I had such a great experience here! The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are huge and modern. The food is also pretty good. The best part about this hotel is that the location is amazing. The town is so cute and there are so many shops you can stop by. There's also a night watchman tour that explains the history of the town. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location with great access to the old town. Clean rooms with impeccable service. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and is capable of servicing anyone. I highly recommend.

Nice hotel in a historic remodeled building, with very friendly staff at the reception. Super clean, comfortable beds and small but functional and cozy bathroom. The location is unbeatable near the gates of the old city. Breakfast is wonderful with lot of options and everything yummy. A great weekend getaway!

Stayed a night on the way back from Italy to Berlin. As we arrived we were asked if we have a car and were directed to the large hotel parking (free of charge). It's a great service of the hotel. We had two rooms. A double and a triple and we're very satisfied. The nice lady at reception gave us a map of the city and explained to us about free tours, main sights and as we visited the city we found her explanations very good. The service is great. The breakfast was very very good. Location is top. Right outside the hotel is the old city wall and you can claim the stairs and walk the wall on the way to the market square. It was really nice here and we will gladly stay again. Thank you

Wonderful staff — helpful with restaurant recommendations and even a free bottle of water needed for taking some pills. The hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained, and has its own attached restaurant/brauhaus. The complimentary breakfast is very ample and terrific.

Well located hotel, just a short walk to the Altstadt. Clean, and very nice breakfast spread.

First off, you are a few steps of the entrance to the old town and have ample parking, so location is perfect. Also, pls stay at least a couple of nights here. The town is gorgeous early morning and evening after all the day tourists have gone.

Hotel is spotless clean, has its own decor style and personality, big dinning room and many room options. Ample space for wheelchairs.

Staff was friendly, very accommodating and offering great recommendations.

Breakfast buffet was generous, with continental and hot food options, amazing bakery, fruit, ham and lots of cheese!

Highly recommend this hotel for visiting xmas markets. You will enjoy being a couple of blocks from the walled town w/o having to deal with being inside the walled town.

We reserve a room with 2 adjoining twin beds and a single bed. Bed is very comfortable. Our room is small but very clean. We love that the hotel has an in-house restaurant, especially in our scenario flying in from Frankfurt and driving straight from the airport to Rotenburg ob der Tauber.
Love the side salad, veggies are fresh. Both steaks cooked medium rare. Mushroom soup was also good, I wish there's bread that comes with it. Service was good, welcoming, and most speak English.
