I had a great stay at the "Stadt Cuxhaven". Staff are extremely friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was equally great, a vast selection, quality and tasty choice. I would stay there any time again when in the area. Nice restaurants are also nearby in the harbour.

We stayed in this hotel for one day, from the booking until arrival the service was amazing. The team puts in effort to let you feel comfortable and welcome! Very tasty burger with sweet potato fries. Friendly conditions. Unfortunately, our reservation didn't work out at all. We then got a table in the middle of the terrace. Unfortunately the heaters there were broken and the wind there was freezing like our food after 5 minutes. A shame

Beautiful Wattwagen ride with a cheerful and well-informed driver to Neuwerk. The handling of the animals was caring. There was a lot of information for the guests. The stay is unfortunately very short, so that you can hardly do anything. But that's due to the flood. But the journey alone is worth it.

The location was great, Breakfast always fresh and a very nice staff. The room was super clean, nothing to complain about. However, we found that the beds were a bit too soft and the residents from the building next door directly into the room/ on the terrace/balcony could watch. You can park underground at the hotel, there is also a hallway that connects the hotel (from the spa area) to the neighbouring Meetzeit sauna and you get in for free with your hotel key card.

Do not fall for an automatic upgrade!!! Check the room before you upgrade! Unless you are willing to walk around bend over, this Suite is not for you. The in room sauna was useless. Very nice apartment right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. It is on the 3rd floor and can be reached either with the stairs or the elevator. The equipment of the apartment is good. We didn't miss anything.

We had reserved a table. When we arrived we were greeted very nicely. The waiter was really very nice, you could tell that he really wanted to do his work. And yes the food was delicious too.

Die Junior-Suite ist perfekt ausgestattet mit sehr geräumigen Bad, zur Nordsee sind es lediglich ein paar Schritte und dann über den Deich und zur "Gastro-Meile" geht man keine zehn Minuten. Das Frühstück ist sensationell, weil es nicht nur umfangreich ist, sondern auch sehr ansehnlich und appetitlich dargeboten wird.

We had a great weekend in the small aparthotel. The rooms are lovingly furnished and very clean. Everything you need for a stay is there. The minibar is huge and the prices are reasonable. The breakfast was great! The staff was really nice! We would come back 👍🏻!

4 days holiday in this hotel with a dog and we would love to come back for longer. The trend is towards 5 stars and unfortunately I only had to deduct small things (noise from the street with the window open, weak hair dryer, towel change was not complete). But that shouldn't outweigh the experienced friendly team on site, the cleanliness, the great breakfast and the beautiful room (grande suite)....

We had booked the grand suite. The room has a sufficiently large balcony, a kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove with oven and a large dining table. Extra bedroom with very good mattresses and TV on the wall. TV device big enough, even if we didn't watch TV. Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Staff is very friendly. Wellness area available. This was our second visit here.

I was there month ago, it was a good hotel for a good price. +The room was clean and good. - No one was there to answer after 21:00 -But we had problem with heating and it was not warm at all, after many calls a service man had came checked everything and said it is so and specially the heater and towel dryer in the bathroom is just as a decoration there!

We had a really nice short break this week at the Bernstein 50's Seaside Motel. The rooms were very nice and very clean. A small balcony, comfortable beds and even a small kitchen were part of the facilities. And most importantly, the staff was super nice. The student Anna's friendly, helpful and responsive character was especially noteworthy here.

Just 10 minutes walk from the train station to the hotel. Located directly behind the dam of the harbour. Just 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre with shops and restaurants. We got an upgrade. Fantastic stay! We can fully recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway. I lost something at the hotel that I only noticed when I got home. One call was enough, it was taken care of immediately, found and sent to me! The service in this hotel is really great all around. Even after departure!

We felt super comfortable! Free upgrade, friendly welcome, great breakfast, great modernized wellness area with two saunas, friendly staff and coffee/tea and cake/cookies in the afternoon. Highly recommended! This Hotel is absolutly a recommendation! The most comfortable sheets I ever slept in and beautifully decorated rooms. The spa is wonderful and everything is super clean. The breakfast items are available until 11oclock if you are a long sleeper.

Cozy Hotel in a Prime location of Büsum. Own large Parking lot. The staff and especially the couple Costa as the owner are incredibly friendly and helpful. Who doesn't mind the 70s Look of some of the rooms is right here. I felt during the 4-day stay, very comfortable and super slept, because at night it was always very quiet in the Hotel. It was another very nice evening in the Ölschläger parlor. The wine recommendation was a hit. The food tasted very good and the combinations of products convinced me. 2 meals could have been warmer, which was fixed immediately. Stort kjøpesenter bare 5 minutter å gå til, buss 502 stoppet rett utenfor hotellet og gikk rett til centrum og hovedjernbane stasjonen. Bussreturen stoppet også rett utenfor hotellet på andre siden. Veldig fornøyde med det 4 netters oppholdet.

There was no safe in room although other rooms include a safe. No telephone in room. As a longer term visitor, felt the need to communicate with hotel staff without traveling to front desk.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and lots of options provided. I would stay again.

Service, clean , great breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal for every mode of transportation have been staying there for years. Easy access from autobahn, trains buss connections and they have a locker for your bicycle Jorn Brauer. Canada
