Just had a 9 night stay at this hotel. I liked the breakfast and the breakfast staff. There’s also a fridge in the room and ample storage. But unless you like having no internet and a noisy, hot room just don’t do it. The “soap” in the shower is terrible. Pool was closed. The restaurant was closed during dinner for 100% of my stay. But there’s a bar with food. On my last night I went down to the bar...

Very nice staff. We were allowed to check in very early. No charge if you are a member of Best Western which is free. That was awesome after flying all night. The hotel was a little tough to find but that’s only because we were unfamiliar with the area. The hotel is very quiet and clean rooms. Bed was comfy and I love my own blanket. Parking was very easy and plenty of space. The pool looked amazing...

Already been here for a couple of times and I don't think you can get better hotel for this price range. Rooms clean, great breakfast, close to the main train station as well as the city center. My recommendation!

Well maintained hotel in a fairly convenient location. But the service is clumsy. My schedule was changed and I had to leave before breakfast (for which I paid); but when I asked from the receptionist to get coffee from the machine, he insisted I paid for an Americano. Poor, inconsiderate service!

Great transit hotel, missed our connecting flight and had nothing with us. The hotel provided all last minute amenities we would need... toothbrushes, etc. Decent buffet with a wide variety of food and drinks available for both meals we ate (dinner and breakfast) Hotel was about a 25-35 minute drive to the airport at 8 pm and 8 am.

Very nice place to stay when at Darmstadt. Hotel is in the heart of city n most places are in walking distance. Proximity from Frankfurt airport is also a bonus. It took me just 20 mins to reach. There's a huge park just behind the hotel n it provided a shortcut to reach my office. Breakfast buffet is grand n very well managed. I stayed for 2 weeks.

I stayed at the Welcome Hotel Darmstadt in February 2023. I had an issue with booking a flight and the hotel reception staff were extremely helpful in getting my flight issue resolved. The staff really thought hard about different ways in which the issue could be resolved, and were patient, resourceful and knowledgeable.

The hotel facilities are modern and clean, and the reception staff is very friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The underground parking is convenient, but it is a bit far from the city center.

Checked in at 1:00 am, there was someone at the front desk

The room is big, the hygiene is OK, the parking is convenient, and the breakfast room is small.

We had guests visiting and accommodated them in two double rooms. As the hotel is very conveniently located and the prices are reasonable, we chose the Domero. We were not disappointed. We can't comment on the breakfast as we ate out.

Check-in is simple, comfortable and clean, the small refrigerator has five bottles of drinks for free, the TV can project mobile phones, the location is great and everyone knows it, nothing to fault

I recommend for short-term stays as the hotel provides some suite/apartments for single or married couples. If you have a vehicle/bicycle it is convenient to live there.

Staying here as near where I am working for the week. Not a bad hotel, just nothing to write home about. Room is satisfactory. Shower is a bath, but no bath taps so just awkward. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. There is not much options for food close by, KFC and McDonald's, however the food in the restaurant is pretty good, but a small menu. Staff are helpful and happy. WiFi is very bad...

I wouldn't recommend staying here for vacation, but if you ate here for business reasons it is absolutely acceptable. The employees are nice and the quality of the interior is alright. Yet it is far away from luxury or even a bit higher comfort.

Old fashioned hotel, comfortable enough for a night or two if you do something in the neighbourhood or you're there by car. Rooms are quite small. Clean and quiet, as long as there is no noise next door. No minibar, few machines in the lobby. Lights in the room are strange, noot good enough. Big parking in front of the hotel. Nothing to do in the evening anywhere nearby, at least 1.5km in any direction...

Parking in front of the house. Something in the years come, only Wi-Fi, cable, Breakfast basic, and the bathroom worn rather schmuddlig (blood stains next to the mirror and stains on the tile, the carpet stained and the chair. Service very friendly and good. On the Homepage advertised massage chair is no longer available.

It is okay to drink a beer and eat something. From my former stays I know that the rooms are small but everything is tidy.

Plus: Good Breakfast, good lunch, good staff, purpose built training rooms mediocre: the room and bathroom minus: no free Wi-Fi I was already at least 60 Times (three to five days) in the CTH Darmstadt (coach for the Telekom) and am satisfied. The price seems to me now, but Alternatives in Darmstadt, Germany, there are hardly any.

I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel is easily accessible without passing through the city, though city center is only 5 minutes away. Check-in process was quick and friendly. The location is average, 1 hour drive from Frankfurt, the window is small and the room is not big, the breakfast is average, and it is more crowded on weekends.

Very good, not far from the city center, half an hour drive to Frankfurt. Breakfast is also good. If you don't want to live in Frankfurt and find it too crowded, you can consider staying here.

You really must pay attention to the address as the lobby is hidden in the back behind the street front businesses. Room was well cleaned if small. No USB/USB-C support. Good value for the overnight stay for a traveler.

