I liked the place. The location is near the city center, the hotel is cozy and the breakfast was tasty (I liked the fact that a honeycomb was present). The rooms aren't big but they were clean and looked nice. Would stay again in here.

Its location is amazing. Rooms are clean, looks like things are starting to be updated by reading some of these older reviews. I was here in July and no a/c or ceiling fan in room. 33c. Hard to get air moving inside. Breakfast was great by comparison to US standard. I'd stay again.

This is a good Hotel, but my experience in the bar was not great. I now it was a dinner time so I sit there and I wait patiently with my husband. No one even bother to say hello or acknowledge us. When I try to ask how long I need to wait "the answer was we are busy now". How long it take to server a bier???? This was my romantic weekend get away with my husband without the kids...I was a bit disappointed

Awesome hotel with fantastic staff

My family (wife, two boys and a dog) always stay at Reinhardts whenever we're in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Very friendly owners, comfortable and unique rooms, and a lovely breakfast. It's also very close to the city park and the downtown. No complaints!

There is absolutely nothing to complain about about this good house. The rooms are great and accurate. The staff is very responsive to the guests. Keep an eye out for the guests and you feel well looked after. The breakfast is great and plentiful. I would love to come back.

Stopped at the Alka for 2 weeks while working in Bietigheim-Bussingen. Good continental breakfast. Staff friendly & room kept clean. The only downside is no air-conditioning in the room.

The Hotel is nicely located near that castle and close to the lake. My room was spacious and clean. My only and major criticism is that the walls seem to be paper-thin. Myself as well as several of my colleagues slept rather bad because the noise level was high.

The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast buffet was so fancy, the rooms were clean, and the pool was awesome! We felt like we had our own private pool because no one else was using it. The pool was open till 10pm too. The wifi worked well, the rooms were clean, we hardly wanted to leave.

Very busy on the weekend so make sure you reserve or come very early or late. The menu is huge with a lot of options. The portions are also big and worth the amount. The wine selection is ok. Staff is very friendly.

Have stayed in this hotel for a night during a short trip to Ludwigsburg. Rooms were clean and staff was very kind. Wifi speed is great in the lobby ( 300 Mbit / 30 Mbit ) but should be improved in the rooms, e. g. using a repeater. Despite the opening hours of the reception a late check in is also possible if arranged beforehand using a key safe.

Fine but not as nice as in the pics In itself a good hotel but "overpromised" on the booking sites. I chose a more expensive room for a bath option that no longer exists and the parking was full both nights so needed to find place elsewhere. The location was very good, about 5 minutes walk from the train station. The room was big, comfortable and quiet. It was clean and the waterpressure in the shower was good.

Unreservedly recommendable! Great rooms, super clean. Nice maritime concept! Breakfast for 7.50 euros was great! Everything your heart desires, attentive, friendly staff. At 10.50 a.m. extra bacon was made for the gentlemen at the next table (breakfast until 11.00 a.m.). All in all, a ray of hope in the "service desert Germany". There are parking spaces in the nearby multi-storey car parks.

Really good location accessible direct from Ludwigsburg Station. Fast check in, comfortable rooms and plenty of restaurants around Ludwigsburg for the evening.

Best value for money, which is the most important feature for me when I choose a hotel type accomodation.

This hotel offers the expected minimum for an affordable price. However at least a small wardrobe would be fine to put the clothes ín. Interior is nice and modern. Elevators are slow, so I preferred to use stairs instead.

The staff were very genuine and kind. I have an extreme fear of elevators, and every person I spoke to during my two days in Ludwigsburg were very accommodating and non-judgemental. The woman at the registration desk the night I arrived, even changed my room to the first floor instead of the third floor without me asking. I thought that was so kind and thoughtful, and I’m very appreciative.

This hotel is only suitable if you are having a stopper. It offers only basic facilities. Major things missing : no laundry service , no kettle , no refrigerator. Not suitable for stay for more than a day. But breakfast is good. One of the staff was kind and supportive. Location is very good since it is very close to train station. Rooms were clean though.

Hotel was ok for a stop-over. I would not pay more than €60 for this place. Almost feels like a prison. The pillow was to small and the bathroom was in the middle of the room. Decent location

Parking garage below the hotel. The hotel is a little out of town but the location is quiet and the breakfast was very nice! The restaurant there looked fancy, so we went across the street to the Gasthaus Rössle and it was a very pub like environment. Great staff

Gorgeous hotel ran by a family located in a quiet town outside the city. Room views have a wonderful view of both old and modern architecture. Parking garage is perfect for smaller vehicles and the breakfast was delicious. Thankyou for the great stay!
