Really nice 5 star hotel! Awesome service and a very welcome feeling! amazing food and a nice spa area.I would give 5 stars but I wasn't able to turn off the heating (central system not manually in the room) which was quite loud. So I'll be back in summer !

We were there for a 4 day meeting. Great ambience. The meeting rooms are great. The service is exceptional.

A great five star hotel with peerless service and cleanliness. The food for breakfast was great and for a company event we also ate lunch and dinner at the hotel - exceptional. Really feels like royalty staying in this castle!

It is one of the best plasce where I had the best meal ever. Supper tasty, supper quality supper enjoyable environment. I love it.

Superb rooms, extremely quiet and fantastic beds. Lovely pool area and very good gourmet food. A nearby forest is ideal for trekking and if you brought your electric Porsche with you, it can be charged in their spacious garage under the hotel.

It is a nice hotel. I had a good service and a comfortable night. There was just a problem during check-out. So 4stars.

We've spent a night at the Kardinal Schulte Haus in order to visit the close by Spa Mediterana. + perfect location for our purpose + good value for the money + impressive breakfast for a 3* hotel + beautiful, clean rooms with great views over Cologne in the distance (you can see the Kölner Dom) + the building is interesting and modern + parking on premises ~ no smoking ~ if you have outside business...

Only went to sleep and have breakfast here and for that it seemed fine. Breakfast was a bit sparse but adequate, rooms clean but gets quite warm during summer. Being in the flight route of the nearby airport means you'll wake up from jets around 7 when sleeping with the window open.

Very nice hotel. Close to the motorway, beautifull architecture, clean rooms, beds could be a bit more comfortable. Breakfast is above average and really worth the price. Eggs are freshly prepared and you have a big variety to chose from. Would stay here again if I come close to this area.

Really nice hotel and amazing Biergarten with a wonderful view up to Cologne. Really recommended if you are in the region.

Clean, nice and cozy. Even during the corona pandemic they manage to convey an atmosphere of casualty and normality.

I had a wine and salad in the biergarten. The views are awesome and the service great. There was nothing vegan on the menu but they made me a delicious vegan salad with bread.

Stayed here for two days to attend an event at Schloss Bensberg. Room (#31, Albrecht Durer) in the Artists House was comfortable and well fitted. Easy walk up to the Schloss and down to the center street. Very nice breakfast and great service.

New hotel with appropriate, functional, good (my taste) furnishings. There are electric external blinds and quiet air conditioning.

Location is perfect if you need a place close to the highway. And still it is quite, a forrest close by, restaurant next door. The place is clean, rooms are proper sized. Really good value for money!

Nice looking Hotel, very nice staff, the rooms are small with cheaper furnishings then expected...very small single beds pushed together and one squeeked all nght with every move you made. Shower dripped.

Das Personal ist so super freundlich, sowas hab ich eigentlich noch nie erlebt und ich reise sehr viel. Nach einem langen, anstrengen Tag wollten wir eigentich nur noch etwas essen und ins Bett. Die liebe Dame an der Rezeption hat für uns den Pizzadienst angerufen, uns Teller und Besteck zur Verfügung gestellt. Ganz ganz lieb. Für unsere Hunde war eine Decke und Napf bereitgestellt.

Everything was very clean. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. They had drinks available for normal prices. The woman working the front desk and the breakfast in the morning was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. I want it. Only complaint was that the room was kind of cold and the beds were a little uncomfortable but the pillows and blankets were very nice.

If life takes you to Bergisch Gladbach, then this is an excellent place to stay. Lovely rooms (some with French doors/terrace), very well appointed, comfortable beds, great breakfast, and a friendly and helpful welcome. One of the nicer small hotels I've stayed in.

Very nicely located hotel. The rooms are very tasteful and very well equipped. The staff always fulfilled all my wishes, no matter how small, and were very polite. I can only recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back myself!

