Policies and conditions
- Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 3 years old and over stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. - Pets are not allowed.

Not bad, but the fact there is no reception facilities and check in after hours is a major disadvantage to travellers. No restaurant in house and very little choice for dinner in the immediate neighborhood

Very quiet, clean and modern. Good Location. Within walking distance to everything (except the island of Helgoland ). It was a very pleasant experience. .

the city hotel cuxhaven is a highly recommended hotel. centrally located, and easily accessible. Parking spaces are enough.friendly, courteous hotel staff, everything is very clean and cosy. with 3 stars, you feel 'very special', the Breakfast buffet is awesome. a large selection of fresh, delicious things, incredibly. rarely so a great buffet seen. and best of all, dogs are not just tolerated, but warmly welcome and will be received in the same way with a greeting of welcome, such as the two-legged. thank you for a wonderful stay, this was certainly not our last!

The via the Internet made Reservation for was not available and was deported to the customer ("you can claim to have made").
It was set booked to be in order to rent then a room, which is 40% more expensive than in the Internet.
An extremely customer unfriendly Hotel!

I wanted to praise the Breakfast and am looking forward to spend again a night in the Hotel!
There I Vocationally much in Hotels on the way am, I'm always happy, especially when I have found a Hotel where so much effort with the Breakfast.

We were for a weekend in Cuxhaven.The Hotel has us very well fallen there very clean,staff very friendly,and a very good Breakfast made the stay a pleasant one.
Also the Parking was not a Problem.Whether in the ahoy bath(Google it) or in the easy-to-reach Restaurands,Bars it has to be Fun.All round, despite the bad weather a very nice weekend,which we will certainly repeat.

A very reasonably priced hotel, which at thel moment is being renovated to make it light and bright my room was great small but everything right at your fingertips. A great breakfast buffet and warm smiling staff!!!

Cozy hotel close to the harbor. The rooms are fresh and nicely decorated, but you can see that it is an older building. Bathrooms could be a bit bigger and more modern and the elevator can feel somewhat claustrophobic. Still, the location, friendly staff and quiet surroundings make up for it.

Couldn't get in - no concierge and key locked in a safe with no code provided. Went elsewhere.
