The heated outdoor pool in January, the sauna and the staff, all first class.

We had a wonderful time in the hotel and restaurant. We were travelling with our 4 months old son. All staff was extremely friendly and kept attention to detail. Travelling with a little child can be challenging and they ease our trip. We will come back 😊

A peaceful place on the banks of Lake Constance

Great Hotel directly on the lake of Constance. Breakfast as well as restaurant are excellent and located directly on the lakefront. Wellness area was clean and well equipped with fruit and beverages. Clear recommendation!

We have enjoyed a wonderful stay. The room was very nice and spacious and the location is right on the lake top. Breakfast and 4-course dinner, we were able to take outside on the terrace, were delicious. We will be back :-).

The hotel was well equipped, and the rooms were large and comfortable. The garage is close by and the lift is directly connected to the hotel. The restaurant is excellent.

The evening meal was perfect. A brilliant selection of food, well prepared and local produce. The staff and attention to detail was excellent for the evening meal and reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

We mostly liked everything, location, room size, cleanliness, breakfast, view. The park along Bodensee is beautiful and the views of the lake is fantastic. There is a very good Spanish restaurant 800 m away along the lake.

Not the best for service or a late night drink for residents. Strict closing times and leave you in the dark if you want to finish your drink on the terrace. No ordinary coffee in the room only one sachet of 3 in 1. Could be so much better with a more friendly attitude but may be complacent due to location. Not too impressed.

I do really need to recommend this hotel, why? It’s near by Bodensee, 300 meters away from lake park and its breakfast is unbelievable. However, if you can’t carry your heavy luggage up to higher floors, you may need to think somewhere else... coz no lift in the hotel;)

Nice Hotel with beautiful rooms. Sometimes with the window open you can hear the train directly passes. The staff is very courteous and friendly always with a Smile.

Rooms not really clean, stains and burn marks in the carpet, S-Bahn traffic is somewhat annoying, a view of the lake from 1. Stick-straight. Breakfast was great and the Crew very nice! Overall was ok for one night, for longer I would not stay there, certainly not for the asking price!

Nice house separate from the hotel. Balcony or terrace in a residential area. Breakfast 500 m further in the hotel. Everything was perfect for an overnight stay on Lake Constance.

The "Relax annex" acts like a single-family house with two floors. Only a few have toilets in the room. Otherwise mostly shared toilet in the hallway. No WLAN. A small delete in the basement, where you can cook yourself a fridge with drinks against "cash of trust" and you can store cool there without things. The hotel room no. 10 is connected to the Seehotel Adler, we got a clean room with a balcony. The bathroom was also very clean, we slept well on the mattresses. The breakfast is taken in the Seehotel Adler, we sat on the terrace directly at the lake, the breakfast is quite simply bomb! Top rolls, a lot of selection of everything that goes with it, good attentive staff. Thank you, we'll be back!

We were there and had a very nice end to our vacation on the terrace. During our stay there we were served very friendly and coffee and cake were delicious. We recommend.

We went there for lunch that was very good. The chicken skewers are very tender and very flavorful. Well located hotel just beside the lake and good Italian restaurant with good quality bed and nice service. The room has nice decoration and can be accessible by elevator or stairs. The breakfast has good variety but the seating area is not that spacious. The parking is available for free but the slots are not many.

Very clean rooms, the rooms are tastefully decorated. Even in the cold days, the heater stays on so you do not have to freeze when you come here. And sleep, it can be uch class.

The room is real ?, but since the Hotel has no own Internet, but only a Hotspot...does not work at all like it should.. (he was not). No longer would I come. Since the Internet is the most important thing for me in a Hotel.

Super quiet location, only 1 minute walk to the lake, 5 minutes to the center. The rooms are very well equipped. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel is located directly on the rose garden and the city park.

Far exceeded my expectations. The location is great, right on the lake. The hotel is vast but not a cramped beehive, the rooms were large, well-equipped, and comfortable. Immaculately clean. Really nice views and atmosphere but very stressed personnel. They blocked our card to the room 15 minutes before checkout and they start removing the breakfast 5-10 minutes before closing and are constantly on your table telling you they close in something like 10 minutes but they actually close in 20.

The hotel is very nice. Great breakfast and nice downtown area in a small town. The rooms do not have air conditioning, so keep that in mind depending on the part of the year.

In mid-July 2022, we spontaneously "attacked" this restaurant with a group of 5 adults and 3 children. At first we were a bit confused about the dogs, but then we quickly felt comfortable. The host has a direct manner and a sense of humor that probably not everyone understands and might therefore describe as unfriendly. Excellent creative food in a very cosy atmosphere. It’s definitely a quirky place and you better like dogs but if you are in for an experience make sure not to miss this place.

Great location in the heart of the beautiful town of Überlingen. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. 24 hour car park available (15 euro max/24 hour period at time of booking) around 7 minutes walk from hotel. You are able to drop and pick up luggage at the hotel door which is in a pedestrian zone, no problem. Town is easily walkable everywhere. Good restaurants are all nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We were 4 adults and 3 kids and the apartment had plenty of space. The apartment is pretty modern.
