Easy access from the highway. Nice sized and clean rooms. Restaurant just across the hotel. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the Maritim. We dined there and the food was excellent. However we were disappointed with the lack of power with the air conditioning and air circulation

I had to park a block over to check in since there was not direction. A little bit of dining nearby but not a whole lot otherwise. Close enough to train station

Definitely not a hostel and that's a good thing. The bar has a distinct charm and the breakfast was well above standard.

Old hotel but renovated as to not be outdated. Lady friend didn’t care for the wood but the view was great. It reminded me of a Miami hotel

Hotel is dated, but rooms were being renovated while I was there. No sign on the outside of the building to indicate it is a hotel.

Our entire experience from booking to checkout was excellent. We were travelling as a family group and my husband is confined to a wheelchair and requires an accessible bathroom

Comfy and cosy hotel with good buffet breakfast. But they have some really irritating staff as well. Overall good hotel for short and long stay.

If you get a room with a double bed, keep in mind that it will be 2 twins in a diuble frame. I found this not the best for sleeping. Their pillows were super squishy down

Pro: 5 mins to city center. Next to Herrengarten, Clean, modern, convient, parking, Bistro on premises. Recommended. Con: Internet connection poor, TV service interrupted, at this time.

The comfortable, quiet atmosphere in spite of the high number of guests, very good Service and a decent Breakfast offer and the exceptionally good price-performance ratio is recommended to make this house

Usually stay near Luisenplatz but decided to try this Ramada and I like it. Quiet, clean room and easier to get around this hotel than the Best Western, which feels a bit cramped.

Bathroom was spacious and clean but shower door has a gap so water leaks out when you have a shower. Breakfast was very good - we were very impressed by all the options and the quality

Pleasant Hotel, For 3 stars more than I had expected. The rooms are a reasonable size and you don't feel hemmed in

Unfortunately no picture from the room this time, but it is pretty standard as in every their hotel. The location is excellent and just a couple of meters from Train Station

Also there weren’t plenty of milk alternatives. A good point is that you have an opportunity to take coffee “to go” in the paper cup

Cool young place, a great way to spend your days in Darmstadt. The reception/bar area is stylish and you get water for free as much as you like. Rooms are middle sized and nicely equipped

I wish wifi can be a bit faster and since there is no desk in room it’s not suited for business travel where you may need to work on computer. Definitely recommend for leisure travel

Very nice and modern hotel. Not far from the train station and at the entrance of Darmstadt coming from A5 or A67.

There are ironing rooms if you come for business and lockers for valuables on the ground floor

Excellent bathroom, comfortable bed and lovely and quiet despite being close to station. Breakfast was good too. Internet was slow. In my opinion, great value for money.

Altogether a good place to stay while in Darmstadt, conveniently close to the station, mostly friendly staff. There are three points I would like to highlight nevertheless: - Bedding

Pillows could be more comfortable, one small square-shaped down pillow is provided per single room. Fortunately for this there is a solution, as the hotel staff is readily able to provide a pillow on request

Rooms have a good space, the windows are sound proof so the train station don't bother. Good breakfast, and average free wifi, (if you need high speed you have to pay)

On one occasion, one gentleman of the reception staff approached me in an unfriendly, audible and upset tone from the other side of the lobby, and warning that what I'm doing is "wrong", as the machine is for the "breakfast area", and that I should wear gloves to use the machine

Excellent quality/price ratio. Wifi is good compared to other hotels in Darmstadt. Breakfast is very good for the price. This is my first choice when I travel to Darmstadt.

Breakfast is good and rich in every way. But: The surrounding is not the best - you literally stay in a car park. The hotel interior is somewhat outdated

Clean, quiet, with the parking, in the city Center with quite reach breakfest buffet. The best part is coffee machine and tea at the reception desk available for free 24/7

Clean, renovated with friendly staff. Amenities include free coffee and tea in the lobby. Internet access strong even in the furthest rooms. Excellent complimentary breakfast

The rooms are spacious, well maintained and recently updated, and the whole place is very quiet and peaceful. The staff are incredibly polite, helpful and efficient, and the the entire hotel is spotlessly clean

Very good and pleasantly furnished hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center.Rooms are clean and well-kept. Equipment above standard level. Underground parking is available. I would love to come back.

Very nice hotel, the fitness room is perfect enough to get the last bit out of you on the way through and to relax in the big shower and then fall into the cozy bed and then watch the big TV flickering in a nice atmosphere

Had a wonderful dinner here with a large corporate group. And the wine selection was amazing. Seating was a little cramped on the long bench

As someone who has stayed for 40 years in hotel beds, on different continents, I give this Hotel 6 out of 5 possible stars

And being very tall, the trip to the bathroom in the lower level was a bit dangerous

The beds are awful For some reason they use two mattresses slid together to make a double/queen size bed. The problem is that you can't sleep in the center of the bed because the mattresses slide apart

I wasn't able to get much sleep because of the moving mattresses

The interior archit tonic solutions for rooms and other functional rooms are good, to very good Standard

The rooms a like new and on the small one there was an XBOX and in the apartment the was a sauna. The breakfast is okay but far from the best and the location is pretty boring

First time I was at the hotel I got a normal room and everything was perfect. This time I was there for 3 day and got an upgrade for a very awesome apartment room

Need an air-conditioned install in rooms... everything else is fine...I had sauna built into the bathroom when the whole room was filling like one

Pleasent surprise. Room was spacious and loved the Jacuzzi. But for some reason my wife and I did not find the bed comfortable.

If you need somewhere for an overnight stay in Darmstadt, here is pretty good. No frills and basic facilities but the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is some quirky decor, almost like a boutique hotel

The Hotel is situated in an excellent location. To the city center about 10 min. Nice rooms, but wi-fi slightly limping. A big minus is the parking, which is in the yard of the house

Apartment is good, quite big, comfortable and the price is reasonable. But am giving four stars because of a small laundry problem we experienced

If you park as the fourth car, the one I broke. The service on very good level

But overall it is a good place to stay

If you choose walking I recommend to do that through a park not so far from the hotel. The hotel offers a very good breakfast as an extra price which is not expensive

Nice staffs and clean rooms. They don't have air conditioner but inside room there is a ventilator. The gentleman in the reception is very friendly polite and helpful. It was a great experience staying in this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights in August 2019 and had a wonderful and comfortable time in Darmstadt. The breakfasts were phenomenal, always fresh in a very clean dining room with attentive staff

Rooms were cleaned and serviced every day. I took a bus from Frankfurt flughafen and found a bus stop just 2 blocks from the hotel which was a relief due to a large suitcase in hand

Super clean and inexpensive , the room and bathroom were new and very nice . The staff very friendly .

Small town hotel but upscale design. Rooms were well decorated and appointed with amenities like coffee and tea and mini fridge not typically found in Germany. Breakfast room was elegant with full German style buffet
