Staff is rude and unprofessional. The receptionist made me wait to check in while she finished her personal conversation with a colleague. She rolled her eyes at me when I came back to the front desk after the key she made for me didn't open our room. When my husband asked for a 2nd key she asked why we needed two keys. Housekeeping came while we were in our room and I asked if they could come back later, she said either now or not at all. Great view of the city but the staff will ruin your experience here.

This is a very nice surroundings for a good walk. Parking is downstairs. Charged 7euros/ night. Very pleasant people. Breakfast was free with wide choices. Service standard quite nice. Opposite side there is another couple of good restaurant. The Colombia shopping mall just small walk. Highly recommend.

Well placed hotel with great views over the sea. Rooms are well equipped. Not too big but confortable. The breakfast is good, but not too fancy. Basic products, good quality

Hotel located directly by the Water with hotel rooms directly looking onto the river. The hotel offers a room for your own bike's as well as a possibility to rent bike's. There is free WiFi in your room as well as a tv with internat. Channels and air conditioning. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options. Several types of bread, cereal and fruit. The service in the whole hotel was very good. Summary: Great location, great view, great service. If you're coming to Bremerhaven and want to stay in a central area right by the Water and want great service this hotel is the place to stay if.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay right in the center of Bremerhaven. The service and especially the view is outstanding. Even during pandemic times you can "see" the smile of the reception behind masks.

Really cool place! Right in the center of a port with a ton of boats. The building design is magnificent! I'm sure this place would be awesome without covid! I took all these photos within a 5 minute walk in every direction of the building.

Nicefull place for staying. Very sympathetic and empathetic staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The very best was the view over the harbour and sea from the room. The breakfast was delicious and last but not least is the concept of hygiene in this time perfect and not circumstantial.

I think the price is too high for the quality you get at this hotel. We asked for rooms high up but got rooms on the 4. floor only. Design wise all is good. The restaurant resemble the sun in the decor. We had to select the kind of breakfast we wanted at check-in. The vegetarian option was a ridiculous plate with very few cut veggies, fruits, and 4 half walnuts! I need a substantial meal. After 20 minutes we were offered to order more food! A strange experience! But also our first hotel breakfast under the corona pandemic in Germany. Hand sanitizer all over and masks requires in all public areas. Staff spoke limited English. Bicycles were stored safely in the underground parking garage.
