I was not informed that the breakfast buffet was not complimentary. Upon checking out, I received a bill for €40 covering the breakfast I enjoyed on two occasions.

Awesome hotel with fantastic staff

My family (wife, two boys and a dog) always stay at Reinhardts whenever we're in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Very friendly owners, comfortable and unique rooms, and a lovely breakfast. It's also very close to the city park and the downtown. No complaints!

Wonderful property! The setting is beautiful!

The Hotel is nicely located near that castle and close to the lake. My room was spacious and clean. My only and major criticism is that the walls seem to be paper-thin. Myself as well as several of my colleagues slept rather bad because the noise level was high.

The hotel is located in a nice area, very close to the lake and castle. Room is modern and wellness area is nice. The pity is about soundproofing. It can be quite noisy. We asked for a quiet room, but we got a room that was very close to the elevator.

The property and rooms are beautiful, the only criticisms is that the air conditioning was useless. Given the outside temperature was only 26c or so, the rooms were roasting hot and the tiny a/c unit totally ineffective. Would not return unless this was improved. Also the swimming pool was freezing despite being told that it was heated.

Had an absolutely amazing time at the hotel. Staff were kind and friendly, rooms were very clean and modern, and breakfast was great! Definitely my top choice the next time I visit Stuttgart!

I absolutely recommend this hotel. And it was just the right distance away from Stuttgart to play in the big city and then retreat to the small town. The weight room was nice and the pool was even better than expected.

Very busy on the weekend so make sure you reserve or come very early or late. The menu is huge with a lot of options. The portions are also big and worth the amount. The wine selection is ok. Staff is very friendly.

Have stayed in this hotel for a night during a short trip to Ludwigsburg. Rooms were clean and staff was very kind. Wifi speed is great in the lobby ( 300 Mbit / 30 Mbit ) but should be improved in the rooms, e. g. using a repeater. Despite the opening hours of the reception a late check in is also possible if arranged beforehand using a key safe.

Fine but not as nice as in the pics In itself a good hotel but "overpromised" on the booking sites. I chose a more expensive room for a bath option that no longer exists and the parking was full both nights so needed to find place elsewhere. The bathroom was refurbished but not with a walk-in shower as in the pictures. But the room was spacious

It is very close to Ludwigsburg train station, just a one or two minute walk. I thought ibis budget would be relatively simple, but the room was better than expected, and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel offers the expected minimum for an affordable price. However at least a small wardrobe would be fine to put the clothes ín. Interior is nice and modern. Elevators are slow, so I preferred to use stairs instead.

The staff were very genuine and kind. I have an extreme fear of elevators, and every person I spoke to during my two days in Ludwigsburg were very accommodating and non-judgemental. The woman at the registration desk the night I arrived, even changed my room to the first floor instead of the third floor without me asking. I thought that was so kind and thoughtful, and I’m very appreciative.

This hotel exceeded expectations and is definitely the best hotel in Lobao! There was a small concert in the evening with a very good atmosphere. I ordered a bottle of beer there and chatted with friends. It was very happy!

The staff was kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is conveniently next to the bus and railway stations, and close to the shopping streets. And the breakfast buffet was excellent!

I stayed here with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The staff at HARBR were always willing to accommodate our requests, whether that was different pillows for a better night rest, gluten-free bread for breakfast, they were a wonderful group of staff. we also really appreciated all of the books and colouring pages in the front lobby as well as the extra kid beds!

The hotel is still quite modern (it's only a few years old) and in very good shape. It's located near the central train station and easily accessible. There's a (paid) parking garage but there are also parking opportunities directly in the road leading to the hotel that have less expensive parking prices (and are free on nights and Sundays). I stayed here for 2 weeks, the room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was good, and in the evenings we could have a drink at the hotel's bar. Very nice staff. You can find parking spots near the hotel, I paid cca 2 euros from 5:30pm to 8:30 am the next day. On Sundays it's free. Very nice stay, I recommend.

Great hotel for short stays. Location is close to shops and restaurants and the old town is an easy walk. The hotel has a nice bar and reception area where a good buffet breakfast is served. Fabulous stay at the Nestor Hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Check in was smooth and the breakfast spread was delicious.

The room was a bit small, being in the attic. Thankfully, I'm not tall, but it still felt a bit cramped. The facilities were a bit dated, but otherwise, it was fine. The food portions were generous; even a smaller eater wouldn't be able to finish them!
