Very nice, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. There is a 5* supplement for the ice chest which is available at any time of day or night. This will not be our last visit here. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Very quirky and romantic little hotel. Very friendly service throughout the house. Exceptional room and everything very clean. Breakfast is also good. We will be happy to return, thank you very much.

A moment of well-being as soon as you enter this beautifully located property. The location is good and can be reached quickly on foot. Parking spaces are available right in front of the front door. The staff is very pleasant. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. I would gladly return.

Very nice hotel, cute and very clean rooms. Delicious breakfast with fresh tasty bread. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed here for two days to attend an event at Schloss Bensberg. Room (#31, Albrecht Durer) in the Artists House was comfortable and well fitted. Easy walk up to the Schloss and down to the center street. Very nice breakfast and great service.

Very nice staff, in an architectural monument located, our 1. Room was a little small, after a complaint we got without hesitation Upgrade.
Breakfast recommended Hotel. Price-performance ratio ok in the direction of overpriced easily.

A very nice Hotel in half - timbered style of rural charm meets modern Service, combined with a visit to the Mediterrana thermal Spa, a pleasure for body and soul and a real getaway to Enjoy.
