Everything was excellent. The room, the helpful staff, the excellent breskfast, the great restaurant, the relaxing sauna. The only minus is the noise coming from the street, which is quite busy.

The hotel was really quiet, the room was clean and comfortable. The view from our room was of the vineyards. We didn't notice that the hotel restaurant wasn't open on Sundays and the friendly receptionist offered us a fruit plate with nuts for lat- night snack. We can recommend it. Amazing hotel in a very cosy city surrounded by vineyards. An old guest house, which was freshly renovated on a high level. It has 2 buildings, we were in the smaller one. The food is great, though simple and not that cheap. The service was not good, it took them 40 minutes to get our food when the place wasn't even half full. This is not an authentic German restaurant. They do have a nice atmosphere and a beer garden. This is the only place in town that's open on Sunday evening though.

I can not say enough good things about this place. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I've stopped there for a night for the last two years during post Christmas season. I've always liked the room at this hotel, descent size and very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Would highly recommend it to travellers, and I'll personally definitely go back there when I'm in baden baden again.

Great Hotel for Baden-Baden, however the walk back from the town centre may be a little too steep for some.

We stopped for one night as we travelled through europe. The staff were friendly but quite slow in serving terms. The hotel ran out of beer on the first round and didn't offer dinner. Rooms clean and fresh.

From the first contact when booking to the very friendly greeting upon arrival. At breakfast nothing was left to be desired. There were even gluten free rolls and cakes for our daughter. We went there for lunch with 30 people (wedding). Everything worked smoothly. The food was good. Especially the meat. The Cordon-Bleu was delicious, and freshly made. As per the concept, the Little Prince is in every room and there are many skylights! If you are a fan of The Little Prince, this is a must-see. However, the building itself is an old European house.

Breakfast is five-star and as satisfying as an average German family hotel👍 But if it's not the main building, you need to use a key. The doors to other auxiliary buildings also need to be opened with a key, which takes a while. And the basic room type may not have air conditioning but only a fan. Hotel attached to a restaurant, about a 20 minute walk to centre or catch a bus (stap 50 meters from hotel). Hotel is very clean, older establishment. No airconditioning, a fan is provided. Bed & pillows good, bathroom with shower ok. Breakfast was good, had a reasonable selection. No 24 hour front desk, restaurant open till 11pm & they can arrange entry.

When booking in, the front desk staff spent a fair bit of time explaining what was in the local area, and even annotated a local map for us. Probably typical for the area, but the rooms were rather small. The bathroom door won't even open 90 degrees before it hits the toilet, and there is no room to move around. No A/C in the room, either, which we knew ahead of time, but it's worth mentioning. Would also recommend against using their parking, as they have very limited space and pack many cars into it, so they have to keep your keys so...
