Very nice place, big apartment with aircon and comfortable beds

The service was very courteous! The rooms were fairly spacious and super clean. We had 3 people staying in the room but the coffe machine only had 2 cuos and two coffee pods. The super nice staff fixed that for us right away. We did not indulge at the Michlin star restaurant for either supper or breakfast. We are just not that fancy 😁We had a room on the 3rd floor which I don't recommend for older people, as the elevator only goes to the second floor, then you have to carry your luggage the last flight of stairs There is no Air conditioning in the rooms and with climate change a real thing, it was hot for mid June! They did have a fan, but it was still quite warm! As Canadians we are use to colder climates😁 I would stay here again during cooler weather and only the first or second floors. Great location, walking distance to old Beitigheim with great shops and cafes.

The after hours check in was convenient!

What a beautiful town to be in. I go here to see my relatives and the place of my family. Do you want to see the real German than this is the place.

My daughter (17) and I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a high school anniversary in my home town. We had booked a Deluxe Room and were given the spectacular "Stadtblick", a large room with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams and several large windows with great views towards the historic downtown and viaduct. The bathroom is spacious and even has a chair. There is an elevator in the building but our room was on the top floor and only accessible via two sets of stairs, one winding and narrow. We carried our bags ourselves which was quite the workout but the check in staff offered to help us. We walked literally everywhere from the hotel, the historic center of town is right there including many cafes, restaurants / bars and stores (boutiques and large department stores), including a large grocery store. Our one and only (small) wrinkle was the Lavazza coffeemaker which didn't come with any instructions and didn't seem to work so we wasted all the coffee pods and every additional one costs $1, they do not get refilled. We booked our room without breakfast but the restaurant is award winning and we look forward to trying it next time. We highly recommend this hotel!

Great Hotel in a nice location next to grocery shop, restaurants and beautiful walk around town. The staff were awesome and went out of way when screwed up with parking. My kids loved it and wanted to stay more. Will definitely come back.

I travel to this area regularly for business and I always try and book the Rose Hotel. The rooms are varied, some small and basic, and some larger, there are even entire apartments within the hotel. Each room is perfectly equipped with TV, fridge, safe, hairdryer etc. Ground floor rooms have recently been redecorated and look great. Breakfast is very good, a wide choice of hot and cold options. Food in the restaurant is extremely good, a good choice of wines are also available. No clothes iron in rooms, but if you ask at reception they will lend you one. There is secure parking (daily charge) at an underground parking lot, this also has one electric charging point for hotel guests. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Only criticism would be, during summer humid nights, the rooms can be too hot as there is not air conditioning. Overall, a great hotel in the heart of town, close to all amenities.
