I travel across the globe and have stayed in many 5-star hotels, but only very few have inspired me to write a review. This hotel environment was quiet (though it is part of the city), with a fantastic view from the room of the well laid out trees among the pond. The architecture of the hotel is very nice, as well as the furniture selection, which gives it a classic view and still comfortable to use...

It is indeed an old hotel with a lot of charme and history. The interior has a classic decor, but despite that the rooms are very modern and with good bathrooms. We had a room with view over the lake and the fountain, which was really beautiful. The breakfast is fine, but nothing special, and I regret to have paid for it. If you can afford it, it's a nice hotel. Perfect at night and a glorious view.

I stayed here for 8 days after spinal surgery and enjoyed walking the pathways in the park. Also nice staff very friendly and helpful.Great room and enjoyed sitting by the Real fire place Thanks

The hotel room, staff and atmosphere were excellent. The location, if walking, goes by a park with lots of homeless and some looking for money. It's only a block and most city people won't mind it. The location to transportation and city center is perfect.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool with a sauna on the ground floor and a small gym. If you pay for it, you can go and eat in a buffet for breakfast...and there is A LOT of choice.

The rooms on the first floor aren't as nice as the ones on the 5th but the hotel is really great, the staff is super friendly and helpful and I'd recommend maritim Bremen over any hotel. I had two separate stays there and it was great both times.

What a great hotel this is! Wonderfully located, super friendly staff, excellent rooms, superb breakfast buffet. Service is top notch and not to forget: great indoor pool, spa and sauna. Very quiet, good parking, less than five minutes walking distance from the central station. 10/10 for me, hope to come back

The hotel is good. It has a big lobby. The rooms are very neat and tidy. The hotel is situated on the banks of Weser river. Go for it if you are in Bremen.

Modern hotel with an average breakfast next to a shopping mall outside Bremen Downtown, and close to the docks. The wellness area was out of service because of "Corona"...even if the corona restrictions for Saunas and Pools had been at least a Month and half ago finished. The elevator WAS AN ADVENTURE.

Nice Hotel,drinks in the room was free, the room itself is large ,but cold,strange placement of the shower is not very convenient if you are traveling with friends and not with family ,Breakfast from 7 am and quite varied in the number of rules of lighting ,Wi Fi. Works intermittently

The location was great. It was a little hard to get to, but the waterfront looked awesome. The Waterfront (capital W) was also nice to have close-by. I liked my room well enough, not the best I've ever stayed in, but it was good for a few days. Especially the free minibar, which is refilled every day.

The room was super clean and comfortable. The service was also good. The hotel is beautiful and contemporary. I gave them four star beacuse they could do better and reception when I checked in.

I booked the hotel room with my girlfriend. I have been to many hotels and this was my first ever stay in Steigenberger Bremen. I had this amazing experience about the hotel. Room was super neat and clean and staff was very friendly especially receptionist Mr Verma was very warm welcoming and supportive recommended us for some nice restaurants in the city. I would love to visit this hotel again.

Great location, cold staffs. At the last day morning, the cleaning lady opened the door without knocking. Can’t believe it was happened in a 4 star hotel.

Premium quality hotel for business or family tours. The view from the hotel is good but not that much satisfactory. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful especially the restaurant staffs. Moreover, a great place with a great price.

A really nice Hotel. Great, modern, spacious room with a Nespresso machine. Breakfast with 20 Euro to expensive, because of the quality and selection only Standard for Hotels of this class. 1 glass of wine (Pinot Gris from the state of Hessen, 0.2 l) I with 10 € is outrageous. Service in the Bar could be more attentive.

Small hotel located directly at the motorway exit. Rooms are already quite old. Overall, the hotel is very noisy and the common room in the hallway doesn't make things any better. Here you can really hear every word in the room.

