We really liked the hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful. A lot of effort is put into the buffet and there is a huge selection. The location is also ideal: 3 minutes to the beach and about 3 minutes to the nearest restaurants. The rooms are cozy and nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back! :)

For the Beach-House Apartments... Modern, well-equipped and spacious apartments at a fair price. Well located. Very attentive and helpful staff (specially Britta and Tim). It really is an excellent option for those looking for a family apartment, even for long stays.

Turns out that the hptel will send a message by sms, whatsapp or email eith a code for each room for you to get in as well. We didn't get this until after we came in byhelp from another Guest. I had a great stay at the "Stadt Cuxhaven". Staff are extremely friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was equally great, a vast selection, quality and tasty choice. I would stay there any time again when in the area. Nice restaurants are also nearby in the harbour.

We stayed in this hotel for one day, from the booking until arrival the service was amazing. The team puts in effort to let you feel comfortable and welcome! Very tasty burger with sweet potato fries. Friendly conditions. Unfortunately, our reservation didn't work out at all. We then got a table in the middle of the terrace. Unfortunately the heaters there were broken and the wind there was freezing like our food after 5 minutes. A shame

The room was clean and the mattresses good. The facility is functional and in good shape but badly in the years to come. The bathroom needs to be renovated, the sixties can easily be recognized. We were now in the Wattenkieker for the second time. Again a very nice stay. Friendly staff, spacious and clean room with a beautiful view of the Wadden Sea. Unfortunately we are deducting one point this time. After a week, the same breakfast selection becomes a bit boring. Otherwise everything was great!

This place was a diamond in the rough. Our room was overlooking the beach and had a balcony with seating. The room was very nicely decorated with very nice decor and touches. The shower in the bathroom was huge and no clinging shower curtain. I stayed at this hotel for 6 days it is spotlessly clean the owners bend over backwards to help in any way they can'and the food is the best I've ever had at any hotel anywhere'would love to go back!

We took a short break at the North Sea at Pentecost and decided on the hotel. It was the perfect choice - we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was made with love and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. It is very clean and nicely decorated. I keep coming back here. Nice family-run business where the guest is still a guest and not a number. Located right on the beach and at night you can hear the sound of the sea with the windows open. But be careful, whoever goes on vacation here is sure to come back 😅

We have decided to have breakfast and this is why we walked into this hotel. We looked at the breakfast selection and since it was ok we decided to buy it as externals. The receptionist was nice but then the lady from the kitchen/breakfast area came, nervous, stressed, aggressive and extremely unpleasant and convinced them that there were too many people and that she could not have two more guests...

I had my wallet stolen and they would not let me pay for breakfast for me and two children with a bank transfer. I had to have a friend travel by train and bring cash. Other than that, it's close to the train station but far from the beach. Buses stop early. But it's clean and new and on the harbor where you can enjoy a drink.
