was fully booked I got a free Junior Suite upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The receptionist was friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. I would certainly come back again even without an upgrade.

We would stay again. Restaurant and Wine Bar were great. The hotel is away from the town, but great if you are driving. Room was nice and standard, on the roomy side. More attention to detail by the maid service wouldn't hurt. Climate control needs work or was not functioning properly in our room.

Hotel is being renovated, which is a good idea. Staff was friendly and rooms adequately equipped. However, pillows were uncomfortable and the room had a door to connect to the room beside it, which caused a veritable noise issue. Such rooms cannot be recommended from my view, unless you wish to share your life with the person next door

The room was bigger than usually, and it was pretty good. I liked the walkway near to the Hotel. the breakfast was also good. The way down to tah garage was a bit tiny.

Nice place in the city center next to the river and it is one of those few places in Germany where 0/24 reception is available. We arrived at midnight wo reservation and they could give us a room immediately.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location close to the therme, the casino, and within a short walk to the small town center area. Definitely recommended for a stay in the area.

Good location on the river, with a short walk to town and some pleasant restaurants. Hotel is large but didn't seem too busy in September. Some of the areas seem dated but the rooms are fairly modern. The single rooms are small (with the bathroom in the room) but comfortable enough for a short stay. Particularly good breakfast room and wide range of breakfast goo.

Nice and spacious rooms but they are not fully soundproof. However, the main problem was that there was practically no internet connection! None of the WLAN they provided worked even for a simple search.

Clean and elegant rooms in a quiet neighbourhood. Great staff and fantastic restaurant services. A true home away from home!

The outside looked nicer than the inside, although that's not too shabby either. The room was nice enough, two to three stars. The WiFi was ok, not super great but decent enough for video and wifi calls.

My wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary. We are so glad that we came across this restaurant. It's by far the best tasting and cooked to perfection steak I've had anywhere in this area. The steaks are tender and cut like butter. The staff are friendly and offer a good wine pairing with your steak.

I did not stayed here, but by the looks from the outside and the resturant. This place is off the hook.

Hotel is very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a 5 star dinner in restaurant, I full heart recommend to have meal there. Also I appreciated that hotel managed all our special requests with best care. I will stop here if ever I drive nearby.

A little expensive for the size of the room breakfast for ten euros not really at there.. staff was not the friendliest.. room was very clean and bed was comfy 😌 not the worst not the best

Booking online was easy and had no problems at the check-in. The room was quite straight forward - A little old fashioned but it had all the basic necessities (hair dryer, towels, soap etc.) The Language barrier wasn't too bad. The receptionist gave us suggestions for a restaurant and some ideas for relaxation. We also received a booklet with all kinds of vouchers to use within the small town. TV placement...

One of the few places I always come back to with great pleasure. Very hospitable and helpful people (owners) care a lot to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Delicious breakfast, excellent wifi, fine parking. It can surely be recommended!

A hotel in a central location. Nice park nearby and the center only a few minutes away. Nice view. Rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom was cold and didn't get any heat and had a very peculiar smell. The staff was super nice and always approachable. The reception is not manned in the evening. A nice hotel in a quiet location. Very friendly and attentive staff. My room was clean and well furnished. The equipment is high quality and I slept very well in the box spring bed. The breakfast buffet was varied.

Super nice accommodation, very friendly hosts, excellent food and a fantastic area. I'm not a wine drinker, especially not sweet wines, but the Riesling Spätlese has completely won me over! We will be back! And in between, orders are placed online. ;)

Surprise for my husband for his 60th birthday. Everything was perfect here. The loving reception, the room, the food, everything. The senior manager cooked wonderfully and the junior manager fed us well. The breakfast was simply amazing, something different every day. The area is totally quiet to relax. The juices from the wine taste great. We enjoyed being here

A dreamy Christmas buffet. Everything was very nicely prepared and a great atmosphere. The food was really very good. Freshly prepared and served by the chef. The staff was very friendly and courteous, always very quick and reacted immediately to orders. So absolutely recommendable and we will eat there again next year for Christmas.

BKreuznach.has more Italian Restaurants,than Italy!! This was an excellent evening.They have daily selection & from the menu..Staff welcoming & friendly..Easy & comfortable evening.Food well presented and all dishes including Veggie choices. As I live in Bad Kreuznach I never visited Hotel-Restaurant Villa Grande as an overnight guest, but my wife and I like to visit their sunday morning breakfast and brunch event.