Excellent attention. I won't give a 5 Star rating due not all the rooms has the same facilities such as microwave, etc. (Don't know why though). Also I had a few situationS where the cleaning services wanted to access the room while I was there (it was during the week, while I was preparing myself to go to work -7:30 aprox).. I did not know that I had to use the do not disturb sign every single day...

Small hotel with necessary elements only. This is a hotel having small but comfortable rooms with no frills. The room door locks are the old fashioned ones. Once you enter, you may find difficulty in finding the room light switches. The bedrooms have only 2 lamps which have their individual switches. But the staffs are good and they help promptly. Bathroom has a bathtub but there is no disposable soaps...

Because I came to this city to visit clients, the overall facilities are good and it is very quiet, especially there are office buildings on both sides, which block the road noise! ​​I stayed here for a weekend and the overall feeling was very good! Good property, close to the train station but small rooms as you can expect with Moxy. We traveled with our baby so the room was super tight with the baby bed. They ran out of bottles of water but staff are friendly and helpful so they refiled our bottles.

Lobby is nice and its a great place to hang out. But apart from that if you need to stay more than 1-2 days, I'd recommend other hotels nearby. The facilities in the room and the space is minimal, its not suitable for longer stay

All in all, it's pretty okay. The rooms are furnished in a typical Moxy style, with modern decor. Just a quick note: the walls are very thin, so you can hear a lot from your neighbors. It's only about a 10-minute walk from the train station.

The room is good. The hotel is being renovated so it is an inconvenience to stay there at the moment. The breakfast was very good. The receptionist who handled my check in at the next door hotel was very polite and professional. I don’t appreciate that some fire detectors at the hotel are covered for renovations, this is not safe.

This is a self-service hotel, so you may have to check in at a machine in the entrance, before the inner door can be opened. (We were fortunate to have a member of staff there to help us). Lovely staff and service. The double room was comfortable and a good size with a good size bed. Nice modular wet room style ensuite. Only 10 mins walk from Town centre.

As always, clean and tidy. I've stayed there before and found it convenient and the price reasonable. It is surrounded by the Technical University of Damm, as well as a park and gardens.

I appreciate this hotel every time I stay here. It has a quiet elegance that I enjoy. My room was in the Jagdschloss itself, and it was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was wonderful and I appreciated the selection of pillows. I especially loved the nearby forest and lake, and the walking trails. I plan to return to the Jagdschloss Kranichstein and I recommend it to others.

Perfect weekend getaway for couples. Magnificent royal hunting lodge turned museum and hotel. Quiet at night. Never crowded. Definitely eat at the Kavalierbau Restaurant on the grounds: rich selection of seasonal foods including lots of game and vegetarian options. All were delicious. Limited but good wine options.

The annex property has no air conditioning and no elevator, someof the staff are nice and helpful, some are rude. My room was cleaned and none of the towels were replaced, had to drive to main building and ask at front desk for towels.

If you need somewhere for an overnight stay in Darmstadt, here is pretty good. No frills and basic facilities but the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is some quirky decor, almost like a boutique hotel. Breakfast was good.

Need an air-conditioned install in rooms... everything else is fine...I had sauna built into the bathroom when the whole room was filling like one

First time I was at the hotel I got a normal room and everything was perfect. This time I was there for 3 day and got an upgrade for a very awesome apartment room. The rooms a like new and on the small one there was an XBOX and in the apartment the was a sauna. The breakfast is okay but far from the best and the location is pretty boring.

It's better than I thought. Close to the train station. My room faced the tracks but there was not much train noise. Decent size room and good shower. Service was good. They also gave me a public transport ticket when I asked. The only thing was the pillow was too thin and provided no support.

It's our second time here and so far we have had a good experience. However, today, a contractor came to repair something, and they have been drilling the wall 15 minutes already. No previous communication from the hotel before. My baby woke up from it. At the reception desk, they didn't give any solution (for example, changing rooms), and they acted completely uninterested about it. For reference...

The first encounter was not good but this is where customer service with a heart comes in. I had a double booking with an error and one colleague was not the friendliest. The manager correct this. BRAVO. Customer centric with a smile. Very nice rooms direct parking in front of the house. Nice little boutique hotel.

If you are looking for beautiful, comfy and big rooms, this hotel is geeat. The Staff is extraordinarily friendly and goes beyond normal Service to assist their guests. Very Professional stay. Very Clean. Amazing breakfast. I am honestly Impressed. Even If the exterior doesn't look very modern,the interior is designed very beautiful with a little terrace in the Summer.

Because you can really come up with something, so the Hotel impresses the guests: a lovingly selected furnishings, rooms with topics (I was glad that it was Justin Timberlake and not Bieber), and a friendly management. Of course, it is a pity that in the rooms no kettle, but you can bring all the lowest prices, a pot of tea in the room. Here we will book again.

Excellent hotel. Used the automated kiosk for late arrival and it worked fine. Had the top level room for 3 with separate sleeping rooms. It was air conditioned, very cute, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful including some American touches including scrambled eggs and bacon for a nice touch of home. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!