The hotel was clean, quiet, friendly, beautiful and the staff were helpful. The room had all of the facilities which one would expect, was spacious and clean. Parking was plentiful and easy and the Wi-Fi was fast and strong. This was a positive as the Vodafone data signal was not strong. HOWEVER, what made this visit exceptional was meeting the owner and her son. They did everything in their power...

A gem in Bergisch Gladbach! I had the great pleasure of spending my stay at Hotel Boskamp and it was an absolute joy! From the moment I arrived I immediately felt welcome and looked after. The hotel exudes a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that fits perfectly with the charming character of Bergisch Gladbach. The room was spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and offered all the amenities you could wish...

Arrived in the suite. The first thing that strikes me is the size. You can hear echoes in some rooms. It takes 20 seconds to get from one end to the other. It is so clean that even under UV light nothing would be found. There is a kitchen, a high dining table and a low dining table for six people. A staircase leads into the living room and there is a second television and a glass desk. Air conditioning...

If you are in this area - stay here. You will feel like at home, surrounded by beautiful nature and kind people ❤️

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Got the quiet room I asked for with a breathtaking view on the sunrise and above the rooftops. Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and the personnel very caring and friendly. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Very courteous staff, easy to communicate with in English. Located in a quiet area, 20 minutes by train to downtown Cologne. Place was clean, nice room (a little small but it didn't bother me since I was out most of the time). Breakfast selection was very nice. Overall very pleased and would definitely go back there without hesitation.

Always a delight to stay here. We always stay here at least once a year. Very friendly front desk staff(all speak English and German). Great rooms to sleep in and wonderful breakfasts to wake up to. They have car park facilities but it doesn't come free though.

The bathroom is a bit small and has old decor but is very clean along with the room, It is easy to get to Cologne by bus stop across the road or small walk to Train station. Very friendly staff

The room was perfect for what it needed to be - a place to sleep. I didn’t realize the heater would reset to lower automatically or perhaps it was user error, but it got cold overnight, hence a dropped rating on that. (We left early in the morning so I didn’t get a chance to bring it up to them.) Also, some loud guests came in late and made a ruckus in the hallway, but didn’t wake the kids up. Reception...

My friends stayed here for a weekend. To be honest I don't understand the low ratings as the rooms are very clean and nice, ok outdated but the value for price is perfect. Breakfast was good too. They would stay here again for sure. Staff were really nice and helpful!

Were to visit in the Mediterranean and have stayed here. Key, you should pick up before the visit to the Hotel. Access in the Evening & at Night only about CODE! Rooms small but very clean. Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Very cozy, clean and quiet Hotel and neighborhood. I was in town for a trade show close to downtown but the train from this hotel to Kolnmesse was a breeze and so comfortable.

Cosy establishment, really good for guests of the Mediterana spa complex. Rooms are basic but functional, clean and quiet! Adjoining car park is very convenient! The only negative note is the plastic mattress cover, which makes bed hot at night! Staff is friendly and professional. Prices are really competitive!

It is very easy to reach from the highway and it is very sites quickly to the fair. In addition, it is possible to perceive Wellness options such as the Mediterrana. Breakfast is fun and the staff including Chef is very friendly. The rooms are top. All in all. Again and again.

The Hotel is basic but relatively cheap and clean. The furniture triggered something but neat. Price-performance and ease of votes. Breakfast not more and not less is in order. A solid solution if you just want to spend the night time, for example, at a family party in the area.

Simply furnished rooms. Everything was very clean, breakfast was adequate, everyone was very friendly. Important for me Elevator and slatted frame to adjust, everything available. In the heat, I would have preferred a light duvet as an alternative. Parking at the house and in the shade. Value for money in order. We can recommend it.

Good price-performance ratio. The room was clean. In the room there were 2 small bottles of water as a welcome. One-star deduction for the very narrow entrance to the underground car park. For the bigger cars the entry and exit could be a bit challenging.
