The staff and customer service here are amazing. Very friendly and make you feel like home. Thank you so much Melanie and the gentleman in charge of reception on March 27th!! Rooms are very clean and the hotel is very well positioned if you need a place in the center with easy access to shops/ restaurants or going to the airport.

Entrance / Lobby should be refurbished but the rooms are good. Larger TV screen in front of the bed would be nice for Feierabend

Good location within city center. Close to shopping, restaurants, and trains. Included breakfasts is good. Parking garage under hotel was unavailable during my stay, but a parking garage 2 minutes away was available for about 12 euro a day. Street parking available but limited.

It's really a value for money. 5m walk from Hauptbahnhof and good price with breakfast. I paid 60 Euros. Attention that is located in a dodgy area, if you are ok with that it's good value. Rooms are outdated and not very enhanced. Some dirty corners and shared areas even more dirty.

It looks and feels like an old rundown place. The carpet is pretty worn out. The furniture looked quite old. Room was small. Just enough for two chairs and a very small table. Everything was somewhat clean. Found some hair in the bathroom. Reception is open until 10pm,after that you have to open the door yourself with your room key. Room key is huge... Pretty good for 3* hotel. Clean with free basic & ok breakfast, in quiet area close to public transport and only 10 minutes drive to Dortmund airport. Has parking for 8EUR a day. Not sure what else to expect from hotel.

Except for parking cost, it's good. actually I parked outside of hotel but they charged me the parking fee unfortunately.

My stop between ferry terminal in Saint Malo and before driving in to Poland. Rooms nice and clean. Hotel was very quiet at the time of my staying. The rooms smelled of smoke, even although the hotel is non-smoking. I asked for another room and unfortunately that one was bad too! On the positive side the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We use this hotel every time we come here. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very central to both, Dortmund and Bochum. Friendly staff and service, very helpful.

Good low cost hotel clean and very nice staff but not being able to get cold water in your room when its 30 C and so hot in the room it's hard to sleep( no I couldn't open the window then it became VERY noisy)

This is a very good option for budget travelers. Hotel offers breakfast which taste good but the menu is same for everyday. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Though the room is small, it is clean and well maintained. Lot of food options are available in the nearby area. So one can definitely choose this hotel.

We booked this spot for a two-days-Training. Room and equipment just perfect. Service professional and friendly, Food well balanced and fresh. Will definitely come here again and can 100% recommend this place.

The rooms are simple but with a home like feel, good matrasses which is often a problem for me with my back, the breakfast felt classic German, simple but good. The only down side for us is the fact we had a room close to the stairs and at the bottom of the stair is a door whit a spring which slams shut, some dampening on the door with for example some pads would make this problem a lot better. Excellent location, great price & friendly staff. Our small dog was able to join us, which is always a bonus! The private parking had maybe 10 spots, our SUV fit just fine! Breakfast was buffet style and delicious!

Perfect location for Messe Halle, only a 10min walk. Our room was ok, very simple and clean. Breakfast was good. Multiple restaurants near by, our favorite was Mongo's and a sushi place about a 8min walk away. Very expesive rate per night during the Jagd&Hund Messe, double the usual rate!! Celebrated my son's wedding reception here.. The event house was perfect, the food was fantastic and the staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Ok hotel for 1-2 days, but not longer. Rooms are spacious, but there is no air-conditioning, refrigerator, iron board, water cooler or other things that is a must these days for a comfortable stay. Reception is in a tiny corner between restaurant and kitchen. This place has a lot of potential to be a good hotel if under right management.

Good little budget hotel, a bit worn and rough around the edges, but good size rooms and just about clean enough to spend a short time in central Dortmund. Lots of good amenities around and it's a very vibrant and diverse area.

A very nice and cozy place with all the essential things. Very close to city centre and has a bahn station right outside. Very nice and sweet staff made my stay very pleasant. The continental breakfast is very filling and tasty.

Clean and big rooms, super friendly staff. The hotel is located near a local supermarket and is within walking distance of Dortmund Center. If you come by car, you can park your car for free behind the hotel, which is a big plus. If you're staying in Dortmund, this is probably one of the better hotels for a smaller price.

Pretty cheap hotel for it's quality and service. Every level has a shared balcony with view on the parking area. Supermarket and small shops. I had a great time at the hotel, the staff were great, they were very helpful to me, they couldn't do enough for you. they are worth 20 out of 10 for friendliness and helpfulness. the place is kept very clean and the food is great. would recommend anyone to stay there, as I will again.

Very modern, new and very well located for the price. Cleanliness is also good, only storage space / surfaces (side table, desk, etc.) were missing in the room. In addition, there was a somewhat unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but this disappeared when the room was aired.

We booked this hotel last minute on the way to Poland. We only paid £40 a night and were pleasantly surprised with the standard of the hotel. Room was fairly clean, the bedding and towels were nice and fresh.Polite and friendly stuff. Very close to the transit motorway,so if you looking for a break in your journey this is the place. I had a good stay at this hotel. Rooms were a little dated but suited the building. Boasts sky tv but have very little channels. Breakfast buffet was a winner. Cold items were kept in fridges. Weirdly enough this is not the same for other German hotels that I have stayed in. Had a good nights sleep.

This gem of a place is located in the outskirts of Dortmund. The quality of food is very good with lots of Vegetarian options and salads. Their breads are awesome 👌

The food was very good indeed. The place seems frozen in time. Everything moves at a slow pace. So, if you are in a hurry and want a quick bite, this is probably not the place for you. If you have time and want a gourmet German meals, this is a great spot.
