Hotel Seeschwalbe

For us this was the perfect place to stay when we wanted to visit Cuxhaven, Neuwerk Island and Heligoland. The hotel has its own car park to the rear with barrier at the entrance. The lady on reception was welcoming and helpful, even walking us to our room. Our room was one floor lower than reception and at the back of the hotel. There is a lift as well as stairs. Our room was in effect, on the ground floor with a sizeable patio area no one else could access. The room was of generous proportions and was the lobby and bathroom. The room was decorated to give it a seaside feel but not ott. Lots of storage space, a nice sofa, dressing table, room safe and fridge. Everywhere was spotless. Even “the boss” took his turns on reception and helped with bookings for us. A booking he wasn’t certain of, he made a note and the tickets were waiting for us later that day. The reception stag spoke enough English for us to get by with some speaking g fluent English. This is not the same for all Herman hotels. We were impressed enough for me to write this over breakfast at our next stop wanting to get out for the day. Oh, and very reasonably priced we thought. Would we stay here again? Certainly. The location was easy to find and was right on the main seafront road.

Highly recommended for beachgoers and travelers. Very helpful staff, great food and clean, cozy rooms.

Friendly reception clean and nice rooms very good breakfast

Very clean central hotel. Everything is within easy walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a comfort room in the south terrace with a terrace and a beach chair. The room was large, clean and modernly furnished. The breakfast solution was great. We have even already booked the next vacation.

The location is great, almost on the beach and price-performance ratio fits!
My mother and sister each had a single room, one normal and one comfort - both were at least as satisfied.
Very personal, uncomplicated and familiar contact!

An excellently run hotel! We had a double room with a balcony facing the inner courtyard, room 11, just great. The entire staff, whether room service, the ladies from the front desk, or from the front desk are all very friendly, helpful, and competent. The lady from the in-house bar was also super nice and always gave us good advice on drinks. No matter if you are a young family with children, elderly people with a walker, I can really recommend this hotel. All in all a very relaxing stay. Thanks so much

The room is cozy, the bathroom is clean and well equipped and the buffet Breakfast very tasty.

Very good Hotel with friendly staff. The Breakfast buffet is super. Large and quiet rooms and a large Parking lot. This Hotel is very Central. To the beach it are only a few minutes. The offers are the offer, the Hotel is very good.
