Impossible not to find walking from the Bremen hbf. We had a large room with a large bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The room was light and airy. Hotel staff efficient and knowledgeable. We had dinner and drinks in the bar. We were able to find Sam’s just attached to the hotel for breakfast and great lunch selection. The croissants were fantastic as were the bread rolls. Nearby we walked to windmill...

I booked this hotel last minute for a work trip and was VERY satisfied. Location is top, very central in walking distance to the main train station and the old city, but yet also very green and with water view. Service was also superb - friendly and very attentive to my individual needs. Breakfast offered great variety and the buffet-style was practical for my busy schedule. Room was spacious, beautiful...

The hotel was very comfortable! We even received a complimentary upgrade, which we really appreciated, along with some welcome drinks. The room was cozy and spotless, although the bathroom with a frosted glass door didn’t offer much privacy. The room also came with complimentary coffee and water, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent—very varied, well organized, and with quality options...

Great hotel, Great location. Tram from airport stopped right outside and train station five minutes walk. Stars helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.

It was a great stay, the hotel itself is a bit old, but we had a great time there. I would think about including a bigger variety for the breakfast as well :)

Great location, tram right outside of hotel, easy walking distance to the centre. Bar & reception staff superb, room itself decent size only issues is bed is low and pillows very flat, and room temperature difficult to control. On request, we were provided a fan very quickly, and this helped 😀

A good hotel in a very convenient location near the main station. I had a spacious room with a beautiful view. Everything is clean and high quality. I really liked the breakfasts. Large selection and everything is delicious. The hotel has a swimming pool and saunas, where it is convenient to relax during the day. I am happy with my stay at the hotel. I recommend it.

An outdated hotel, but certainly fine. However, our room was next to a busy road, and you could hear all the traffic, and hallway noise was also very noticeable. Otherwise, it's a good hotel for a short stay.

The service was excellent, the rooms were ok and the area was ok. The pool area was much smaller than the pictures and feelt a bit outdated, but it was ok for a quick dip. The area feels a bit shady at night compared to the more Central(tourist areas), and there are about 10 minutes of walk to get there. With all that said, the price was excellent for what you got.

I stayed here for 2 nights June 25. TBH I really can't fault it. Minutes away from HBF, my room was very nice, a large single bed, kettle & tea bags, very well appointed. A buffet breakfast, lots of choice, healthy options. Hotel Zur Post is an old school traditional hotel 🏨.... HAPPY DAYS

Nice staff, room, breakfast. Central location. Some poor attention to details: - hair in bath on arrival - shampoo dispenser not filled - wake up call request was not acknowledged, and call was 50 minutes late

Very good rooms and the comfort level was a 10/10! The breakfast was also lovely as well as the open bar in the evening! If you need a hotel to go to in Bremen I would definitely say to go here!

I thought the room was ok but is was very basic. There was no option to make tea or coffee. Also the pillows and blankers were very thin and I couldn’t sleep comfortable because of that. The room was hot and the temperature was hard to manage. First day we did not get hot water in the shower. Location was very good though.

Wonderful hotel with pleasant staff, comfortable beds, and within short walking distance of historic Bremen.

No aircondition Excellent location. Clean room. Breakfast very good. The only issue we had was the room was very hot and it was very incomfortable to sleep because of the heat. NO aircondition is a big issue during hot summer days. A fan was provided but it was not sufficient.

MEB Never again AC is only in few rooms and is very noisy. Dinner was disaster. Burned out fried potato. I asked for ketchup did not get it. Price from the roof for dinner. Breakfast also rather limited selection and coffee - it was rather brown water.

The staff is very kind. I needed a place to sleep and that’s all. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel could definitely use a renovation though- carpet in the rooms looks very old and stained.

Room was clean, free parking and it's was easy to find a parking. Staff is nice and breakfast was really good. Recommend this hotel for one night or so.

Nice hotel just outside city center. Enough parking spaces around the building of which most of them free. Rooms are tidy and big enough. Minor point, the pillows are really soft and do not offer support. From the hotel you can take a bus to the center. Near the hotel is a big shopping mall with cinema for the occasional rainy day.

The room is small but very clean and it has everything you need. Staff is nice and helpful and cleaning service is good too.As the name suggests is very close to the town centre. A good place to stay if you're here for work for a few day.

