The Hotel is a very sweet, the owners are very polite and doing their absolute best so that you have the best possible stay you could have. They do have a garage for your bike if needed and they are happy to help you around. They do speak a couple of languages so you should not have any problem talking to them. I'll stay there again if I visit Clausthal Zellerfeld again.

This was my second time there on business and I can only recommend it. Service great. We had a snack plate in the evening, very nicely presented and very tasty. You put a lot of thought into this and the guest. Room top, bathroom top, bed top, only the pillow if there had been a feather pillow there would have been a hundred points, but that's complaining at a high level.

A really recommendable, very family-run hotel that deserves special praise! Very nice, large and clean rooms with the possibility to be lovingly received with a dog! One should particularly emphasize the homemade jam and the apple juice at the top breakfast buffet! The hotel is just right all around! Das Haus war sehr sehr schön und gemütlich. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Lutz war sehr von Höflichkeit geprägt. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und kommt gerne wieder.

Great location, great location for long walks with the dog. The center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Landlord and service great. We would come again. Only the final cleaning of the company could do better, at least the window front.

Eine sehr abseits und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft; einfach, aber neu und sehr sauber ausgestattet. Bis zum Ort nur wenige Kilometer. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wer die Ruhe und Wandermöglichkeiten vorm Haus sucht, wird es gewiss dort finden.

Es hat uns sooooo sehr gefallen! In der Küche war alles da. Die Lage war einfach wunderbar. Waren im Winter da. Traumhaft. Hatten die Bungalows gebucht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. 100% empfehlenswert

We stayed two nights with one Tour group in Haus Sonnenglanz. We can only say: Super accommodation and a very, very nice and attentive landlord. The hotel is in a quiet location and is in top condition. Modern and tastefully furnished. The reception was very friendly, as was the room spacious and very clean.
