Built in 2010, the NH Ludwigsburg hotel is a contemporary hotel in a fabulous location. Guests can access the trains in two-minutes on foot or drive to Stuttgart in just 15-minutes. For car enthusiasts, the Porsche and Mercedez-Benz museums are nearby. NH Ludwigsburg has 130 elegantly decorated rooms. These are comfortable spaces with a soothing white palette with green accents. For guests’ comfort, each room is equipped with a sitting area, choice of pillows, a flat screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Connecting rooms are available and are perfect for families or groups traveling together. For small meetings or gatherings, we have two meeting rooms for up to 20 people.

They have a small little card to inform you. I didn’t read and hence was penalized without housekeeping for 3 nights. I tried to ask for towels and clarify on why not housekeeping every alternate night. Instead the staff was very stern and said it should be my responsibility to read the card. It’s not an accusation but being in the hospitality line, I’d expect more cordial replies than a case on “whose fault”. She replied to say “I’ll provide you the towels this time.” I wonder if she imply to say she will not provide me towels the next round should I forget to ask for housekeeping and asked for towels impromptu….?
I should have known better and will check more options next time.

Location is also great, just 1min from Ludwigsburg station. Easy to get to everywhere around Stuttgart area.
Staff is nice; however, between staff’s communication is bad sometimes. Some staff knows information but other staff doesn’t. It seems they don’t communicate or share important info.