From check in to check out everything went great! Rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. The place is quiet and you can sleep like a baby! The breakfast was a small selection, could have been more but nothing that's not worth 5 stars

It's in very good location, closed to Hauptbahnhof, landmarks, everything. Also the neighbours are good. The staff are kind and helpful, we could get early check-in. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good as well and it was nice atmosphere.

lovely visit to Bremen, thanks to ao Bremen hostel for a nice stay. If you got any questions, reception staff is very welcoming and helpful. Thanks to whole team there! (really liked the way how it connected to the city center). If lockers are full, as it was in my case, they got a luggage room to use for a free charge!

Speaking of the female dorm room you pretty much get what you pay for. I can’t say anything about the private rooms, but in my opinion, the price-to-quality ratio is fair. The staff was helpful and responsible, and I felt safe staying there. Overall, it was clean, except for some mold on the bathroom ventilation. But again, compared to other hostels, I wouldn’t say it was terrible. The room smelled...

The hotel is old, the room has many flaws but is not dirty. The room is close to the train, so it is a bit noisy at night, but it is acceptable. The location is a 10-minute walk to Bremen HBF, and the price is relatively cheap. It is worth considering for short-term business, tourism, and people with good sleep quality.

At first, we were given a room for disabled guests with a wet, sticky floor and a terrible smell. When we asked to change the room, the staff agreed, although not very willingly. The new room was better. However, the hotel overall felt old and poorly maintained, and the crowd staying there was quite strange. I often use this hotel chain, but this particular location was disappointing.

While the common areas and overall service and hospitality was great, the bedrooms sucked. I guess you get what you pay for, considering it’s on the cheaper side, but this was a little disappointing. The beds were very squeaky and had no support… every time you move or turn over, the entire room will wake up. Excellent location, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast is only OK and we freeze in the room. Temperature is set at 21 degrees celcius.

Service was good. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. Coffe at room was good. The location was good. But, there is no additional water for the 2nd day at the room.

It’s a very nice hotel located right in the center. The breakfast is quite standard, so I can’t say it’s excellent. Unfortunately, parking can be a bit problematic. However, the rooms are spacious, clean, and newly designed, which is very nice. Overall, we were very satisfied, and I would consider staying here again.

I booked a comfort plus room with a breakfast. I changed the room to be just comfort, received a partial refund for this. At the checkin I found out that I had no breakfast anymore! Turns out it was silently cancelled when I changed the room, and I was not notified or refunded for it. Unfortunate. Facilities are good, except for the clog in the sink that you need to take out to let the water flow

Hotel is nicely renovated. The lobby and restaurants looked impressive. Breakfast had enough selection and was nice. Towels and bedding were new.  However, the bathroom was extremely small and quite difficult to get in the shower due to the positioning of the door. Water bottle was not refilled so maybe it’s only one bottle per stay.   Overall good for our needs.

Everything was fine, just cleaning of the room ( floor) could be better, there was dust in the corners.

Nice hotel with family trip. A little distance from the most tourist area of Bremen, but near train station and quiet.

We liked our stay immensely, the room/apartment was really nice, large and airy - however there are a lot of noise from the street. We will recommend it however, it’s very central and there is a little playground nearby for families with kids.

Nice service, helpful and friendly especially one of the receptionists staff who advised me of the safest route to my weekly destination. The room walls thin so could literally hear men in the next doors snoring! Location convenient and coffee/tea available for free. Would be better if breakfast was more affordable but 17€ a day was too much for a 2 week stay. Cleaning was on demand and was done whenever...

I stayed in Room 40, in the attic. It was perfect. They had a fan that I ran and stayed perfectly cool for sleeping. The street is quiet but 10-15 minute walk to city center and Schnoor. I walked alone and felt safe. It’s only 5 minutes or less to Messe Bremen, which is practically across the street. The staff was lovely and onsite gated parking was only 10 euros per night. I would stay here again

Best apartment Everything about the hotel was wonderful The apartment we got was roomy plenty of space better choice than a 5 star hotel room. Cloce to public transportation, shops restaurant, main train station The noise from the train that was a small minus, once asleep we could not here it. Would definitely use it again. And I don't say that about many hotels.

Nice Service, friendly people, really clean rooms and the Art is very cool. It is really worth it to stay here. Breakfast was not included and I went and asked if I can buy two coffee and a bottle of water at breakfast and they charged the water and gave the filtercoffee for free. Thumbs up and a clear recommondation from me.

Just having a make over, the rooms are great, so bright and clean everywhere, great place to stop over.

Info to the guests of our hotel. The entrance to the hotel has changed. Please use Schosterboorn the driveway across the street. The new entrance is at the rear of the hotel.

In Bremen, the Hanse Komfort Hotel was us as an inexpensive, well-run Hotel is recommended. We have been lucky enough to get a renovated room. The highlight of this was not only the very modern furnishings, but with a Parking spot right in front of our hotel room. Very practical. The ambience, the staff and the Breakfast were excellent.

