5 star hotels in Bremen

I travel across the globe and have stayed in many 5-star hotels, but only very few have inspired me to write a review. This hotel environment was quiet (though it is part of the city), with a fantastic view from the room of the well laid out trees among the pond. The architecture of the hotel is very nice, as well as the furniture selection, which gives it a classic view and still comfortable to use...

It is indeed an old hotel with a lot of charme and history. The interior has a classic decor, but despite that the rooms are very modern and with good bathrooms. We had a room with view over the lake and the fountain, which was really beautiful. The breakfast is fine, but nothing special, and I regret to have paid for it. If you can afford it, it's a nice hotel. Perfect at night and a glorious view.

I stayed here for 8 days after spinal surgery and enjoyed walking the pathways in the park. Also nice staff very friendly and helpful.Great room and enjoyed sitting by the Real fire place Thanks

Luxurious hotel, lake nearby.

Stayed for a few nights at this hotel last week. It was clean and air conditioned. The rooms were a bit gloomy at the back of the hotel. The bathroom door didn't close properly. But otherwise this was a very good hotel with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. It is only a short walk from the main station and therefore ideal for business and tourism in the area. I would stay here again if I visit...

This is a great hotel, the room is large and our room even has a big balcony that you can walk out on or just sit and enjoy a breakfast on in the morning sun. Modern and excellent hotel. Good size rooms, perfectly clean and as new. Only for 1 night, so not sure if the road can be noisy during other times of the year. Central and close to the old centre! Glad I choose it. But no breakfast option, as leaving early.

Great location, clean, and the gentleman at the check in was very friendly and helpful. you can walk to and from the train station even with large luggage because it's so close. The only odd thing was the bathroom. It's not totally private, in that it's just a glass wall around the toilet and shower, and the door doesn't reach the ceiling (see picture). Incredibly close to the station! We were welcomed by a super friendly member of the staff which made the whole experience nice. Breakfast was very good and well maintained during service. Only minus was the “bosslady” who had a go at the staff (so that the guest could hear it) as soon as she arrived.

It’s a very nice hotel. The proximity to the central station is an added advantage and makes it a sort after accommodation. The price range is reasonable for the location but I believe booking days or if possible a week before you are to get there will give you a better price. Really like the Intercity brand. Small, but clean rooms, at a very affordable price. Usually near the central train station which makes day trips outside the city very accessible. Absolutely fabulous! Centrally located on the river, near plenty of restaurants and within easy walking distance to the historic downtown area. The room itself was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The Hotel staff was very courteous. The parking is a bit unusual at first, but very convenient.

The hotel room, staff and atmosphere were excellent. The location, if walking, goes by a park with lots of homeless and some looking for money. It's only a block and most city people won't mind it. The location to transportation and city center is perfect.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool with a sauna on the ground floor and a small gym. If you pay for it, you can go and eat in a buffet for breakfast...and there is A LOT of choice.

The rooms on the first floor aren't as nice as the ones on the 5th but the hotel is really great, the staff is super friendly and helpful and I'd recommend maritim Bremen over any hotel. I had two separate stays there and it was great both times.

What a great hotel this is! Wonderfully located, super friendly staff, excellent rooms, superb breakfast buffet. Service is top notch and not to forget: great indoor pool, spa and sauna. Very quiet, good parking, less than five minutes walking distance from the central station. 10/10 for me, hope to come back

The hotel is good. It has a big lobby. The rooms are very neat and tidy. The hotel is situated on the banks of Weser river. Go for it if you are in Bremen.

Modern hotel with an average breakfast next to a shopping mall outside Bremen Downtown, and close to the docks. The wellness area was out of service because of "Corona"...even if the corona restrictions for Saunas and Pools had been at least a Month and half ago finished. The elevator WAS AN ADVENTURE.

