We liked everything: location, stuff, rooms (extremely clean) , food (we celebrated here christmas) swimming pool. The only min was - it was extremely WARM in the restaurant. It was so warm that I couldn't enjoy the atmosphere.

We had a perfect stay. The food was outstanding and the also have a brand new Spa. All the staff was so helpfull with advise to visit places nearby. Salzburg is just about 30 minutes away. The rooms are refurbished and we one on the top floor with a mountain view.

Nice and quick service in the beer garden in the afternoon for good price so decided to test it for dinner also. Good atmosphere inside and quick service. Really good desert and was possible to get a small cognac to it.

In the cozy pension / hotel you feel completely at ease. Excellent, very nice hosts, the breakfast is delicious, rich and something for everyone and the rooms are clean and spacious. Decorations are in the style of the '70s. I don't mind, but for some won't be enough. We've been given a small chambre in the attic, yet we've paid full price. They said they were full. I just loved this place. The breakfast served was good. They provided us with a diaper changing mat and baby bed on request. Of course it costs 15€ additional price. They also let us wax the cross country skis and were very accommodating with check-in times too. Definitely will choose them when in the Ruhpolding

The breakfast was great, the owner was very nice and the swimming lake was great. It was also very nice that there were several possibilities to sit in the evening with a coffee or tea. We also had the possibility to charge our electric car.

Situated in a beautiful location, with good, big and clean rooms and very accommodating staff. Definitely deserves all the compliments.

Although we arrived much too early, a nice exception was made and we were able to move into our room. That was really good. Otherwise only praise for this accommodation. Great rooms with a balcony and a small kitchen, delicious breakfast with lots of homemade things. Bicycle storage is also available. Unfortunately we were only there one night. Breakfast amazing thanks to a devoted, involved and passionate owner of the hotel who used all her imagination and skills to prepare every day something different. Unfortunately we have to leave today. A small, fine hotel. The furnishing of the rooms was newly and lovingly designed. Breakfast very good. Is close to the mountains. I'm already looking forward to winter as I don't have far to go to the ski area. There is also a parking space for the car. 🤗👍

I think I booked a room for 4 but accidentally only named the 2-adults. When we turned up with 2 additional children they were very good about it.

Nice Alpen Choice Clean and comfortable family room. Great for short stay....but can imagine also to stay longer. Nice location and good selection of breakfast ...but be sure to come earlier as after 10AM the selection was limited.

Basic room but had character and was clear and well kept. Main bit of hotel was basic and had a bit of a youth hostel feel. Pillows were awful (lumpy ) but bedding otherwise very comfy. Breakfast good with a fair selection, Lovely bread. No decaf coffee anywhere.

Arrived 30 minutes after checkin opens. Room was not ready, employee also only spoke german did not really try english. Room was clean, nice shower. Pool was warm, enjoyable, could use some music in the pool area. Breakfast sandwiches were soggy

The village is beautiful. I've never lived in one of the houses myself (not quite cheap), but we like to eat in the inn. Tastes delicious and the staff is very nice. Unfortunately closed all weekend

We (2 families with dogs) are spending four days in one of the five alpine huts. Although it's really bad weather, here it's an incredibly beautiful place to feel comfortable. The sauna house, delicious food, absolutely uncomplicated hosts and the lovingly furnished huts contribute to our relaxing short break. Hopefully we can come back again 😊

Spent a long weekend there with a group of friends, due to the number of people it was possible to rent the entire space, so we could sit undisturbed until 4 in the morning around the cozy campfire. We were curious to see the Achental as one of Motel One Founder Dieter Müller's three luxury hotels. The others are the Kitzhof in Kitzbühel and the Chiemgauhof at Lake Chiemsee. This is nice huge estate. Location is a bit middle of nowhere. There is outdoor parking, also charging stations available. We had a great corner room. It was big, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, good shower. Good bed. While we didn't stay at the hotel, we popped in for a coffee and cake (the apple cake was AMAZING), and had a lovely time with our daughter. It is very quiet and peaceful, we wished we could have stayed. It definitely isn't a place you would come to without knowing it's there - we were lucky because we thought we were going to just a cafe nearby, and then discovered this!

A very comfortable and cozy spa hotel. Ot has so many nice facilities for children! My favourite is mouse cinema: one can get there only through the small entrance and inside it looks like a small cave with the big TV showing cartoons. A lot of toys and nice game room. Nice facility with a family feel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Super in their restaurant was very good.

The apartment is very large and has plenty of space for 4 people. The Stubn can be reached very easily via the front door. Our dog also felt very comfortable. Easy hiking tours can be started directly from the apartment.

The large rooms are tastefully furnished, very quiet and some with a balcony or terrace. The kitchen is fabulous and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast is plentiful. In the underground car park, the parking spaces and the entrance and exit are unfortunately a little tight for today's vehicles. CONCLUSION: The stay literally cries out for a repetition.

I would like to give acknowledgent for women from cleaning serwis , today they helped me with my little accident( I really deep cut my toe ) . They were kind , helpfull and worried. Place is create by people, and this is why is a good hotel to stay in. I really thank you .

I was only in the restaurant, so this review is only about that. Food was good and prices were ok, but the worst about it was the service. Maybe was a bad day for some of them but they were slow and not very friendly. We decided to end the dinner without desert otherwise we will still be waiting for some of them...

Gut Steinbach is a good choice if you want to relax, enjoy the region and great hospitality. The restaurant and the spa area are excellent, the rooms could need a modernization.

A lovely family run hotel. Quiet location with private parking. Room was large with balcony and very clean. Bathroom small but gad everything you need. Family very friendly and welcoming. Local bus into town just around the corner. We stayed room only so did not eat but I am sure it would be good.

An absolute recommendation! You feel very comfortable from the start in this family-run hotel. The hostesses are very attentive and create a great feeling of welcome. Value for money is very good and the location (5 minutes from the thermal baths and 10 minutes from the city center) and parking spaces directly on the property are an absolute plus. A quiet comfortable place to stay. The staff could not have been more welcoming, we immediately felt like we were at the home of friends. I did a cure at the Hotel Falter in Bad Reichenhall for 2 weeks. I would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to all the good spirits in the house. Extremely nice and courteous staff. I would particularly like to highlight the applications of the spa department. Recommended at any time.

Amazing experience on looking the mountains in Bad Reichenhall. I would encourage any tourist to take this hotel into consideration. They are extremely accommodating and the rooms are very clean. Definitely live up to the “superior” quality they claim to have at their establishment.