If I only had to rate the breakfast I would give it 5 stars. Nice courteous service. Great selection. Everything was there, nothing was missing. But the room really wasn't nice. The only plus point was the large TV. When we arrived we had to make a phone call because no one was there. After several attempts we reached someone and they explained to us how to get the room key. Stayed for a few nights at this hotel last week. It was clean and air conditioned. The rooms were a bit gloomy at the back of the hotel. The bathroom door didn't close properly. But otherwise this was a very good hotel with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. It is only a short walk from the main station and therefore ideal for business and tourism in the area. I would stay here again if I visit...

This is a great hotel, the room is large and our room even has a big balcony that you can walk out on or just sit and enjoy a breakfast on in the morning sun. Modern and excellent hotel. Good size rooms, perfectly clean and as new. Only for 1 night, so not sure if the road can be noisy during other times of the year. Central and close to the old centre! Glad I choose it. But no breakfast option, as leaving early.

Great location, clean, and the gentleman at the check in was very friendly and helpful. you can walk to and from the train station even with large luggage because it's so close. The only odd thing was the bathroom. It's not totally private, in that it's just a glass wall around the toilet and shower, and the door doesn't reach the ceiling (see picture). Came because of the location right next to the train station. It is a convenient location, but the area is not very nice. The room was nice, but very small and minimalist. The breakfast was good but quite expensive. I would not go for breakfast again and eat somewhere nearby for half the price.

Incredibly close to the station! We were welcomed by a super friendly member of the staff which made the whole experience nice. Breakfast was very good and well maintained during service. Only minus was the “bosslady” who had a go at the staff (so that the guest could hear it) as soon as she arrived.

It’s a very nice hotel. The proximity to the central station is an added advantage and makes it a sort after accommodation. The price range is reasonable for the location but I believe booking days or if possible a week before you are to get there will give you a better price. Really like the Intercity brand. Small, but clean rooms, at a very affordable price. Usually near the central train station which makes day trips outside the city very accessible. A standard Holiday Inn Express a few minutes walk from the airport. I had a slightly bigger room but every room is comfortable and user friendly without being luxurious. The breakfast is decent and free for all. Service is friendly and efficient. There is a tram stop a few minutes away which takes you straight into town. Parking can be tricky as you are limited to local, in-street spaces

Rooms have been tidy and clean. Very modern furniture. There’s an A/C available. Breakfast is included. Staff is very friendly. Good reachability of the airport from here. Can strongly recommend.

This was my second time staying at this hotel during my visit to Bremen. The hotel clean, room is clean , great food and the staff is friendly and kind. Below expectations, considering an extensive history of staying in this hotel chain. Ventilation in the room didn’t work properly, bathroom door wouldn’t close. TV was unplugged and the room didn’t even have a safe. Other than that it’s decent.

Nice rooms for families with a kitchenette and very close location to the city center, just 6-7 mins by car. Convenient for travellers as well because it’s 5 mins walk to the airport. All in all, this is a nice hotel to stay 👍

Very quiet inside the rooms but been just 10 min. walkway away from the airport. A nice bar feeling in the afternoon and a good quality breakfast 😋. Only my bed was a bit to soft. But for just one night I can handle it.

Absolutely fabulous! Centrally located on the river, near plenty of restaurants and within easy walking distance to the historic downtown area. Top Hotel, one of the best I have ever been to (during business travels). Very nice and friendly owners, kind of a family atmosphere, nice breakfast, superb rooms, very high equipment quality. So all in all well deserved 5 stars.

Ambiance, management, quality of room, location and food and drink was excellent.

Right on the tram line, if you can work out how to get tickets! Otherwise a 25 minute walk from the city centre. Rooms are ample size, clean and well decorated. WiFi throughout and free car ports behind the building. Service was outstanding. Mario is a lovely host. Put up with our complete lack of German. Can't fault anything. Would recommend.

Located next to Bremen Airport. There is tram station in front of the hotel to access to the city. The room is not great but good enough for few days stay. The receiptionist is nice greeting people but the manager on duty need more training in serving the people. Do not treat outsiders came to your hotel like a beggar. Restaurant provide a good breakfast. But lunch and dinner could be improve.

A very comfortable and clean hotel super close to the Bremen airport. The food in the restaurant was made fresh and the taste was really good. The staff is very attentive and nice.

