A great hotel with great service and comfortable rooms! I felt very comfortable there! The proximity to the main train station, the subway and the city center is ideal! Everything is within 5 minutes' walk.

Very friendly staff, clean, modern ambience and a really delicious breakfast with a large selection. The mattress was very comfortable and perfect for my back. I would stay there again anytime.

A really great hotel, if not the best in Dortmund. Amazing service, comfortable beds and spacious, modern rooms invite you to linger and work. I always enjoy coming here and am always pleased with the friendly staff.

Overall, the stay at the hotel was very successful. What we didn't like was the lack of a night light in the bathroom. We had to go to the toilet in the dark because there was only one sliding glass door. The lighting was very bright and could not be changed. In addition, the mattresses were relatively hard.

Everything was very good: great location, reception staff, food variety at breakfast, new renovation. Except room cleaning: one day the girl forgot to put water, the other day - to add coffee. Once she did not take the trash and never vacuumed. For 4* hotel it should be done. am I not right?

The good: spacious rooms, balcony, close to city center (with car). The bad: no airco, no fridge, no kettle, paid coffee (coffee machine available in room, you have to buy coffee cups from the reception - 1.50 euro a piece). Parking is a mix: there are some parking spaces of the hotel, but the spaces are tight. Couldn't find an available spot each time, but enough free parking spaces on the street...

All the rooms have unique designs from Arabian nights to Shades of Grey. Most of them with a large golden bathtub and a steam bath/sauna in the room. Also a small balcony is part of the room. We would definitely go back and try some other room design.

Had booked on the same day and was astonished by the price. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but seems to have been renovated not too long ago (furniture, bathroom, walls). Very comfortable hotel and also close to Dortmund airport. The bed was really comfy, inside design is beautiful and the service you get is very good. The parking in the hotel courtyard is limited, however there is plenty of free parking on the curb side around the area. Overall good value for money, definitely recommended.

The room is nice and cozy, the breakfast is really nice and the people are quite welcoming. Only one weird thing happened: in 4 days being here not once was my room cleaned, didnt get any new towels and nothing. Otherwise if you are not shy and can ask for room service ita a nice place to stay

The room was very nice and clean, and the wifi worked well on the 2nd floor although without a very strong signal. The bathroom was of a weird design with little space in the toilet and shower area. Is it better? Im not sure. I guess it is a very subjective to judge. My booking was done wothout the use of a credit card and paid buy other means. I always enjoy staying at the Drees Hotel because the overall picture is very consistent. The staff is very friendly and polite, the food in the evening is very good and the day starts off perfectly with a great breakfast buffet. As a frequent traveler, I have no reason to complain. I can recommend everyone to stay here.

Very good hotel. The rooms are big enough, modernly furnished and very clean. If there are no more parking spaces in the yard, there is also the possibility of parking in the underground car park. Tried the pop-up beer garden for the European Football Championship and was very pleased. You sit comfortably, the service is attentive, the courtyard is well decorated with umbrellas and market stalls.

Quality hotel in a good B location. 10 minutes by car to Allianz Arena and Westfalenhallen and 10 minutes to the City

Positively surprised . Arrived late evening when dining area was already closed ,asked for any option on buying a tea. Consierge prepared 2 for me and my wife even that wasn't of his duties. Hospitality at the top level.

The room was spacious and clean, with excellent water pressure in the shower; my husband really enjoyed the bath. I have been disappointed by this hotel that was introduced to me as the "place to go" in Dortmund. While the restaurant was excellent with a very good service, the rooms revealed to be very basic and not at all at the expected level.

Fabulous location. Fantastic walk around the nearby wood. Helpful staff. Nice spa. New and well maintained amenities.Good unwind place in general. Needs improvement for international clients. Many board information are in german language only. Breakfast experience needs more. Hotel restaurant food is of cuisine quality but pricey.

Stayed here on our drive back to England from Poland. Clean and comfortable hotel well worth the price with free on-site parking. Attached restaurant caters to food allergies (gluten and dairy) and dogs are welcome and treated well (dog bowl and puppy treats in the room). LOVE this hotel. Will definitely stay again on our way through.

Position of a hotel is very good, if one is comming with a car. I think that a rooms are small, withouth a desk, where one can put his laptop to work or to read (book, newspaper or something else). One has literally a possibility to either be in bed or to get out of a hotel. Bed is confortable and big enough. Everything is new. We stayed here for 4 nights and it’s a lovely hotel. Each and every staff is helpful felt like home. The only disadvantage is that it’s far from the central station. While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. I have been a guest at this hotel for years and have always felt comfortable. Unfortunately, that has changed. The rooms are still OK, but some are pretty worn out. Breakfast is overpriced for the service! And the price shown when booking is not the final price, there is also 10% accommodation tax! You might as well include that! Parking costs money too, but half the parking lot is full of junk cars...

Easy to access as it is very close to a motorway exit, the hotel is nevertheless very quiet. The rooms are comfortable, particularly the bedding, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Recommended, value for money is very good

I recently stayed here for a week and have to say that the staff here are AMAZING!!! Ute was especially helpful. The full breakfast buffet is really good with lots of choice. I will miss the coffee. The hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep.

I stayed here for a week and found the hotel to be quite acceptable in nearly all regards. My room was small but that is not unusual in Europe particularly in the older style hotels, but it was clean and tidy. They lacked a room safe which wasn’t great. Very quiet hotel, the rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet is very good, could be less pork and more poultry sausage for those who do not eat pork. The night staff is very helpful when needed. I'll be back next weekend.

The hotel is really nice and the stuff is friendly. There are a few things that can be improved. Tv didn’t work in our room, and the only one solution was to switch the room. Also, even if the hotel is nearby the main road, you cannot hear anything. One big plus is that they have a charging station for electric cars.

Good location at Dortmund main station with underground parking (Alte Post) and not far from the city center. Good breakfast. All in all a good hotel if you need to go to the station or the city center.
