We had the most beautiful experience at this hotel! Delicious food, very good service and the ambience of the place! Super comfortable rooms, very attentive staff members. Perfect for families too. I highly recommend it!

For group stays, breakfast should include vegetables and fruits. This is the first time I want to eat cucumbers and tomatoes. Each person needs to pay 10 euros.

Just off town square, next to the town wall- that you can climb and walk the length of. Large beds- not 2 pushed together, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff are friendly and bilingual, meals are plentiful

The staff were very helpful. The location was convenient, just inside the old wall. And the bathroom had a tub with shower, which was nice to have.

The staff at this hotel was so rude to us that it compelled me to write this review. The city is beautiful. The hotel is less than average and not the place to stay in July due to lack of air conditioning. However, by far, the worst part was the extremely rude hotel staff person that came at us just for standing at one of tables outside to eat a sandwich for 5 minutes. Twice she came to tell us to throw out our trash when we were done, as if we weren’t going to. They were just so disrespectful. Stay somewhere else in the city. Everyone else was nice.

All ok except:
- the shower in one of our rooms was not working (it was too late to report when we saw the issue, reported it in the morning at checkout)
- some consumables were empty
- not even a small bottle of water, you have to buy it from the restaurant down stairs which closes around 9..10 PM.
- no hotel parking, even in the front of the hotel. Got a fine for parking in the front of the hotel, but it was our fault for not checking.
Otherwise, a nice and well placed hotel, pay attention to any event that may close the city center for the cars, if arriving by car. This hotel is just inside the city center, near a gate on the wall.
The city is awesome and worth visiting for sure.

A fantastic hotel, with friendly staff who go out of their way to help. I stayed here as a solo traveler in early June. The room was fantastic, clean and well appointed with everything I needed and overlooked the car park/ town wall. The staff were very helpful and friendly who couldn’t be more kind to me. The breakfast was good, put together specifically for me as the hotel was quiet and didn’t need to do the full buffet for only a few guests. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This was a really nice hotel. Everything fits and the staff is very friendly. Rothenburg is a very beautiful city and has a lot to offer. The night watchman's tour at 9:30pm was a complete success. Lots of nice shops and pubs. My wife and I just praise it. It was not the last time. The Prinz Hotel really deserves 5 stars. Delicious breakfast in the morning and a feast for the palate in the evening. Kudos to the kitchen and their assistants.
