It was a nice place, breakfast was fine, but the room never warmed up full heat cold all night. Maybe just our room but dang chilly...

The breakfast was great, the owner was very nice and the swimming lake was great. It was also very nice that there were several possibilities to sit in the evening with a coffee or tea. We also had the possibility to charge our electric car.

Simple and old look rooms - need to be refreshed because they were not so clean anymore :( But people here is kind and available. Stay one night and we had 3 rooms each one being nearly the same (1 double and 2 simple rooms) Room keys are usable for the entry door because there's no reception after 7pm.

The hotel is great! In prime location for shops and restaurants. The room was large and very clean and comfortable. In this hotel/guesthouse, time has stood still around 1980. Renovations were made but the bathroom was very cramped and an electrician should have a look at the electrical system above the bed, although the cables were isolated and a junction box without a cover was not possible. The range of bread rolls is manageable, at least on Sundays. You can take a conclusion, but you don't have to

Genuine German House of Guests This is a genuine house of Guests. The location is beautiful and it is close for a visit to Salzburgo. The hosts are a very nice family, Maria and Lutz. The rooms are clean and peaceful. We have not tried better cooked eggs for breakfast, we should definetely come back.

Amazing breakfast. The rooms have great views. It is tranquil and relaxing. They have a restaurant with pretty decent food. Everything that you need. It's also very close to the highway if you need to leave early.

Very lovely place in the heart of country, very much off the beaten track. No elevator so too much of a chore to bring suitcases up to the rooms. Cheerful & helpful staff during breakfast which was a bit limited in the selection.

I just loved this place. The breakfast served was good. They provided us with a diaper changing mat and baby bed on request. Of course it costs 15€ additional price. They also let us wax the cross country skis and were very accommodating with check-in times too. Definitely will choose them when in the Ruhpolding

We booked a week at the Alpenhotel Wittelsbach , opting for the romantic suite, to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The room itself was breathtaking. The service exceptional. Marus and Anya are amazing hosts. Ruhpolding is an excellent place for walking, recharging the batteries and generally enjoying the peace and tranquility of nature.

In the cozy pension / hotel you feel completely at ease. Excellent, very nice hosts, the breakfast is delicious, rich and something for everyone and the rooms are clean and spacious. Decorations are in the style of the '70s. I don't mind, but for some won't be enough. We've been given a small chambre in the attic, yet we've paid full price. They said they were full.
