The Staff was very nice and the hotel was everything I expected. They had a lovely garden and breakfast was great! There was a lot of variety and something for everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere is great and the spa/wellness area is especially beautiful. In the indoor pool women/men could feel like they were in another, magical world. Special praise goes to the kitchen and of course the always friendly staff. And all this with such a great value for money. We will be back.

We had a wonderful 3 days / 2 nights here. The staff was always very, very friendly. The email in advance was also very warm. The room was clean and the whole facility was tastefully decorated. The food was also excellent and the wellness area invites you to stay for a few hours and relax?

Very good place/hotel to discover the city. The hotel is run by a very nice and friendly family. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is sufficient and you can order more. Nice family-run hotel. Was there for a seminar and the rooms should be great. Didn't stay overnight but my colleagues praised it very much. Whiskey lovers have to try the Palatinate whiskey there.

Nice hotel with a very friendly owner. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and large. But a few deductions, since the ambience was more modern in the eighties and is therefore not contemporary and also a little masked. But: if we were to be in the area again, this hotel would be on the short list.

The staff were amazing the swimming pool was also great since it's indoor, the breakfast was delicious,in general I had a great experience. Maybe the only point I have for the hotel that if they put new couches in the room 🙂

Though the hotel and the rooms are a bit outdated, overall it was great for our one-night stay in the area! We loved our stay at the Achat Hotel in Bad Dürkheim! The room was spotless (and the soap smelled SO good!). Our balcony had a beautiful view, the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, and the pool was the perfect place to unwind. Excellent staff, service, and facilities. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Hotel is lovely, service is very good, the staff is very friendly and ready to help. The swimming pool is very clean, so are the rooms. We had a 3-course dinner there and food was lovely, they prepared a lovely table for us with loads of candles. Would go there again 100%.

Positive: very good, quiet location, very clean, good food could be improved: -tables were randomly changed at dinner (why?) - visitors who arrived later received their dinner first - packed lunch is poor; Tetra Pak (lots of rubbish for the garbage cans in the forest), you had to prepare and pack the rolls yourself (almost looks like theft)

We only stayed one night, but it was so worth choosing this hotel. The location is great, lots of hikes are possible from here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a beer garden right in front of the hotel where you can enjoy a spritzer or two. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Hotel Annaberg for 3 nights and booked an arrangement. Since we had breakfast and a 3-course meal in the evening included, I didn't expect the food to be of a really good quality, especially given the cheapest arrangement price. This was our second stay at the Hotel Tenner. They offer a great breakfast to start the day. Rooms were very clean. It was everything that we needed. Parking can be a challenge (we had to park on the street one night), but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend!

I spent three nights at the Hotel Tenner and would definitely come back. It is a very nice family run hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast fulfilled every wish and the room was clean. The adjoining vineyards make the stay even more recommendable! All in all, I can absolutely recommend the hotel.

The room was spacious, inexpensive and clean. The staff was friendly, prompt and helpful. The location is close to the Altstadt but also close to a bunch of loud construction zones and slightly sketchy neighborhoods.

Hotel was nice to lay our heads in. Room was outdated but did the trick! Front desk reception was friendly as was breakfast service. The city right outside our windows had music going all night long, it was very hard to fall asleep. I think there was a night club or casino right next door. But overall, I’d sleep here again if I was passing thru!

Try to check in early. We arrived late and the check in experience was not great. The front desk person could not speak English. We stayed there twice, the room in the second stay was very good.

Very new, clean, centrally located, and reasonably priced

Lovely hotel near the hotel centre with free car parking available. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are huge, extremely well appointed, very quiet and very comfortable. The restaurant was closed so we had to walk in to town to find some food but it was only about 10 minutes walk.

We were stuck in a bad situation with a broken car on a national holiday, where we had to wait for someone to pick us up from multiple hours away. The hotel allowed us to rest in our room during the day free of charge, many hours over the usual check out time, for us to be comfortable with our baby while waiting. An extremely nice gesture! Vegetarian dinner was delicious, but unfortunately I have to say, rather modest in terms of quantity. It was like the side dish of a meat dish. At home we first had to bake a pretzel.

We had a parents night away here. Relaxing spa area with sauna/steam room. At the restaurant we had the 5-Course candlelight dinner, with wine pairings. It was absolutely delicious. Room was comfortable and spacious. We stayed in one of the newer rooms. Only down side was that it took a bit to find parking.

We just loved this hotel. If you are into wine and and looking for a quiet place to wind down, this is it. The place is idyllic. Nice pool (heated). Great selection of their own wines. Sipping a nice glass of white wine on the terrace while enjoying the view is a great way to spend your afternoon. If you take the 3/4 board you definitely win’t go hungry.

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. But the hotel itself could use some renovations. The carpet in the hallways is very dirty, and the desk in the room that I stayed in has water rings on it and the drain plug in the sink in the bathroom doesn't have a release button to open the drain plug.

The telephone is not working, the television has no signal and the room smells like mold.

Good Value Hotel Good value for money. Convenient with shopping mall nearby, lots of eateries and cafes. Easy transportation too. Parking was at nearby public parking at a discounted rate.

Room temperature was just fine, parking is a slight hassle because the parking garage is situated 100m away by foot, thus, luggage handling is less convenient. Hotel staff are friendly. Breakfast choices are meager but doable.

Overall everything was very good, the only negative thing we personally found was that the underground car park seemed to cost a fortune, which was really very expensive. Considering that you are staying overnight in the hotel as a guest, we would prefer to consider free parking next time.

I got a room near the elevator and there’s quite a lot of people going in and out. Sound proof isn’t exactly good and I didn’t get too much sleep.

Starting with the good: the hotel has a really friendly staff, is clean and the rate is reasonable. Coming to the downside: the hotel is located in a bad part of Mannheim (and that's saying much since Mannheim is a bit slumish everywhere), old, without AC or even a refrigerator and right beneath a red light district.

Despite the somewhat "special" environment, I felt in the Hotel comfortable and would book it again. Unfortunately, there is not in the vicinity to be really something cozy for dining and drinks. Since this is the only kebab stalls and sports bars with the appropriate audience. Because you have to walk about 15 minutes towards the city center. The Hotel offers Parking 2 garages but they are quite narrow...

No elevator is a big minus. 4 floors with no elevator. Internet access? The singal is there, but no Internet connection. Tried from different devices. Central heating is also off. No kitchen instruments at all, at least u should have an electronic watercooker. For this price, I think you should get something better.