My stay at the Atlantic hotel airport Bremen was wonderful. The services are up to standard and I would recommend anyone visiting Bremen to stay here. Believe me, you won't regret it.

This place is in desperate need of an update. It looks like it is stuck in the 2000s. It only gets 3 stars from me because I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and a nice hot cappuccino. Also the bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep (this might have been because of the long though day I had before arriving). Also it was very clean so no complaints on that side. It just looks old and tired

Very close to the airport and easy access to the center of Bramen city. There are some supermarkets around this hotel. Cleaning service had not be done at the second day. Restaurant is just for morning. Recommend you to go other restaurant for your good dinner around the hotel.

We are traveling with our dog. There is a big park beside the hotel for a nice dog walk . The hotel provides some dog treats, food and water bowls. The dog is allowed int restaurant and breakfast room.

Formal and friendly personell and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Rather old-fashioned rooms. Carpet everywhere. In covid times, the pool is not accessible apparently. Parking is available but it's not at the hotel, but in the neighbourhood and costs 9 EU per 24h.

The Overflow in the bathroom needs cleaned, the toilet bowl was crooked. Unfortunately, it was received over Wi-Fi, no Internet. The rooms were simple but OK, the window could not open due to the noise outside (the industrial area, many trucks), as it was then too loud.

Good location very close to bus stop. It is very nice suburb of Brema. Not very far from city center. Clean and spacious room. Cleaning during stay was not the best. I do not understand the idea of paid parking for car since on the street parking id for free. Nice view from room.

I only rate the stay, not the hotel type. It's a guest house and besides friendly service you get everything you need. Large rooms, desk, refrigerator and, depending on the location, a small terrace. I didn't use breakfast, so no rating. Parking spaces are available. I would love to come back.

Very large room with bathroom and separate kitchen. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and courteous when the check-in time was different. Away from the associated restaurant with ballroom about 2 minutes on foot. Beds were very cozy, breakfast was a small but nice buffet with scrambled eggs and bacon. Very good coffee! We'll definitely be back!

Plenty of room for us and nicely decorated, seemingly recently refurbished. Little bit of a walk to the centre but it's a pleasant route so not so much trouble. The attached Italian restaurant is also recommended. Overall a good experience and would go back if ever visiting Bremen again.

There are many brilliant small hotels in Germany but it can be difficult to find the superb ones. This is one of the finest. Situated in a quiet recreational area in walking distance to Bremen altstadt. Parking Space was limited but enough for our stay and video surveyed. Reception was fantastic. Our room was newly decorated and quite big and luxurious. Breakfast was very nice with delicous fresh meats...

The service was wonderful- we really liked the guy at the check-in desk, and he gave us great tips about the city. The room, however, was no beauty... There was a broken trouser press, and the shower barely functioned. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for something affordable and convenient, but not for luxury.

Nice rooms, very good shower (strong) and very helpful staff. The location is superb, it is right in the center and for a few euros per day you can park in the parking lot around the corner.

Hotel was good Pictures from room 211. Only really bad thing. Glasses was not cleaned from last customer. Old toothpaste residue and lipstick marks. Soap have a good smell. But not good hair or body soap. Bring your own. View: backyard with very little traffic noice. Breakfast buffet: standard buffet with coffee, Tea, juice. 4-8 types of bread. Ham cheese, Nutella, and so on. 4-5 types of juice...

Good place To short Stay but try to take room on back side where is parking because on front side there is a tram line and a main road so there is always some disturbance for good sleep. Cleaning very good bed is also great. I did not wifi so can't comment on it. Well a good place in good price to stay.

Lovely small hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Parking next door convenient for 6€ and the breakfast was super for 7.50€. The room and bath were super clean. The staff friendly and helpful. I will stay again.

Had a great stay at the Africa Residence. We stayed for 2 nights with 4 people, and had a whole apartment to ourselves, which was very nice. Its 5 min walk away from Central Statiom and 10 minutes walk from the City Centre of Bremen
