2nd time around in this hotel in WHV. Rooms were adequate, you have everything you need from shampoo/bodywash/lotion. Bathrobes and hotel slippers are provided. Sauna is a bit crowded but it's still OK.

Restaurant Harbour View as always is top notch! Food that was serve was great. My husband had beef cheeks and I had the fish. Taste & quality was excellent. Service was great. To end the night, we had cocktails at the bar downstairs. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. 'til next year ❤️

I absolutely love this place! It's very calm and quiet, making it perfect for a short stay. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Although it's officially a four-star hotel, I would personally give it a five-star HOSTEL rating based on its overall ambiance. However, I did find the customer service somewhat lacking in care. There is no welcome fruit basket, and you only receive a free water bottle on the first day. The air-conditioning cooling was turned off due to the winter season, and when I requested it be turned on at midnight because I felt hot, my request was not accommodated.

Nice hotel in Wilhelmshaven, halfway between the beach and downtown. The pool and spa were very nice. Rooms had a great view, it's right on the water in all directions. Very good breakfast for a good price.

This was a 2-days trip. We had a superior double room on 6th floor with an amazing view over the port. The staff was so professional, kind and competent, especially those at the breakfast service. While variety for breakfast was not huge, everything was delicious and never in short supply. The room was not too big, but just enough for a couple's short stay, with a safe, bathrobes and free mini bar (with an extra bottle of water in the room). Bathroom with shower so neat! If I would have to note a drawback that would be the TV channels. If you don't speak German, your options are BBC World News and Bloomberg. Though few channels offered the possibility to change language, it was not working properly (suggesting: German or German, German or French which actually was still in German language). I'd love to visit again the city and stay in this hotel. Make sure you have a look at the weather before you go. It seems there is very often (really strong!) wind and rain.
