I recently stayed at the Maritim Hotel Bremen, and let me start by saying that overall, it was a pretty good experience. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch. But there was one tiny hiccup—water, or rather, the lack of it. When I arrived, I was ready to settle in with a nice, refreshing bottle of water. But to my surprise, there was no water in the room...

What a great 3 night stay we had in Bremen. The location is peaceful and opposite Burger Park, not for hamburgers!!!! Parking is not free, but you can park 800 metres away in safe residential roads. Even with foreign number plates, we felt assured our brand new car would not get tampered with. To get to the old town is an easy 15-minute stroll through the train station. Never have I seen so many homeless...

The hotel room, staff and atmosphere were excellent. The location, if walking, goes by a park with lots of homeless and some looking for money. It's only a block and most city people won't mind it. The location to transportation and city center is perfect.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool with a sauna on the ground floor and a small gym. If you pay for it, you can go and eat in a buffet for breakfast...and there is A LOT of choice.

Incredibly close to the station! We were welcomed by a super friendly member of the staff which made the whole experience nice. Breakfast was very good and well maintained during service. Only minus was the “bosslady” who had a go at the staff (so that the guest could hear it) as soon as she arrived.

It’s a very nice hotel. The proximity to the central station is an added advantage and makes it a sort after accommodation. The price range is reasonable for the location but I believe booking days or if possible a week before you are to get there will give you a better price. Come here for Breakfast and each time more than satisfied. Super delicious and quality selection at the Breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and fast. Here everything is just right. Set right next door to Bremen Hauptbahnhof the location could not be more ideal. My booking was in order. The rooms are nice and spacious with plenty of desk space, electrical outlets, plenty of wardrobe space. The corridors especially are fabulous. Great accommodations and convenient to be right between the main station and the arena. The breakfast is very good, but overpriced at 20€. The gym has 2 treadmills, a stationary bicycle, and a full set of dumbells.

Although I got upgraded to the suite generally this hotel feels a bit outdated. The suite was large with a sitting room, excellent bathroom but also in a full brown and green color with a strange carpet. Also the TVs must've been over 10 years old. Breakfast, service and location all good but overall updating the look and feel could give a bit more to this unique historical hotel.

Modern hotel with an average breakfast next to a shopping mall outside Bremen Downtown, and close to the docks. The wellness area was out of service because of "Corona"...even if the corona restrictions for Saunas and Pools had been at least a Month and half ago finished. The elevator WAS AN ADVENTURE.

The location was great. It was a little hard to get to, but the waterfront looked awesome. The Waterfront (capital W) was also nice to have close-by. I liked my room well enough, not the best I've ever stayed in, but it was good for a few days. Especially the free minibar, which is refilled every day.

Absolutely fabulous! Centrally located on the river, near plenty of restaurants and within easy walking distance to the historic downtown area. The room itself was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The Hotel staff was very courteous. The parking is a bit unusual at first, but very convenient.

A small room with a tiny bed. The mattress was good. We were not amused by the wash table in the room. The light system was complicated. No price list for the drinks and snacks in the room and we found a jar of pickels in the refrigerator from the previous user of the room. No car park facilities.

I had business breakfast there and it was lovely. They had a broad variety of food to choose from. The latte machiato was fantastic. I had scrambled eggs wich weren't my taste but my colleges loved them. The sausages were great, tough. Basically I had my own Englisch Breakfast and enjoyed some great German bread.

Excellent hotel close to the xmas market in the center if Bremen. Few meters from the tram that brings to the airport and to the central station. It has a good restaurant too!

We are traveling with our dog. There is a big park beside the hotel for a nice dog walk . The hotel provides some dog treats, food and water bowls. The dog is allowed int restaurant and breakfast room.

We stayed at the Dorint hotel in Berlin and were absolutely delighted. It's one of the best hotels we've ever been to. In Bremen, unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was good but nothing special, and the room wasn't very clean. However, the location was excellent.

I spent only 1 night with my families here. The room is quite big and budget-friendly. Bathroom shower's temperature is weird to control. Checkin service was often busy, so it took too much time to wait and proceed.

Stayed for a few nights at this hotel last week. It was clean and air conditioned. The rooms were a bit gloomy at the back of the hotel. The bathroom door didn't close properly. Modern and excellent hotel. Good size rooms, perfectly clean and as new. Only for 1 night, so not sure if the road can be noisy during other times of the year. Central and close to the old centre! Glad I choose it. But no breakfast option, as leaving early.

Great location, clean, and the gentleman at the check in was very friendly and helpful. you can walk to and from the train station even with large luggage because it's so close. The only odd thing was the bathroom. It's not totally private, in that it's just a glass wall around the toilet and shower, and the door doesn't reach the ceiling (see picture). Very nice and quiet place to stay while in Bremen. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that can take you a few blocks to the tram to the city centre (20 min). I would definitely stay here again.

Located next to Bremen Airport. There is tram station in front of the hotel to access to the city. The room is not great but good enough for few days stay. The receiptionist is nice greeting people but the manager on duty need more training in serving the people. Do not treat outsiders came to your hotel like a beggar. Restaurant provide a good breakfast. But lunch and dinner could be improve.

We have spent a few beautiful days. The Breakfast is very tasty and something for everyone. It is totally Central and you walk very fast at the station and in the city centre with the beautiful Cathedral. The only shortcoming is that there is in the Lobby, a small coffee maker, but no coffee is offered. Nice is also a small machine in the rooms would be under the circumstances. Great Hotel. Beautiful, quiet, clean rooms with everything you could need. A spacious bathroom, a nice gym, a nice Spa area open to inviting (both to 22 clock!). The Breakfast is really excellent and the hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Highly recommend to you. Have stayed here many times now as a business traveller. Keep coming back because it's consistently good. The rooms are really clean, modern and bright. The showers are particularly awesome. The Sauna and steam rooms are really relaxing, great after a long day. And the breakfast is wide ranging - from freshly-squeezed orange juice, to smoked salmon, to fried chicken nuggets. We celebrated my grandfathers birthday. With round 45 guests we had "brunch" a post breakfast pre lunch buffet. The served dishes were delicious. There were fish, pork, different pasta variations and sweets.

Top Hotel, one of the best I have ever been to (during business travels). Very nice and friendly owners, kind of a family atmosphere, nice breakfast, superb rooms, very high equipment quality. So all in all well deserved 5 stars.

Right on the tram line, if you can work out how to get tickets! Otherwise a 25 minute walk from the city centre. Rooms are ample size, clean and well decorated. WiFi throughout and free car ports behind the building. Service was outstanding. Mario is a lovely host. Put up with our complete lack of German. Can't fault anything. Would recommend.
