It was our second time at Cappuccino, clean and nice room. The food in the evening was very tasty and the breakfast was rich and very nicely decorated, the staff was very friendly, we will definitely be back.

For a *** hotel you get really nice rooms here, the service was absolutely courteous and friendly. The wellness treatment I received (bathtub with massage jets) was super pleasant and relaxing. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of gastronomy, but for the price it's absolutely fine. I would go there again at any time.

My girlfriend and I stayed there for one night. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. All the employees were very nice. The application was also very pleasant. It's a small hotel right next to the spa park, so if you don't like it so busy, you're in good hands there. We will repeat it again.

It is a cozy little hotel with a great location right next to the spa gardens. Massages & Co: In the large wellness package, the massages last around 20 minutes. We try to use some things one after the other so that the different treatments are not broken up into different parts of the day. While you are being massaged, you lie on the magnetic field mat. I have not been so happy with my stay at the hotel for a long time. Very nice owners. They even waited for me with dinner. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Rooms in two new buildings, spacious, comfortable beds. Large private parking. An ideal place for those who like cycling trips. The hotel is perfectly adapted to the needs of cyclists with extra space for bikes. There are many routes nearby....

Only the swimming pool was closed and it wasn't mentioned on the website nor booking.com. breakfast was superior, but a lot of wasps.

I do not understand how so many German locations have 4 stars, if they lack room service and air condition, which are basic in any other countries already at 3 star hotels. Why the TVs still have 15 inches? Why not lowering the price if the swimming pool is not open? On the good side, the rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the food is good. A perfect place for the seniors.

Recommended for those who has stay for the nearby offices like Delta. Old rooms. Non-German speakers would face little problem while communicating with few staffs. However staffs are very nice. Some kind of noise may disturb you in few rooms.

Agree with reviews below. Simple, functional accommodation that is very good value. We had apartment which costs a bit more than basic room but well worth the few extra euros. Big room with fridge and basic cooking facilities. Centre is close but confusing to navigate but great to visit.

Fantastic hotel. Amazing price. Simple, clean rooms, incredibly easy to check in, friendly receptionist, super close to the city center and with many available parking spaces. Another great feature is the ability to cancel your stay for free couple of days before the reservation. Will come back whenever I'm in the area!

This was my 2nd time and I really like it here. There aren’t many hotels within the walls of Soest and this one is very reasonably priced. My aunt (not a guest) joined me for breakfast which was only €10.90. Breakfast is lovely. White and seedy bread rolls, croissant, hard boiled egg, meats and cheeses and of course very nice coffee. Breakfast room is also lovely and cosy.

This hotel is located next to the station at 5 minutes from the center. The rooms are very clean and well equiped. The breakfast is more than just a normal breakfast. There is more than enough parkingplace for the guests. You will see us back.

Brilliant overnight stop at Hotel Susato. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay at a great price. Good parking, friendly service, a clean comfortable room and a good breakfast buffet. Hotel Susato is just south of the nice old centre of Soest where once every couple of years the spectacular Soester Fehde (Feud) medieval festival takes place. Next to the hotel is a large parking place (P2) and on the other side of the ring road there is a nice park where part of the festival takes place when that’s on. The hotel is located not far from the motorway. The parking is free The building seems to be of the sturdy German construction, located in a quiet part of the village. I only visited the cafe, not the hotel. The coffee was delicious, the elderly waitress tried very hard and was friendly. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the Möhnesee. One can relax and watch birds and the very agile fish. The facility is old but ok

Fantastically beautiful rooms, some (like ours) with direct access to the lake. Extensive breakfast buffet can also be taken on the lakeside terrace. Consistently friendly staff. Use of the indoor pool included in the price. Unfortunately, this year the restaurant is not open (or only for breakfast) due to a lack of staff. I hope that will change again in the future, as we have eaten very well here...

Sadly, we were not overly impressed with our recent (3 overnights) stay at Haus Delecke. All in all, the hotel and room itself were clean and tidy with a good bed and the room had clearly been recently renovated, in particular the bathroom. Disappointingly, though, on two occasions, chamber maids failed to clear away used water glasses which should not happen. The hotel itself has massive character...

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions now. Centrally located, the hotel is very clean. They offer a great breakfast and nothing is too much trouble to their wonderful staff. Quite frankly, we would go nowhere else.

We often visit Lippstadt and we ALWAYS stay at this hotel. The place is immaculately clean and the staff are always so attentive. Nothing is a problem to them. There is an underground garage enabling safe bicycle storage. Rooms have a fridge with basic drinks as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is perfectly placed for all entertainment as it is centrally located for bars and restaurants...

It was easy to find this hotel which is located very near the centre of Lippstadt. Reception staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a good selection. It is best to book parking in the garage in advance. Ideal place to stay and enjoy Lippstadt. Very quiet.

The hotel has style. Nice rooms, nice view of the market square. The hotel is very nicely decorated inside, has an old style but modern. This is right on the market square. There is also parking for guests only. I can only recommend.

The best hotel in Lippstadt. They service the best Crossaint for brekfast. They make it better than French. Rooms are spacious and neat.

Guest house, where each individual room has bathing in it. But the kitchen is common for the whole building, which is kinda difficult to cook. One more big thing to notice is, they take more than prices written on their website. It's like 20€ more if booking for 1 month, which was not acceptable.

We stay here for a night after our friend wedding night. It was really nice and comfy. The place was clean and organize it has plenty rooms and we were allowed to bring the dog in for a lil extra charge which was nothing. Everything was working fine in the room. Also reasonable price .

This privately run hotel is a quiet, clean, beautifully situated opposite fields. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds clean linen, many cupboards for storage and a large en suite. Delicious freshly laid out breakfast, wide choice of fresh rolls, cheeses and meats. Lovely fruits and yogurt and fresh coffee and selection of teas. We enjoyed our stay over Christmas so much we are looking to return...

I stayed here for one night last weekend with a group of 6 men on a bicycle tour. For our purpose this was exactly the right place. Self-check-in, late arrival, secure bike garage and a good breakfast buffet deserve a good review. One problem with one of our 3 rooms was dealt with in a professional manner, even so there was no staff on site. Overall good value for the money!

The breakfast was gigantic. In the breakfast room there is a freezer with excellent cold cuts. My first impression was that it was a farm shop. But no, it wasn't like that. These cold cuts are for the guests. The nice hosts cut as much of each variety as you want (there was also real Parma ham). We were extremely impressed by this generosity and friendliness and will definitely be back. Many Thanks
