Wonderful food! Great location! I stayed in the top floor suite for five nights and it was extremely comfortable. I loved the porch and the view. Staff was sweet and breakfast was good.

The selected dishes were consistently delicious. A small side salad with the pasta dish would have been appropriate. Unfortunately, there is little choice of children's dishes for children (and no menu).

We try to visit every couple of months to enjoy a long weekend. The hotel is beautiful, handled with love, and the owner makes sure your special. The entrance to the Therme is very convenient and we just adore spending time there.

after staying at other places in town, this has to be the best choice! the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I can't leave a review without mentioning the wonderful food!!

We were staying here for one night. It was a small room with a small bathroom. But for us for 1 night it was just enough to take a rest from a long trip. Breakfast was great, a lot to choose from and good quality. Friendly staff and great location. A 20 minute walk to the city.

Very good traditional restaurant. Today they had a special American menu also. Food was delicious and service prompt. They also let us take our time staying later than usual, which is very appreciated. Not all restaurants in this area do this. Highly recommended.

The room was more suitable, and the front desk was friendly. I arrived early to store my luggage. The included breakfast was very good, and the variety was basically complete. The waiter remembered that I wanted to drink milk the next day (at my own expense the first day), and it was hot.

The location is right on a busy street and opposite the train station. With the windows closed, however, you can't hear anything. I booked this place because the accommodation in Rothenburg was on the pricey side, but it was more like a guesthouse. Even during my trip to Romania, this place had the lowest satisfaction level for the same amount of money. The male owner was extremely unfriendly, the room smelled musty, and the bed was very small and creaky... The location is perfect for walking around.

We had rented 2 rooms with request at the back The first room was great with air conditioning and great bathroom and good beds and at the side The t****e room was without air conditioning and a bad bathroom at the front with a lot of noise from the traffic which made 1 couple sleep very badly So we had booked 2 identical rooms but completely different

The hotel is near the train station and quite far from the railway tracks. You won't hear the sound of trains when you sleep at night. The room is large and lit from two sides, making it very comfortable to use. The breakfast was delicious and not expensive, and it was very cost-effective. It was not far from the old town and within walking distance. My friend and I were very satisfied.

Great location, only minutes from historic Rothenburg. Bathrooms were tricky though. Our shower did now work properly. We were on the 3rd floor and as it was quite toasty in the rooms. Putting a fan in the open window did help cool the room down. Breakfast was incredible. Even offered gluten and dairy free options which was great for us. Staff set aside tables for our big group of 10.

Great value! Staff was so friendly and helpful. I stayed as a solo traveler in a single room and it was super clean and new. I wish the bathroom area was a little bit wider but I understand it is a space saving room. The hotel is so quiet at night with no noise disturbing my sleep. Breakfast buffet was adequate but nothing great. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Tough to get all that at once but it's done there very tastefully. Overall the hotel is fine for a one nights stay however the room could have been cleaner. Especially the bathroom and shower cabinet since every time we showered the water wouldnt go down the drain and you were left standing in a pool of dirty water. The hotel is a bit cluttered and the standard rooms look a bit dated and worn. Carpeting in the standard room is worn and the shower does not yet have a thermostatic tap and still works with traditional hot/cold taps and it takes a very long time to get hot water. I had such a great experience here! The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are huge and modern. The food is also pretty good. The best part about this hotel is that the location is amazing. A lovely family run establishment. It was very clean and comfortable, a 5 minute walk from the train station and only 7 minutes to the town wall. A great value!…but keep in mind if you are looking for Airconditioning and other hotel amenities pay the price and check into a hotel.

Sadly too noisy to sleep with the windows open (with heavy traffic passing all night) and too hot to sleep with them shut. But the apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean.

With free parking, the location is excellent for exploring the old town. Perfect location right outside the old city wall. The room was clean and modern but maybe a bit small. Our room came with a very small balcony that we enjoyed during our stay. The old city was very easy to access for meals and sightseeing in this great town.

I can only comment about the restaurant: the food was good, a bit above average portion sizes, and an absolutely fair price. Nice place for family with kids. On a Friday night the restaurant was lively and several people were gathered to play chess.

We stayed 2021 at that place for two nights to explore Rotenburg in all of its glory. The location is good as you usually find a parking spot across the road. The hotel is rather old and so does the interior feel a bit outdated but nevertheless it was clean and fine to stay. We didn't try the restaurant so we can not say anything for or against it. The price is fair just don't expect amazing rooms...

Stayed one night with the family while on a road trip. Had a typical german pub dinner in the garden while the kids ran around in the adjacent field, was great not to have to go seeking suitable dinner after a long drive. Room was enormous, kids really liked the character of the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious.

A very cozy and comfortable Inn near Rothenburg, Germang located near scenic mountains and in a quiet section of a residential area. The location is great, but the room and toilet were dated. The carpet was dirty in the room and the toilet was very old. The room key was also the key to the outside door. Somehow my room key didn't work when I was trying to get in at 10.30pm at night. Nobody was inside to open it. Thankfully another guest had keys that could open the outside door and I was able to get in along with them.

Our family had enjoyed delicious lunch meals I never been experienced in Germany. Especially I'd like to recommend the Cordon Blue and Baucern omelette, potatos food.

The Rödertor (Roeder Gate) with it's two customs and watch huts with their pointed roofs. These flank the outer gate and the bailey. Above you can see the top of the Roeder tower (Röderturm). It is one of the only a few towers that is open to the public.

In the heart of the fairytale medieval town you can find a Mexican restaurant. The service is nice and the portions are reasonably big.

The Rote Hahn is the best out of 5 restaurants I've tested throughout the last week. Very attentive and friendly staff. Immediately brought water for my dog. Immediately got a stool for my little baby. Only was able to raise my hand to the shoulder before someone came to my table to service my order. Loved it! Great crowd.
