Very nice place close to a peaceful pawn. Close to Neustadt and the Wine Road. Service could have been more attentive but our concierge Sammet made our stay very pleasant and was the only one who was able to cater to our needs. Thank you for your service and hospitality!

One of the best cuisines around and a great choice of wines. Reservation strongly recommended, esp. if you want to sit outside in summer. Try local food, e.g. Saumagen (which is not what it sounds like). Luxury desserts are available too.

Most luxury hotel I came and great romantic dinner place since they have wine seller place which occupied as restaurant.

The best possible location. a big room with a good size bathroom. a comfortable bed. and a fantastic breakfast!

Charming, friendly and comfortable. I was traveling through Germany on business and was tired from a long day. The Ketschauer Hof was a balm to ease my tired body. Unfortunately I only had one night there and was not able to try the restaurant however I hope to return soon. The room was a nice blend of elegance and glamour and it had tea making facilities! We were guests there with our children and grandchildren for a few days. We liked it very much. The guest house is very nicely furnished and cozy, the breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The food in the Elwetritsche Stubb was excellent. We can only recommend everything and would love to come back.

Unfortunately, key collection is only possible until 6:00 pm, but otherwise everything is great and great! Since I could never have breakfast, because I always had to get up early, I got the money back. I would love to come back!

Nice guest house. We felt very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. We also had a competent wine tasting and the food afterwards was also very tasty. We will be back.

My room was direct in the street!from 23.00 to 5.00 sleep is Not possible! The room was clean and big,the bathroom also!

It was very quiet, nice owners, big clean room, nice big bed and crisp bed linen, very nice shower (with lots of pressure and options). good fresh breakfast, nice surrounding, a small place. And good recommodation for a restaurant (with the service of making a reservation for us. Which was convenient for us after a long day of travelling).

We really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere is great and the spa/wellness area is especially beautiful. In the indoor pool women/men could feel like they were in another, magical world. We had a wonderful 3 days / 2 nights here. The staff was always very, very friendly. The email in advance was also very warm. The room was clean and the whole facility was tastefully decorated. The food was also excellent and the wellness area invites you to stay for a few hours and relax?

I spent three nights at the Hotel Tenner and would definitely come back. It is a very nice family run hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast fulfilled every wish and the room was clean. The adjoining vineyards make the stay even more recommendable! All in all, I can absolutely recommend the hotel.

We loved our stay at the Achat Hotel in Bad Dürkheim! The room was spotless (and the soap smelled SO good!). Our balcony had a beautiful view, the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, and the pool was the perfect place to unwind. Excellent staff, service, and facilities. Nice family-run hotel. Was there for a seminar and the rooms should be great. Didn't stay overnight but my colleagues praised it very much. Whiskey lovers have to try the Palatinate whiskey there.

Nice hotel with a very friendly owner. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and large. But a few deductions, since the ambience was more modern in the eighties and is therefore not contemporary and also a little masked. But: if we were to be in the area again, this hotel would be on the short list.

We expected more but it was quite alright. The food was good and the pool was great to relax. The fitness room was poor.

Dürkheim is a hidden gem and well worth a weekend visit. Would recommend the hotel but brace yourself at the reception desk: the staff do not know what service is and are busy ignoring guests and display an arrogance I have not seen for quite some time. If you can look past this you'll have a nice stay.

We arrived on a very hot afternoon and were warmly greeted and given details of our room and told that the car park was a pay and display public car park. The charge was 3 euro for 24 hours. The room was standard Mercure with a shower above the bath. The hotel had access to the adjacent municipal swimming pool. Great stay in Bad Dürkheim, close to a lot of activity’s and free enters to the saltine. The room is nice and clean, the breakfast is basic and the staff is super helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Bad Dürkheim for both couples and family.

I stayed here in January 2007. Everything was excellent. A nice welcome, excellent room, staff and breakfast. Landscape and view from your was beautiful. Hotel is placed next to a salt factory. So you can visit the salt factory too.

I recently stayed at this hotel in, Germany, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk Mohammed, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Would 100% recommend to any one travelling in Germany.

Quaint & cozy place with professional yet friendly customer service. The room I initially got was not heating up and when informed to the manager who is a kind gentleman switched it to a better one quickly apologizing for the inconvenience he even offered a delicious cup of courtesy coffee which was also much appreciated. This hotel is about 1.3 km away from the historical center. My room was comfortable though furniture was complete but quite obsolete and there's a bath tub in place of the shower. The breakfast buffet offered fresh food for though the choices were not as I wished. Both room and breakfast room were luminous because of the wide windows and offered a pleasant view on the green surroundings hills.

The hotel has a fair price to value ratio and for a brief stay in this lovely city it's sufficient. However, one has to accept the location is next to junction with a lot of traffic, even during the night. Having a peaceful night with fresh air is therefore almost impossible. The hotel is prepared though, offering a moveable fan in the rooms. The hotel offers a comprehensive traditional breakfast...

The host was very friendly en helpful. The location is also very nice; right next to the wine cycling route, with some great views. I would very much recommend to do have the breakfast when staying here. We arrived by bicycle and there was and fortunately there was the option to store these securely in the basement.

I give Achat hotel Neustadt an der Weinstraße a 5 star review. I so much love this hotel for many reasons, the staff are the best, it is located 2 minutes away from the Neustadt train station and bus station. Clean tidy and spacious hotel. Stayed there for a night as part of our package tour. Wifi was good. Buffet Dinner was tasty and buffet breakfast had small selection of English breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our short stay there.
