The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and definitely a 4 star in regards to the accommodation and breakfast but the dinner let me down they food aas so bland for the price. Even something like a schnitzel wasnt up to par, to make matters worst I saw what looked like a waterbug just walking across the room when I tried to snap a picture it was gone.

Very good personnel, the hotel earned every star. The terrace has a great view, which makes for very nice evenings. Also, there was a great choice of local wines, very good food and a broad selection of spa treatments available.

Definately rent the ebikes if you go into town! Makes the hill back to the hotel easy! Plus with a car parking is hard so you can park them anywhere!

I stayed one night with my family (2 children aged 7 and 5) and we loved it. Nice indoor pool, spacious well appointed and modern family room (although our TV didn't have a signal so we could not use it, but we were not bothered) with a couple of bath robes. But the view is the best feature, wonderful for both breakfast and evenings. We wish we had stayed more than one night.

German charm with a good level of service. Contemporary rooms and good views. Free shuttle to town, Good bike rental options with e-bike availability. The sauna has amazing views.

I stayed in this hotel 16 years ago; for a month in August 2001 ; But i still can remember how nice and clean this hotel; with wonderful views on the lake Konstance where you can see the Alps mountains in the morning when it's clear. If i have another chance to visit this area I will definitely stay in .?

Large, clean well appointed rooms, an amazing shower and friendly staff. Really good breakfast selection and the food in the restaurant was also very good. Its my preferred place to stay in Uberlingen

mainly rating because of diner and breakfast, the service was also great with nice mooded personal. No pics from breakfast but beside being a bit crowded the offerings been really nice. From fish to veggies and all around. Rooms a decent nothing special bed pretty comfy 🤙🏽

The hotel upgraded us to a sea view room free of charge which was a really nice gesture. Everything about the hotel was exemplary and we will definitely be going back.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are big and very clean. The bathroom was tidy and quite roomy with lots of soaps, shampoo etc. The lounge is comfortable and has many couches. The breakfast buffet is awesome. There is everything you could think of and they will.make you fresh coffee, omlette and fried egg. They have a variety of fresh smoothies and all sorts of honey. Great location in the heart of the beautiful town of Überlingen. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. 24 hour car park available (15 euro max/24 hour period at time of booking) around 7 minutes walk from hotel. You are able to drop and pick up luggage at the hotel door which is in a pedestrian zone, no problem. Town is easily walkable everywhere. Good restaurants are all nearby.

The lake of Constance can be reached almost an alley away. Wonderful rooms, very clean. It would be nice if there was breakfast in the house again. See you soon💐🤘

Nice hotel in the middle of Überlingen. Super nice staff. The rooms are bigger than you think and very friendly furnished. Perfect for a couple of nights in Überlingen.

This was our first visit to this great restaurant. The food as well as the service is excellent. The presentation is also very nice. The waiter explained the dishes with great spirit. A must visit.This is Food Lover's Paradise.

Super quiet location, only 1 minute walk to the lake, 5 minutes to the center. The rooms are very well equipped. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel is located directly on the rose garden and the city park.

Was ok. The location is very good. You can go on a lot of excursions. The hotel is ok. Unfortunately the staff is quite slow. Breakfast was always the same. The parking spaces are very limited. Big cars have a problem with space. Unfortunately only breakfast from 8-10, sometimes too late and too short. We sometimes had to wait 1 hour for breakfast. Not at all !!!!!

I had the best experience staying at Hotel Villa Rosengarten. I am very particular with my hotels, usually choosing 5 star hotels. Since this was the nicest one in Uberlingen I tried it out. The Good: Clean, little hotel. Good breakfast. Soft beds. Good location. The BAD: PARKING does not exist on Friday or Saturday night at the hotel. We arrived late, 20:00, just before the front desk closed. We picked up our key and asked where we could park as no spaces were available in the hotel parking lot. The unfriendly man at the front desk told us to park on the road until 0800 in the morning...

Excellent B&B, bright and airy rooms, superb breakfast, location easy to reach from bus and train station as well as from the lake jetty.

Good hotel with a great location on Lake Constance. Service was very good all round! Somewhat in need of renovation here and there, but will soon be done bit by bit, as the hotel owner has only recently changed. We would definitely book there again!

Wonderful are still there. It's my birthday and we feel very comfortable Is very close to the lake and the best thing was the Ostbad with wonderful, great people who made us feel very comfortable there

The hotel is family-run and ideally suited for cycling or other day trips. Unfortunately a bit outside of the city about 1.5 km and no shopping possibilities on foot. The breakfast and the selection is ok, unfortunately only one type of bread. The waitress and the service was very attentive. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Suitable for a short vacation.

My wife and I stayed here in early July 2021. Generally speaking, we were satisfied. Breakfast was good, unfortunately there were no restaurants or bars in the area for lunch or dinner. No grocery store either. When we made the reservation, we requested a room with a view of Lake Constance / Alps, we have rooms with a direct exit to the pool, without a view of Lake Constance. A very nice, quiet hotel in a suburb of Überlingen (7 minutes by car). Large sun garden. Breakfast plentiful. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The family room on two floors with two balconies is highly recommended. Good starting point for many excursion destinations in the region. There is a shopping center nearby for errands, which is also within walking distance.

Nice place with very friendly staff, good breakfast and good accommodation with a larger than usual balcony. The 4/5 is basically due to the bathroom ventilation, that could be better.

Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was quite modern and comfortable. The balcony had a lake view, which we really enjoyed as well as a sun umbrella and drying rack for our wet swimsuits. The breakfast was generous and we sat outside on the terrace enjoying more lakeside time. Parking was easy and convenient.

We spontaneously spent a weekend at Lake Constance and were able to stay at the Landgasthof Keller. We got a cozy, newly renovated room for two. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were adequate and the bathroom was small but very nice. There is a big plus for the “SlowFood” concept. We didn't have a room, so no rating possible. The food was excellent. We are not vegetarians, but we love vegetarian cuisine. There are several vegetarian dishes on the menu, we loved them. Will be back for sure.

Beautifully rural. Modern furnished rooms. Ours (quince) was small but fine. A great playground right by the house. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. The service friendly and helpful. Your tour of the in-house rock cellar is also interesting. We'll definitely be back.

The area is worth a trip, many beautiful and interesting towns nearby, but a car is necessary! We were greeted very friendly and that was not artificial friendliness, but came from the heart. Here the guest is still king!! The breakfast left nothing to be desired. At any time we would spend a nice weekend there again :-))

The rooms are large and everything is very clean and well maintained! The location is perfect, it is only a few minutes' walk to both the old town and the shores of the beautiful Lake Constance! The staff is very friendly and we always feel very comfortable there!

We celebrated a milestone birthday in the Freundeskreis on the weekend. The party corner and tables were beautifully decorated. Food, drinks and service were great as always. Great! Great hosts, always lots of tips for the region in stock, even with a pick-up and delivery service. Delicious breakfast with a view of the lake, apartment even with a fridge and coffee maker. And nice place too, we will definitely be back :)

This is a lovely place, we have been here before and the welcome on our return was amazing. The apartment is very comfortable and convenient, breakfast is a pleasant, unhurried, and tasty. Not too far out of the centre, a pleasant walk through the parks and along the promenade gets you to the main town centre.
