Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good and tasty breakfast with homemade products, nice pool. Highly recomended for a cosy stay.

We had a really great weekend here. The room is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was well presented and the selection is very good. Particularly noteworthy is the nice staff. We would love to come back.

Very nice hotel right on the edge of the forest in a quiet location. We had a great room with a view of the Bocksberg. The nice employee at the reception and in the breakfast room fulfilled all wishes. The breakfast buffet was also great. Unfortunately the weather didn't play along, but we will definitely come back again.

We are totally satisfied. Had a junior suite. In the evenings in particular, we really enjoyed the couches. From the balcony we could see the Bocksberg. Breakfast is solid, rolls, eggs and everything you like. We'd love to come back.

Beautiful views, pretty easy access and parking. Very friendly, extemely clean, good breakfast. Would stay again of in the area.

Very nice hotel.

We have just returned from 4 wonderful days at the Harz hotel. After having visited several Enjoy hotels, we found this hotel to be the cosiest and most pleasant. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable Although we had not indicated that we followed a special diet, everything was done to take this into account. Chapou! Very nice hotel nestled in the middle of nature and in a quiet location. Just a few steps to the Liebesbankweg and the forest. 500 meters to the stave church and the village. The operators are very open-minded and familiar. Staff also very friendly and accommodating. Despite the conditions in the hotel due to Corona, I had a normal hotel day at Pentecost. I was there for the 4th time this year last...

We had another wonderful family holiday in our favorite hotel! The operators are very cordial, open-minded and informal. Despite the current requirements, we had a normal everyday hotel life. In good memory. We are already looking forward to the next time :)

Excellent hotel. Very hospitable people. Think about routes. Nothing is too much. We have walked, beautiful surroundings. Never knew that the Harz is so beautiful. Hotel is definitely recommended. Creative solutions have been found to be corona proof. Nothing but praise.

Nice German hotel in the Harz. Breakfast OK considering the price. Excellent cocktail bar, but they only accepted cash. The surroundings are fantastic - try the liebebanksweg - about a 7 km walk/climb. Room in old fashioned German stile with sofa group in room for entertainment.

A very nice hotel in the mountains. The view from the hotel is beautiful as it looks directly onto the two lakes in the town. Inside the hotel the interior is full of beautifully carved wood. The rooms are nice and well furnished. Additionally, there is both a small swimming pool and two saunas (1 Turkish, 1 Finnish). Our stay included both breakfast and dinner which is a buffet in the connected restaurant...

The hotel is kind of old and the included food was not great. Breakfast buffet better than the dinner. Only internet in the lobby and nearly no data service on my phone - not the hotel's fault, but the combination leaves you nearly cut off from the outside world. At least that's how it felt for someone like me who's usually always connected somehow. Maybe some people would enjoy that 😊 Bike parking...

Good hotel in a old mountain style cabin. The food buffet is German. Nothing over the top but like the place and the nature.

Spent a week there with the whole family, and was won over on the first day. Friendly family atmosphere throughout the hotel, quiet location and spacious, cozy rooms. A huge plus point was the large wellness area with pool and two saunas, which with its relaxation room is perfect for relaxing after hiking. You rarely feel so comfortable and homely in hotels, soon in a new one!

The breakfast is good and completely sufficient. It's family-like and the staff are really nice. The fact that the swimming pool can only be used by families and at a time chosen by the guest is no cause for criticism for me. Every hotel needs a hygiene concept and this has been solved well. What I have to complain about is the ceiling in the swimming pool. It's not a pretty sight at the moment and...

A very nice big room. The house makes an older impression from the outside, from the inside much has been lovingly renovated. The breakfast was unique. Prepared with so much love and requests such as fried eggs... scrambled eggs were fulfilled. We would like to come again.

Dear hotel owner. I had booked a room at this hotel but unfortunately we were denied accommodation for arbitrary reasons. The owner of the hotel found us another hotel within an hour for the price we had with her. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Even though the slopes were closed the children and adults had a great time hiking, and riding the roller coaster.

