We arrived at midnight and were greeted by Criston, very kind, smiling and always ready to help. He is a wonderful person who made our evening more beautiful with smiles and solutions to our needs. The hotel is very clean, modern and minimalist design, diversified breakfast with many food options. All the staff are kind and knowledgeable. Congratulations, keep it up!

Stayed at this fabulous hotel in the centre of Baden-Baden for the weekend. The staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and well decorated inc a minibar and safe. There is no parking!!! You have to walk at least 3 km to find the nearest 24 hr parking!. All the closest parking is pay by the hour. It took us driving in circles over an hour to find the underground entrance to parking many km away. Hotel has no air conditioning. In the last three years I have visited between 20 and 30 hotels in different European countries. Nowhere have I experienced such great service, care and nice approach as in Heliopark zum Hirsch. I highly recommend it and hope to be able to return one day.

If I could give 12 stars I would! Absolutely amazing place. Our room was stunning, and the meal we had in the restaurant was just fantastic. Special shoutout to Axel who looked after us and was so attentive and kind! We will definitely be back if we are ever passing through again. With west facing rooms the view over the Rhein valley into the distant hills of France is outstanding. Not far from the beautiful Baden-Baden city, the local walks through slopes of vineyards are another bonus. Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant offers abundant choices. Best of all: the wonderful staff.

Modern hotel and and old half blended together nicely. The rooms are modern and large. The big feature is the in hotel spa. There is a warm indoor lap pool and a hot pool that in both indoor and outdoor.there were plenty of loungers. Also a dry and wet sauna. The exercise room was under repair. Nice hotel for its location ,but for wifi you have to get a new password every24h and if you have a car it’s much worse because you have to park it yourself in a parking lot near by.

I just love this hotel. It has a check in with bubbels, big rooms/ beds and a super nice sauna with pool etc. When you enter the spa you get a nice ginger shot, you can have a vodka shot and fresh fruit. Further if you need anything in the room they come and take care of it. The service is very good and the whole hotel is nice and clean. It was our third time and for sure not the last one.

We stayed there with our 2 teenagers. We rented 2 rooms with a connecting door. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was also big, wide and enjoyable to use. The locating is fantastic. Parking is challenging but manageable. We had a great time.

I'm very happy with all services. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The ratio quality-prices is very good. The unique point to enhance is the TV channels. I would have liked to have more channels. We just have German and Arabian channels.

I don't know the hotel, only talking about the restaurant. Waiters speak German and English. The menu was not very well organized, but the service was helpful and explained us everything. We had a "menu" with soup as starter, salad, main dish, and dessert, for more or less 18€. Compared to others restaurants nearby, I think that this one is a good option.

The tables had enough space and were disinfected after each guest. All staff and guests wore a mask. I felt very safe. The staff was very friendly and had got me something delicious for the evening from a to go restaurant service and set a table in the restaurant....

A nice hotel in a pretty good central location, with very helpful staff. When booking in, the front desk staff spent a fair bit of time explaining what was in the local area, and even annotated a local map for us. The room was clean however, our minibar/fridge had food left in there which produced a pretty bad smell, which had already stunk out the room. Pretty unusual that the cleaners missed this...

It was good with friendly attentive staff. As a three star+ I didn't expect a lot but was happy. The main thing I would want is something homemade for breakfast. Anything homemade. Omelette, Crêpes, pancakes, French Toast, Huevos Rancheros, breakfast rolls, breakfast burrito, Standard English breakfast, pho, breakfast bowl, a scone, biscuits... The easy to make affordable options are endless. Anything...

Class and modern hotel in a prime location in Baden-Baden. Breakfast was a la carte and all necessary safety precautions were taken in the hotel. We felt very comfortable and safe. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly.

Probably typical for the area, but the rooms were rather small. The bathroom door won't even open 90 degrees before it hits the toilet, and there is no room to move around. No A/C in the room, either, which we knew ahead of time, but it's worth mentioning. Would also recommend against using their parking, as they have very limited space and pack many cars into it, so they have to keep your keys so...

Went there for lunch and we were not disappointed. A very quiet, charming restaurant on the outskirts of Baden-Baden with a beautiful terrace, ideal for alfresco dining during the warm summer months. The food was delicious with some great vegetables. They also have a large selection of local wines. Definitely worth a detour if you're in the area.

What a nice hotel! This place was amazing from every point of view! First we enjoyed the sauna and after dinner we could enjoy the garden with a drink, amazing. Breakfast was fine. My favorite thing is where the sun loungers are!! Amazing, very soft and comfortable! I will definitely be back again to enjoy my stay, perhaps longer! I give 5 stars because I can't give 10! I'm a happy guest!

In the evening we ate at the restaurant. The food was very tasty, the taste was well balanced, the service was friendly and polite, with a pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back. I still remember good food.
