For the Beach-House Apartments... Modern, well-equipped and spacious apartments at a fair price. Well located. Very attentive and helpful staff (specially Britta and Tim). It really is an excellent option for those looking for a family apartment, even for long stays.

A good place with nice rooms. Had so.e problems to check in, since we came after 1800. Turns out that the hptel will send a message by sms, whatsapp or email eith a code for each room for you to get in as well. We didn't get this until after we came in byhelp from another Guest. I had a great stay at the "Stadt Cuxhaven". Staff are extremely friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was equally great, a vast selection, quality and tasty choice. I would stay there any time again when in the area. Nice restaurants are also nearby in the harbour.

We stayed in this hotel for one day, from the booking until arrival the service was amazing. The team puts in effort to let you feel comfortable and welcome! The double bed rooms were modern and clean! Things you don’t often see like, a Nespresso machine, filled minibar and a tablet were included in the room! Very tasty burger with sweet potato fries. Friendly conditions. Unfortunately, our reservation didn't work out at all. We then got a table in the middle of the terrace. Unfortunately the heaters there were broken and the wind there was freezing like our food after 5 minutes. A shame

The room was clean and the mattresses good. The facility is functional and in good shape but badly in the years to come. The bathroom needs to be renovated, the sixties can easily be recognized. The Breakfast was very good, I ask for the price but also. The pitches for the wheels were not only covered but not lockable, really cyclist friendly. The staff was very friendly.

We stayed here for one night before our trip to Helgoland. The next morning, we couldn’t get a taxi, but the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and managed to book one for us early in the morning. Excellent service—highly appreciated! Five stars!

Placed close by the city but still a decent walking distance, makes it a good exercise to get around. Rooms were good, but service was weird and moved my things around a lot.

Just 10 minutes walk from the train station to the hotel. Located directly behind the dam of the harbour. Just 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre with shops and restaurants. We got an upgrade. Big room with balcony. Great breakfast menue. Attentive and supportive staff. Long walks on the dam aside the ocean (North Sea = Nordsee).

Uns hat wirklich sehr vieles gefallen, bis auf ein paar kleine Ausnahmen, war wirklich alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Unser Zimmer mal toll, sauber und gut eingerichtet, das Bad war perfekt und bot viel Ablagefläche, was wir ganz klasse fanden. Das Frühstück war reichlich, das Personal stets nett und zuvorkommend. Unfortunately, the slatted frame was probably defective, I always rolled into the middle and a hollow formed. The next morning I had back pain. I reported it and a topper was put on. Fantastic stay! We can fully recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway. I lost something at the hotel that I only noticed when I got home. One call was enough, it was taken care of immediately, found and sent to me! The service in this hotel is really great all around. Even after departure!

We felt super comfortable! Free upgrade, friendly welcome, great breakfast, great modernized wellness area with two saunas, friendly staff and coffee/tea and cake/cookies in the afternoon. Very quiet location, but you can still quickly reach the harbor and the dike on foot. The other guests were older, but it was also the perfect place for us as a younger couple to relax. A cozy hotel with nice rooms, very good service, delicious breakfast and coffee, tea and cake were offered in the afternoon. Everything was very clean and well maintained! For example, our room was brought back into shape in the morning while we were having breakfast... Our expectations were completely met here! (...and we've probably been to this beautiful little town on the North Sea coast for a few days...

The hotel is centrally located in a quiet side street. The parking spaces are directly at the house. The staff is super friendly, thoughtful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and is constantly refilled. The rooms are very clean. We booked through Olsen Travel. Thank you very much for the wonderful time, we would love to come back.

Late arrival was smooth. The hotel was very quiet, so much so that we didn't realize it was so full until we went down for breakfast the next morning. And breakfast was excellent.

Good hotel, modern and clean rooms. Overall good service (free Wi-Fi, TV, One bottle of water for free). Unfortunately we couldn't eat here so can't say much about that.

We stayed for 16 days in Büsum and so I was able to get to know the house! We were every Morning for Breakfast and I must say for 12,80€ incl. Coffee ,tea or chocolate, a delight to start the day is a joy! The Buffet leaves no wishes open, the Service is warm and personal. It was another very nice evening in the Ölschläger parlor. The wine recommendation was a hit. The food tasted very good and the combinations of products convinced me. 2 meals could have been warmer, which was fixed immediately. The perfect espresso and the mild pear schnapps gave the evening a very nice round.

The place looks good and gives you some peace and quiet, however it was not very clean. The rooms were okay, but during breakfast, our plates looked dirty and felt sticky, and there were flies. One of them was in the coffee milk. Lovely breakfast nonetheless, with a nice variety of meat spreads.

Flott hotel Fint hotel med utmerket service og hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell. Stort kjøpesenter bare 5 minutter å gå til, buss 502 stoppet rett utenfor hotellet og gikk rett til centrum og hovedjernbane stasjonen. Bussreturen stoppet også rett utenfor hotellet på andre siden. Veldig fornøyde med det 4 netters oppholdet.

There was no safe in room although other rooms include a safe. No telephone in room. As a longer term visitor, felt the need to communicate with hotel staff without traveling to front desk.

Very good budget hotel for travellers. The rooms were clean and had the necessary amenities. The sea view room was great. However the attitude of reception staff was not good. They were grim faced and apoeared to be little hostile in the way they interacted with us. We didn't see a smiling face in the reception during the stay.
