we were actually on vacation in Flensburg and wanted to experience a bit of the North Sea and ended up stranded here, the welcome was warm, the staff friendly, the premises were clean, the rooms were cleaned daily and a sumptuous breakfast, where our wishes were also taken care of. I can recommend the hotel.

We went there in the afternoon to take a break. We had hot cocoa with cream and cake. The cake was sensational! The cocoa delicious and the service very friendly! Completely reasonably priced!

Good centerparc accommodation nice swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool. Location is at see. Where you can walk on the dike. For a few days it is nice.

Activities are good. The water pool and activities are ok, could be bigger. We enjoyed the mini golf there. The weather was not the best and it was raining most of the time, that's why the Indoor pools and activities were good.

The sauna is not included in the room cost. An additional 15€ is paid for each day. Other than that all is OK

The location and facilities are good . The aqua Mundo is adequate with many slides,swimming pool with heated water . The outdoor pool is very refreshing with hot water . The facilities and access integration with wrist band is great . Activities can be easily added using the app . The cottage is well equipped and clean .

The hotel was OK, although the service was only satisfactory. We had to leave a day early due to illness. Cancellation was not possible.

All in all, we were happy with our stay. Because we had booked two hotel rooms, we were offered a VIP apartment for the same price. However, there is no soap/shampoo for VIPs, as there is in a hotel room. To change a 10-euro note, you have to walk through the entire Center Park. (You can't change money in the basement, you can't change money at the counter, but it was no problem at all at reception...

Very good budget hotel for travellers. The rooms were clean and had the necessary amenities. The sea view room was great. However the attitude of reception staff was not good. They were grim faced and apoeared to be little hostile in the way they interacted with us. We didn't see a smiling face in the reception during the stay.

It is right next to the oil storagr plant. It's a very convenient location for business needs. Friendly and clean. Of course, breakfast is also good.

Very nice staff. They do everything to make you feel comfortable. The reception is not staffed in the afternoon. But everything is explained well by email so that you can get to the hotel and into your room without any problems.

Nice cozy place! I sent an email a day before to check availability and they replied quick. Also wanted to store my bike, they left notes for all the procedures as I came outside of check-in times. Very friendly and responsive peoples. If I travel again to this region, I would definitely stay here. Plus the bread at breakfast was one the best I had :)

I absolutely love this place! It's very calm and quiet, making it perfect for a short stay. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Although it's officially a four-star hotel, I would personally give it a five-star HOSTEL rating based on its overall ambiance. However, I did find the customer service somewhat lacking in care. Amazing view to the see, and placed in a great location. One of the highlights is they have a chlorine free pool, it won’t irritate your eyes or skin, and it’s perfect for kids, beginners and non-swimmers. Our stay at B&B Wilhelmshaven was perfect. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was exactly what we needed to fuel our days. 100% would visit again.

We were part of a school party. This was a decent place, better than most, the reception staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious and the walls seem thick. Breakfast was good with a decent selection, it was a little cramped as there were two school parties there.

Probably less known for it, but campers can park in the back, where they provide showers and toilets as well as power. Location is relatively close to the city center and price is fair.

I have been to Havenhostel twice, once with family and once with a class of young teenagers. The whole crew has been very helpful and obliging. The facilities were very clean and tidy. Either breakfast or dinner was very yummy and self made. I can highly recommend this hostel.

My room in this hotel was very clean, had a strong shower with good water pressure and hot water, there is a machine for buying coffee anytime downstairs, and there is a breakfast available for an extra price. I had to go catch a train Sunday morning and the breakfast didn’t begin until 7:30 because it was Sunday, so I missed it and was not able to eat since I had to be out catching a train at 8am...

One-night-stay Hotel is pretty new. Style typical for the B+B chain. No keys, just codes to open doors. The rooms are OK, nothing to complain. Reception and breakfast area are small, lobby doesn't really exist. Atmosphere is purely functional, not a cosy place in that sense.

Clean room and bathroom. Check-in takes long, but nice service. Good shower! (Easy to regulate temperature and good water pressure for a quick shower.) Slow wifi on 4th floor. Simple breakfast.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay right in the center of Bremerhaven. The service and especially the view is outstanding. Even during pandemic times you can "see" the smile of the reception behind masks. Thanks for the wonderful time. We definitely recommend and plan do come back.

Really cool place! Right in the center of a port with a ton of boats. The building design is magnificent! I'm sure this place would be awesome without covid! I took all these photos within a 5 minute walk in every direction of the building.

Stayed here multiple times for business visits. Its location is superb as very near to all the happenings in Bremerhaven. All restaurants, shopping malls, sightseeing spots are nearby. Flott hotel Fint hotel med utmerket service og hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell. Stort kjøpesenter bare 5 minutter å gå til, buss 502 stoppet rett utenfor hotellet og gikk rett til centrum og hovedjernbane stasjonen. Bussreturen stoppet også rett utenfor hotellet på andre siden. There was no safe in room although other rooms include a safe. No telephone in room. As a longer term visitor, felt the need to communicate with hotel staff without traveling to front desk.

The rooms are great and clean with soft beds. But the bathrooms are small that is why I gave it 4/5. The service was good but they would not tell me the brand of the sherry wine they offer you when you check in. It's the best wine I have ever tasted. So that is why I gave them 4/5 on service.
