Stayed for 3 days. Nice, spacious and clean room. WiFi with sufficient bandwith available for free. Spa and Gymnasium available. Parking lot without fee. Breakfast rich and tasty. Kind service staff. Thank you.

Very good hotel and staff in the quiet village Bad Liebenstein surrounded by lots of nature and Forrest. I booked a room with King bed and in the request I asked for a room in a high level. I was given a room with two single beds and in the first floor directly on the main street. The toilet was not clean.

Netter Empfang durch Rezpetion, ruhiges Zimmer zu Innenhof, Fahrstuhl, gute Betten, gutes Frühstück, vom Bahnhof in 15 Min zu Fuß erreichbar mit geringem Anstieg. Gutes Essen am Abend im Haus auf schöner Terasse. Direkt unterhalb beginnen die Geschäfte, schöner Park gegenüber und hinter dem Haus Fußweg durch ein Wiesental.

Visited the restaurant for a family lunch and it was outstanding. We got great service and the special orders we had for the kids were no problem. I had their argentinian steak from the menu and it was the best steak I've had for a long, long time.

The other things are fine, but the strange thing is: I live in a room on the first floor, my phone has no signal at all, and I can't connect to the hotel's wifi, but I can connect to it in the lobby. The service attitude at the front desk is relatively indifferent and can't help solve any problems

5 hours walk from Eisenach station. There is a small gate at the entrance of the city, and after passing through it, there is a small square and a bronze statue of Luther. behind it. It is a hotel where you can feel the history. Breakfast was satisfying too❗

Awesome Experience! The Food was Great. (30.9.2021) The Service ..Not so good. We and fellow patrons..were "never" checked on during or meal. We had to Finially "Stand Up ! (Embarrassing) to get Attention of the wait staff.. Specifically the two males .."Not" in Uniform. Wait staff were found to be "always" directly out front of the hotel.. smoking ..leaving many dining patrons frustrated ! We hope...

I was twice in the restaurant before coming in the hotel. The restaurant was famous. Now it is Covid time and thanks to be open. Rooms are fine. And they where making the restaurant for people of hotel. Thanks, it is not easy. People are pleasant and you are welcome. I hope the best for the restaurant and the hotel in this difficult period. Found this by chance on the internet,If you are arriving by train you'd be best advised to get a taxi(if you have a serious amount of luggage). Die Pension liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Eisenach (also nicht an einer Durchgangsstraße), aber man kommt trotzdem bequem zu Fuß in die Innenstadt und kann auch die Wartburg gut zu Fuß erreichen. Excellent hotel with very good bedding, large bathroom and good soundproofing for a good rest... a little disappointed with the service in the bar but that must be explained by the wedding reception that was at midday, I think the staff were tired... otherwise good food and very good cocktails...

I can only speak for the guest management - my husband was staying here recently and it was his birthday so I called and they prepared a lovely surprise in his room for me and even sent me photos of it by email! Thank you to the team for going above and beyond normal customer service!

Excellent location in central Meiningen, just a minute or two's walk from the main square in one direction and the Schloss and Theatre Museum in the other direction. Fairly comfortable room with a useful desk. Attached to an Italian restaurant downstairs which stayed open late - a good option after the opera.

Top hotel with lots of attention to detail and I can only recommend it. From the outside the hotel looks relatively normal, but then... then comes a big "wow". The location, facilities, room size, restaurant, nothing was missing. Even though we only chose one night, it was enough to say: we'll be back.