Nice Hotel,drinks in the room was free, the room itself is large ,but cold,strange placement of the shower is not very convenient if you are traveling with friends and not with family ,Breakfast from 7 am and quite varied in the number of rules of lighting ,Wi Fi. Works intermittently

The location was great. It was a little hard to get to, but the waterfront looked awesome. The Waterfront (capital W) was also nice to have close-by. I liked my room well enough, not the best I've ever stayed in, but it was good for a few days. Especially the free minibar, which is refilled every day.

It is a truly wonderful place in a very beautiful neighborhood, we loved it!

Ambiance, management, quality of room, location and food and drink was excellent.

Right on the tram line, if you can work out how to get tickets! Otherwise a 25 minute walk from the city centre. Rooms are ample size, clean and well decorated. WiFi throughout and free car ports behind the building. Service was outstanding. Mario is a lovely host. Put up with our complete lack of German. Can't fault anything. Would recommend.

I booked the hotel room with my girlfriend. I have been to many hotels and this was my first ever stay in Steigenberger Bremen. I had this amazing experience about the hotel. Located next to Bremen Airport. There is tram station in front of the hotel to access to the city. The room is not great but good enough for few days stay. The receiptionist is nice greeting people but the manager on duty need more training in serving the people. Do not treat outsiders came to your hotel like a beggar. Restaurant provide a good breakfast. But lunch and dinner could be improve.

A very comfortable and clean hotel super close to the Bremen airport. The food in the restaurant was made fresh and the taste was really good. The staff is very attentive and nice.

My stay at the Atlantic hotel airport Bremen was wonderful. The services are up to standard and I would recommend anyone visiting Bremen to stay here. Believe me, you won't regret it.

We are traveling with our dog. There is a big park beside the hotel for a nice dog walk . The hotel provides some dog treats, food and water bowls. The dog is allowed int restaurant and breakfast room.

The cafe of Hotel Classico is known for its wide variety of coffee and brewing methods, set in a Vienna mood, this is one of the prime locations for a good cup of coffee in Bremen. A really nice Hotel. Great, modern, spacious room with a Nespresso machine. Breakfast with 20 Euro to expensive, because of the quality and selection only Standard for Hotels of this class. 1 glass of wine (Pinot Gris from the state of Hessen, 0.2 l) I with 10 € is outrageous. Service in the Bar could be more attentive.

We stayed at the Dorint hotel in Berlin and were absolutely delighted. It's one of the best hotels we've ever been to. In Bremen, unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was good but nothing special, and the room wasn't very clean. However, the location was excellent.

I spent only 1 night with my families here. The room is quite big and budget-friendly. Bathroom shower's temperature is weird to control. Checkin service was often busy, so it took too much time to wait and proceed.

Excellent location, close to railway station and city center. Quiet place, surrounded of multiple choices for lunch and dinner. At walking distance of most of Bremen sightseeing and also well communicated with the airport and other locations by train and bus. Extremely kind and serviceable.

staff was great, breakfast was good and rooms did not correspond to the price unfortunately. It gets very warms even if it is not so warm outside...The aircon was on, but I did kot feel any cooling. Very basic and quite tasteless rooms. Wouldn't recommend

Nice hotel, good service, and clean rooms. We got a parking space outside, but it was luck.

We have spent a few beautiful days. The Breakfast is very tasty and something for everyone. It is totally Central and you walk very fast at the station and in the city centre with the beautiful Cathedral. The only shortcoming is that there is in the Lobby, a small coffee maker, but no coffee is offered. Nice is also a small machine in the rooms would be under the circumstances. The sauna area is not...

Great Hotel. Beautiful, quiet, clean rooms with everything you could need. A spacious bathroom, a nice gym, a nice Spa area open to inviting (both to 22 clock!). The Breakfast is really excellent and the hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Highly recommend to you. Since the old town is only 10 minutes walk away, this is yet another advantage of the Hotels.

A small room with a tiny bed. The mattress was good. We were not amused by the wash table in the room. The light system was complicated. No price list for the drinks and snacks in the room and we found a jar of pickels in the refrigerator from the previous user of the room. No car park facilities.