We went there as a family with our 1 year old son. The pension was ok. It could have been a little cleaner (e.g. cobwebs everywhere) and is a bit old. Otherwise, our concerns were properly taken care of, a travel cot and a high chair were provided. The breakfast was sufficient. The Bocksberg was within walking distance. You could spend the whole day there, e.g. ride the cable car, summer toboggan run...

Booked 2 nights through a website. The first impression was not so great. However, the room is in good order. A nice, clean double bed (no visitor cracks, wuhu) a TV, sofa and armchair, table, small kitchen and balcony. The bathroom is old-fashioned but clean, only the hair dryer is unfortunately missing. At first glance our room looked quite good and comfortable. But up close you could see that everything was a bit dusty and worn. (Like the entire place.) The bathroom was like stepping back in time to the 70's. But apart from the dust it was clean. Only unfortunately a bit disappointing, if you have seen the beautiful, new bathrooms on the pictures on the homepage. The rooms also look super modern...

We stayed here with 2 families for 3 days at the turn of the year and found it totally fine. Mr. Hirschmann gave the children an extra room opposite ours, so that we adults could spend time together in the evening and still keep an eye on the children. Breakfast is small but sufficient. There is WiFi with good reception everywhere. The rooms are in some places in need of renovation but nothing serious...

Loving this place. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The room cleaners and I are having a secret competition in bed making and pj folding 😃. Food is lovely and the rooms are beautiful. Got a free upgrade to a suite as we arrived. Never had such a lovely surprise before. We highly recommend a stay here. This hotel is doing it's up most to make our stay memorable 🤩🤩🤩

Hotel with great price / performance ratio. The food was delicious. Of course, the rooms are older, but everything was clean. The staff is very friendly. Can't understand the negative reviews. For the price you can't expect a 5 star hotel. The location is ideal for hiking.

We stayed spontaneously here for a night with 2 children and our dog. Pleasant surroundings, 2 swim lakes makenup for the indoor pool being closed (covid regs). Food was more than okay for inclusive buffet. 100% satisfied with room and price.

Absolutely wonderful property, very close to the local attractions.

We stayed at the Paul-Lincke Residenz for a weekend with our children in January. The two holiday apartments were well equipped, the booking and the handover of the apartment went smoothly, minor problems were solved immediately. The whole house is lovingly furnished and the references to Paul Lincke were exciting for our children. We had a great holiday and can fully recommend the accommodation.

Were there in October last year and now in June. As always, it was very nice and quiet. Unfortunately, the room we had now wasn't in as good a condition as it was last year. Unfortunately, there were small flaws such as, for example, the door handle wasn't tight, the sink tap wasn't really tight, the drawers in the bathroom were loose, the toilet kept flushing, you always had to bang on it to stop...

Lovingly run pub. Always open on Fridays. The draft beer tastes good and the homemade liqueurs and schnapps are delicious. You always meet nice people there.

Very nice reception, great room, peace and quiet without end, a family atmosphere among the guests. We struck up a conversation very quickly. Food was very good and tasty. It's just gorgeous there!! ⭐️ Everything is perfect, the landlady is super nice and attentive, you can laugh a lot with her... All around, room, service and surroundings, everything is perfect... You can relax really well and the food is a pleasure etc.. .

Overall it was a good stay. However, sleeping on the hard mattress didn't let me rest so much. Since the boss had to do everything on her own, heckling sometimes arose. But very careful! The beds were comfortable, quiet, everything clean, great breakfast, nice surroundings and walks around, the lady taking care of us was very nice, though did only speak german to us but we manage somehow.

A very good place to stay. The restaurant is also very nice, the meals have been tasty and the stuff was helpful and friendly. 8 will surely come back again.

Very nice "Appartementhotel" in Hahnenklee. The friendly owners lovingly take care of everything. Dogs are allowed for a surcharge. In addition, there is a cute breakfast.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and beautiful views. In our apartment it was very clean and tidy but the high light was definitely the conservatory. The breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone. Only to be recommended.