I think it’s a really unique hotel and the room was clean and big. I booked for 3 pax but the room was prepared for only 2 pax. Arrived late and there were no reception (as per mentioned). A lot of small steps/stairs, families with a lot or big luggages are advised against staying. For smaller size travellers, and able bodied, this is a good hotel. Breakfast selection ia also great.

Big spacious rooms, good breakfast and location.

During a week stayed at Anna Liberty (new name of the hotel Lichtsinn) twice at Junior suite. Rooms were spacious and second time even a huge. Hotel has great location within 10 minutes walk to city center (Aldtstadt) and almost same from Train station (Hauptbahnhof). The renovation at hotel very fresh. Breakfasts were really good: varied and healthy. Receptionists are friendly and helpful.

The hosts are awesome. The room was nice and cozy and super close to the train station. Plus they had bicycles.

Nice hotel, situated 5 minutes from the main train station e 10 minutes from the city center. From the train station you can take almost every bus/train, but you can also visit the city simply by walking. The room was a little small, but clean and with everything we needed.

Rooms are ok, staff is super friendly. All my complaints have been resolved immediately. Location is outstanding. Furniture in hotel corresponds to building's age: it is ancient and cranky. But it's cool anyway ?

Confortable rooms and apartments, towels and cleaners made daily, Wi-Fi signal very good without any break and the kitchen area spotless. With easy access to supermarkets is ideal for spending a week in bremen. Mr Georg very helpfull in welcoming.

Very nice location @ the Weser. The apartment has everything you'll need for extended stay. There is a while kitchen (no stove). It was very clean and quiet, we had an apartment opposite to the street (#12). Due to the late arrival we could not make the check in time (20:00). We called and the receptionist stayed longer to welcome us. So great service on their side. We'll come again.

...........in July 2014, I was in your house ...and enthusiastic : the reception was very friendly - the apartment is great - cosy, also the bathroom - very very clean - ....with shower . plenty of fresh towels , the be changed if needed - flat screen TV great - the bed comfortable - everything very quiet - wifi ( free of charge ) .....the Breakfast leaves no wishes .....HERE again, the very friendly...

A very nice, cleanest small Hotel. The Service is top notch, it will be entered on all requests. The Breakfast is individually and very well. All in all a very pleasant stay was, and we can recommend this Hotel with good conscience!

Nice rooms and very quiet. Well situated 2 feets from station and 4 feets from old center. Good restaurants near. Just if room with kitchen, need to ask pans, dishwashing products... because it's not automatically given (but it's free when needed)

I can say that this is the best place i've ever stayed. The place is close to train station and old town. There are shop around to buy stuff and foods.

Rooms and quiet location very good. Even if all parking spaces are occupied, you can always find a space on the street. Unfortunately some inconsiderate, noisy long term guests.

Extra condition rooms, everything neat and clean. I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel for 3 weeks - the service at the highest level. The facility is located on the outskirts of the city.

Everything automated when checking in at the hotel.... but beds are good... Ambience OK... Bathroom top... everything new.... Terrace where you can also smoke.... Gladly again...

Chic new hotel with mini kitchen. The hotel room is relatively large. What takes getting used to is the wall-folding bed, which is quite high when folded down. Shops are right next to the hotel. The hotel operators take care of any concerns immediately. Here again my special thanks.

Property was really nice. Only thing that was a little challenging was finding the front door. Maybe a little better signed or pictures online showing the door entrance. It's kind of hidden in-between the stores.

Great location and great room. What might be annoying is the tram passing right in front of the hotel, but it wasn't a problem for us.

Great location. Large room, with a soft bed. Pretty loud (you’ll hear your neighbours or people in the hallway). Wifi is free, but doesn’t work (either you can’t log in or you get kicked off after a minute). Free coffee and tea. The room actually looks nice, but I’d paint the walls since they need a touch up. Pretty clean room and bathroom.

Clean accommodation just few steps from the Bremen city center with famous attractions. Clean, comfortable, big smart TV screen with internet access, digitally handled check in and out, no reception. Bakery (good for breakfast) across the street, open also on Sunday. Car can be parked at a small parking at the backyard accessible from Martinistr., free overnight (with a bit of luck) and on Sundays...

Phew... Somewhat run-down infrastructure and loud neighbors who danced until late at night... actually a nice concept, but a bit difficult for a business traveler. I actually think exterior blinds instead of air conditioning are great – but they don't work.

It was a great and clean accommodation in a prime location! We would recommend it and book it again! :)
