Rooms are very dirty, to the part, there is mold in the bathrooms. The Service is underground - reservations are forgotten, and if then nothing is free, you will be deported in a Smoking room. Wi-Fi does not work in the house and it can also be that the air conditioning is missing, and instead a hole with 15 cm diameter in the outer wall finds. The Breakfast selection is very poor and you can look forward to bag of scrambled eggs and sticky Pillsbury doughboys.

Good service at the counter !!! But dirty room and in the bathroom mold, broken tiles and mirrors and cold and hot water in the shower .Breakfast was not Chaos enough seats and it was barely there, and not added or, better, with the number of the guests said. ...

As part of a large group, mistakes are bound to happen, among both the group and the hotel. However, after several days into our reservation, NO attempt has been made to remedy the mistakes made by the hotel. Our arrival, after placing our booking months in advanced, was very stressful to them, to start. As a hotel, a large booking, placed months in advanced, should be easy to handle. Their 1 key only system has been a huge hassle, they have placed our group in the wrong rooms (making people share beds when individual beds were specifically booked. Every morning a new promise is made that 'rooms will be available tomorrow', yet none ever are). Also, as I understand it, tonight their system went down, and new guests began entering the rooms of current guests, since the staff didn't know which rooms were occupied. Breakfast is good, and long. Location is not great, but workable with a tram pass. Rooms are clean, but extremely varied. Within our group, every single room is different, and there is no consistency amongst amenities offered. Having double beds or a kitchenette or an air conditioning is all luck of the draw, and you would hit the jackpot to get all 3 (as in it doesn't happen). I will absolutely update if things get better, but will certainly add more to the list of stresses if the front desk staff continue with the attitude they have had thus far. Step it up guys.

This hotel is under the impression it's a 3 star hotel! Let me assure you it's not, the air-conditioning unit stands in the corner and is super laud even on the lowest setting. Exposed power sockets in two parts of the room. And extremely dusty due to the air-conditioning. Would not recommend if you have a small child,

Not to recommend, despite proximity to the airport and to the city centre, because of the cleaning stand leaves (mildew and lime stains in the bathroom). The age of the house is felt on every corner. The Breakfast is below average. The free access to the Internet is not working.
