It's really worth a nice. I tried the tea down the lobby, and it was fantastic

This was our second stay in this hotel and again we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is pretty big and I believe always pretty booked, but have to admit that you do not feel this. The room was very nice and modern decorated. Breakfast in the hotel is just wonderful, staff is very friendly and really wants to make your stay nice. The hotel is located at a very big lake, lots of outdoor activities can be done. We will come back.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service at a good price. The spa and pools are extensive and offer true relaxation. Restaurant four courses priced decent with their own homemade wine, which tastes fresh and easy. Decent size apartments and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Very, very good meat and a super cozy as well as pretty resturant.

The service was also really good, and our waitress was good at taking care of our gluten free needs.

We have had a family vacation here since 2015. It is nice to see the same faces and also new ones every year. The loyalty of the employees is a good sign for Jagdhaus Eiden as an employer. This hotel is perfect for a vacation with small children, the water in the indoor pool is 29C, the outdoor pool and whirlpool is also nice for children. Restaurant uses high-tech robots to help distribute the dishes during dinner, this is entertaining for children. Since 2018-2019, there is also a small new playground near the winter garden, which is also a highlight for children. Breakfast table offers huge variability and is very delicious. Hopefully see you later again!

Very relaxing, warm and welcoming. Rooms are beautiful, spa was amazing. The location is great - private and quiet but only a few minutes walk to the downtown of the town. Breakfast and dinner offered a variety of local specialties! Service was top notch! Would love to come back for a longer time.

Excellent spa with large lawn and several pools in indoor and outdoor areas - the private beach by the sea is just as good, with small sauna cars and wonderful sea views from the sun loungers. The beach offers a variety of activities (boating, barbecuing, ball games). Excellent service team in all areas of the hotel with excellent cuisine. The only downside, and in fact a star deduction, for which the hotel should only be held accountable to a limited extent: unfortunately, some guests think they are someone better, come off as arrogant, and obviously feel bothered by younger families with children. It's a shame that 80% of the guests at the hotel were over 70, rejuvenating the public through appropriate family activities would certainly look good on the house.

Pleasant staff, personable, detailed explanations of all processes, neat, clean, comfortable. Used the private spa for two. Some quiet music would have been nice, but other than that everything was absolutely fine. We felt comfortable and had a relaxed time. Definitely recommended!
