The food was good and the service was great. They were very attentive to my gluten allergy—they even had gluten-free bread and crackers for me.

One of the best cuisines around and a great choice of wines. Reservation strongly recommended, esp. if you want to sit outside in summer. Try local food, e.g. Saumagen (which is not what it sounds like). Luxury desserts are available too.

Very nice place close to a peaceful pawn. Close to Neustadt and the Wine Road. Service could have been more attentive but our concierge Sammet made our stay very pleasant and was the only one who was able to cater to our needs. Thank you for your service and hospitality!

Only stopped by for a quick lunch. It makes a very nice flamkuchen that is light and crisp. Even more attractive are the selection of cakes. The chocolate cake is fab.

Top renovated apartments with very nice landlords. The only point of criticism we would have were the noisy neighbors who were still partying after midnight. Unfortunately the walls are noisy. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Charming, friendly and comfortable. I was traveling through Germany on business and was tired from a long day. The Ketschauer Hof was a balm to ease my tired body. Unfortunately I only had one night there and was not able to try the restaurant however I hope to return soon. The room was a nice blend of elegance and glamour and it had tea making facilities! Family hotel run with a lot of warmth. Breakfast very good. Rooms are clean, relatively small but overall the size is okay. In the beautiful Palatinate, people prefer to spend their time outside anyway. Very good restaurant. Large selection of food and really good tarte flambée. The staff was kind and the food came quickly. The prices are very reasonable. Food quality is definetly good.

Nice family-run hotel. Was there for a seminar and the rooms should be great. Didn't stay overnight but my colleagues praised it very much. Whiskey lovers have to try the Palatinate whiskey there.

Nice hotel with a very friendly owner. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and large. But a few deductions, since the ambience was more modern in the eighties and is therefore not contemporary and also a little masked. But: if we were to be in the area again, this hotel would be on the short list.

Dürkheim is a hidden gem and well worth a weekend visit. Would recommend the hotel but brace yourself at the reception desk: the staff do not know what service is and are busy ignoring guests and display an arrogance I have not seen for quite some time. If you can look past this you'll have a nice stay.

Restaurant is good. Items from menu are superbly prepared and I would recommend over buffet option. Casino and bar attached playing football and giving some nice options for adults, sub-optimal for little kids. Die Zimmer entsprechen der Kategorie. Alles schön sauber. Leider keine Klimaanlage auf den Zimmern kann im Sommer schon mal recht warm werden bin beim Betreten des Zimmers unter dem Dach fast rückwärts raus aber abends konnte ich dann etwas lüften. Ein kleiner Ventilator war auf dem Zimmer vorhanden. Essen war super hatten volle Verpflegung (Tagung), mittags gab es Buffet gute Auswahl alles lecker...

The only hotel with direct connection with Salinarium Swimmbad. Rooms are quite small and not very modern. Free outdoor parking. Buffet restaurant is open for dinner only in high season. A la Carte restaurant serves local food. Perfect walking routes around.

No AC in room but typically not that hot we just got unlucky. Reasonable rates and waved mini-vacation fees due to heat

The host was very friendly en helpful. The location is also very nice; right next to the wine cycling route, with some great views. I would very much recommend to do have the breakfast when staying here. We arrived by bicycle and there was and fortunately there was the option to store these securely in the basement.

Everything was fine! Very nice landlord, you can't do anything better at breakfast, the rooms are large with a balcony and very clean, parking is available, there is also a bicycle garage, definitely recommended!

Calm corner to have a rest

Overall everything was fine. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. The room was okay, but we had to remodel it a bit so that you could turn off the light from the bed. We'd love to come back.
