I had a room booked, but two weeks later the hotel canceled it without explanation.
They still show availability on their website, and no one answers the phone.
At best, it's a case of terrible communication. At worst, it's deliberate. Either way, it's not Michelin Key material.

A small luxury hotel just a view steps away from the lake. Highly recommend it - very friendly stuff and a great breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I'm sure we will be back.

The hotel was well equipped, and the rooms were large and comfortable. The garage is close by and the lift is directly connected to the hotel. The restaurant is excellent.

The evening meal was perfect. A brilliant selection of food, well prepared and local produce. The staff and attention to detail was excellent for the evening meal and reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

We mostly liked everything, location, room size, cleanliness, breakfast, view. The park along Bodensee is beautiful and the views of the lake is fantastic. There is a very good Spanish restaurant 800 m away along the lake.

Beautiful contemporary hotel with spacious rooms and luxurious accommodation inside the shell of a beautiful historic building on Lake Constance. We booked a room overlooking expansive lake views with private access to the lake to swim. The experienced staff are friendly and attentive and super helpful to English speakers traveling in Germany. We enjoyed our fantastic culinary experience at the Michelin star restaurant located on property.

Beautiful hotel, staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Breakfast with views over the lake, our room had the same stunning view, and the showers are luxurious. Lovely walk from the hotel. Would 100% return and recommend to anyone.

It is very beautiful here. The sauna is very well maintained. The room is spacious and the view of the lake is wonderful. We will come back for sure.

We are local guests and like to visit this great gourmet restaurant. Service staff and the kitchen crew just super nice and courteous. The food is a real work of art and as a guest you feel really good.
You just have to enjoy this stay. We wish this restaurant continued success and enrichment for the Lake Constance region.
