Everything very clean. Breakfast very 😋. staff very friendly.

Super pleasant and quaint! With a view of the Alps and a delicious beer, you can relax on your little balcony! Only 4 stars because the fluorescent tube above the bed was a bit annoying, but I would still like to come back anytime! And: the ristorante in town is fantastic !!! ;)

In this hotel/guesthouse, time has stood still around 1980. Renovations were made but the bathroom was very cramped and an electrician should have a look at the electrical system above the bed, although the cables were isolated and a junction box without a cover was not possible. The range of bread rolls is manageable, at least on Sundays. You can take a conclusion, but you don't have to

Genuine German House of Guests This is a genuine house of Guests. The location is beautiful and it is close for a visit to Salzburgo. The hosts are a very nice family, Maria and Lutz. The rooms are clean and peaceful. We have not tried better cooked eggs for breakfast, we should definetely come back.

Amazing breakfast. The rooms have great views. It is tranquil and relaxing. They have a restaurant with pretty decent food. Everything that you need. It's also very close to the highway if you need to leave early.

The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and the view from the room is amazing. Also the breakfast was very good and various. I highly recommend the hotel. It was only a 14 minute drive from Chiemsee.

Host is very accomodating and nice. Scenic views and pleasant. Must go for people looking for peaceful outing and chiemsee is a 20 min drive from here.

Very lovely place in the heart of country, very much off the beaten track. No elevator so too much of a chore to bring suitcases up to the rooms. Cheerful & helpful staff during breakfast which was a bit limited in the selection.

Amazing breakfast. You wouldn't expect that from a random bed&breakfast. Also, the owners are so friendly and helpful. It's only 2 minutes away from the highway!

we spent a nice holiday in there 06.2018. Chiemsee is a nice spot for short vacation. Hotel is well connected either with train or by car. Room is quite & nice breakfast served.

We spent a few days on vacation here and were completely thrilled. Super nice and helpful hosts, all the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, even with a fully equipped kitchenette and balcony, the location was great for excursions. Friendly, personal reception at check-in, good service. The landlord and the entire staff try very hard and take the time to chat. Cozy rooms, functionally furnished with a small kitchenette including dishwasher, MW, refrigerator. Extensive, very tasty breakfast buffet with homemade jam and a number of local (organic) products.

Booked 2 times. Based on the reviews I had read, I packed cleaning cloths but didn't need them. Everything clean and tidy. It was cleaned ... you could see that everywhere on the plaster strips. It was different on the return journey ... the beds were obviously freshly made ... I had to clean everything else with my towels. In the bathroom, only the towels were changed. Everything was still wet and...

Unfortunately there was a souvenir of the hast before in the toilet, otherwise it would have given a better rating. Absolutely recommended for a short period of time as business or transit, booking is super easy, the rooms are modern and clean (except for the toilet in my case) The mattress was too hard for my taste. All in all, a pretty good place to stay

Comfortable rooms with nice view. The staff is very kind and the corona restrictions are handled really nicely. Food is great, check-ins and such takes just a few minutes. I recommend a visit.

Stopped here on the way to the national park. Excellent food, service and portions for the lunch crowd. Nice outside eating area with valley views and chirping birds. Parked on a side street but stalls are also available across the street.

We ran into this wonderful hotel in this beautiful rural German town in early June. It is located south of Traunstein and west of Salzburg. The view of the mountains is stunning. The breakfast was great, the owner was very nice and the swimming lake was great. It was also very nice that there were several possibilities to sit in the evening with a coffee or tea. We also had the possibility to charge our electric car.

Situated in a beautiful location, with good, big and clean rooms and very accommodating staff. Definitely deserves all the compliments.
