Hostels in Bremen

I stayed here for a week in a one bed room with a private bath. The place is clean, has a kitchen and is situated in a great location, close to the river and the main train station. The staff is friendly (big thanks to the handsome guy who helped us with our laundry). The only disadvantage was the cooktop which didn’t really work. But I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends.

Just adding onto my review from November 2021 after staying for a duration of times a couple times in May 2022. Townside has pretty much everything a traveller needs, and the location is great. The staff are friendly and accommodating (big shoutout to Darleen). Gets a little hot on the top floor.

Amazing hostel, the girl at the reception has amazing vibes and is super welcoming and friendly (red hair blue eyes), very clean, quiet and well located. Perfect hostel in my eyes ! And cheap !!

To be honest the place is fully equipped. It was sparkling clean and even though this has been during the pandemic time, the people here were super prepared. I would definitely come back, unfortunately I couldn’t meet the staff who work at the hostel because I arrive super late and left super early but everything was ready for me to arrive and leave. Maybe the only thing I would suggest is upgrading...

I came to Bremen for a conference and I remained attracted by this hostel for its low prices. My flight was delayed, so they gently allowed me to check-in out-of-time and pay the day after. They didn't provide locker keys (apparently mine was broken) so I was forced to keep my stuff on the bed for the first night (the day after they provided with another locker). It was with fairly great disappointment...

Hostel was clean and the staff was good. Do wish they had free coffee or tea. But otherwise a great experience.

The man at the reception was very kind,the room and our bathroom was clean and huge,the bed was comfortable.

Really good value for money. Good modern clean rooms. The only drawback: There was no blackout option in my room, so it was completely light at 6 a.m....

I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. My experience for the money I paid was pretty good. Not all the staff spoke English but I was in Germany so that's fine. This is the second stay, the first time is amazing, self-check-in is convenient, the interior of the building is beautiful, there are very retro stairs, doors and fireplaces, and there is also a kitchen that can be used (including microwave ovens, dishwashers, stoves, water heaters, Coffee machine, small refrigerator), the room is clean, there are bath towels and hand soap provided, and others should...

Beautiful structure, clean and welcoming. Excellent location, close to the center and in a clean and quiet area. Presence kitchen with everything you need. The rating could have been 5/5 if they hadn't turned off the water at 9.00 in the morning, having had to leave the toilet dirty and not being able to shower and brush our teeth.

Very nice and quiet place .. cheapest hostel in the Bremen it's not like Big hostel chain but recommend to stay. Everything is on walking distance like shopping center , bus station , Train Station

I really enjoyed my time in the clean, positive-spirited, well maintained hostel with lovely soft bed and even other luxuries like water kettler and a free WiFi! The price was Really decent, for as good service and facilities as were provided. The only minus I came to notice in the facilities was that in the room I stayed the closets with locks didn't really work. :s They'd have been really handy!...

While cheap, the place was pretty mediocre. The beds were kind of bad too. The location is great though.

Elevator's not working even though it is present, so I had to carry my luggage to the 5th floor myself. The pillows and the mattresses are hillarious, WiFi is only downstairs, and it smells like cigarettes in the common room because of bad ventilation in the smoking area. But it is cheap and very centrally located. Also the ladies room is very nice.

I will highly recommend this hostel. It is cheap, very nice and located in the city centre. They have a newly renovated kitchen from 2017, which will be for your disposal. If you are attending an event in Bremen and need a place to sleep, this hostel is a good choice.

Nice and comfortable small hostel. An interesting Altbau building. Everything was clean and good. Shared bathroom is not a problem because they have one bathroom for three small rooms (which together make one floor). And the host is so helpful.

Room was pretty clean, owner was very nice, but the bathroom was kinda disgusting. It really needs some love:)

Service poorly on check in. Parking slots advertised and also reserved, yet no parking available on site when I arrived. Also no deals with public parking places nearby, so quite costly plus risky and a fair distance to walk with luggage in both hands. Rooms as usual with Motel One rather small and very simple equipped, but okay! Breakfast with time slot system, all spots between 6:30AM and 8:30 AM...

Good value-for-money. Clean and nice looking room, excellent shower. Docking a star as the site doesn't give any info on parking, phoning for this information I was put on hold for more than 20m after which I gave up. Turns out that parking with hotel is possible. Ended up paying Eur 34 for 2 days parking in external parking garage

This very central situated Motel one looks very new. This brings the only problem when you arrive by car. You hardly can stop in front of the hotel and the parking at the back is pretty small, so we had to use an external parking (with happy end🤔), a 300 meter walk over the crossing. Not really convenient. But here the negativity stops. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but...

The trip to Bremen was very nice. The Motel One, located central in the city was easy to reach by car. Its possible to park the car under the motel. The Check in was quick because of the good service. The room was clean und big. We would book this motel again in the future.

It is in the central business, you can easily walk to anywhere. Just next to it along the river is so many restaurants. They have live music during summer, and the atmosphere is very beautiful especially at night. They have very clean rooms and also have their own parking. Of course you have to pay but great.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und alles lief unkompliziert.

Very neat house, great apartment. Small deduction; personally like to sleep in the dark, there were no curtains or blinds under the roof. Otherwise everything is great. Highly recommended!!!
