Where to stay in Dortmund

Very comfortable hotel and also close to Dortmund airport. The bed was really comfy, inside design is beautiful and the service you get is very good. The parking in the hotel courtyard is limited, however there is plenty of free parking on the curb side around the area. Overall good value for money, definitely recommended.

Maybe the best hotel middle class in Dortmund ! Very big spacious and comfortable room, it is very well thought out !The only thing they bothered me is that they don't have refrigerator, but the most of the middle class hotels in Germany don't have. I don't know why ))For the rest is very nice ! I recommend it!

Was here over the weekend with two friends, the room was clean and the staff was really nice. Great breakfast as well.

A very nice and cozy place with all the essential things. Very close to city centre and has a bahn station right outside. Very nice and sweet staff made my stay very pleasant. The continental breakfast is very filling and tasty.

Clean and big rooms, super friendly staff. The hotel is located near a local supermarket and is within walking distance of Dortmund Center. If you come by car, you can park your car for free behind the hotel, which is a big plus. If you're staying in Dortmund, this is probably one of the better hotels for a smaller price.

Pretty cheap hotel for it's quality and service. Every level has a shared balcony with view on the parking area. Supermarket and small shops. Be careful tho, some shops and banks around this area only take German cards. Room itself was clean except for the remote control. WiFi isn't super fast but it works. Good service, nice rooms, lovely breakfast. The price turned out cheaper and the beds/matrasses sleep wonderfull. I've been to this hotel before, I will be staying there again if I the time comes :)

Positively surprised . Arrived late evening when dining area was already closed ,asked for any option on buying a tea. Consierge prepared 2 for me and my wife even that wasn't of his duties. Hospitality at the top level.

Hotel is great for a overnight stay between travels. Next to the airport but cant hear the planes in the rooms. Easy to find, not far from the highway. Lots of parking space. Very good resort

I have been disappointed by this hotel that was introduced to me as the "place to go" in Dortmund. While the restaurant was excellent with a very good service, the rooms revealed to be very basic and not at all at the expected level.

Fabulous location. Fantastic walk around the nearby wood. Helpful staff. Nice spa. New and well maintained amenities.Good unwind place in general. Needs improvement for international clients. Many board information are in german language only. Breakfast experience needs more. Hotel restaurant food is of cuisine quality but pricey.

All round great experience. Food, service and accommodation very good. Dog friendly in rooms and restaurant.

Very good hotel. Staff is keen to help and make your stay enjoyable. Bar and restaurant are available. Parking is free of charge. Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and cleanliness is very good. Some of them have a small balcony. One of the best in Dortmund. Make sure you book it in advance cause can be busy, especially when football or fair is going on in the city.

Nothing so special

Room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very accommodating as our floor had no hot water for our entire stay and they made a plan to get us a hot shower. The breakfast is not worth the additional cost.

This gem of a place is located in the outskirts of Dortmund. The quality of food is very good with lots of Vegetarian options and salads. Their breads are awesome 👌

Great overnight stay, a bit noisy due to a busy street, about a 15-minute walk to the center, free parking at the hotel, the hotel is a bit in a slum Breakfast was also fine

It's really a value for money. 5m walk from Hauptbahnhof and good price with breakfast. I paid 60 Euros. Attention that is located in a dodgy area, if you are ok with that it's good value. Rooms are outdated and not very enhanced. Some dirty corners and shared areas even more dirty.

It looks and feels like an old rundown place. The carpet is pretty worn out. The furniture looked quite old. Room was small. Just enough for two chairs and a very small table. Everything was somewhat clean. Found some hair in the bathroom. Reception is open until 10pm,after that you have to open the door yourself with your room key. Room key is huge... Reasonable. Receptionist looked miserable on arrival. No lifts in the property so obviously had to use the stairs. Rooms were quite small, no air conditioning or fans and so the windows had to remain open. The main street was very noisy and so found it difficult to sleep. Coffee machine in each room, but you have to pay 1 euro per pod and use a plastic cup. Shower and toilet had sliding doors...

The best hotel we have ever booked in Dortmund. The person who worked there was even able to speak Netherlands, polish and English and did very well in preparing the breakfast.

Room: My room was not bad at all. I had a big bed and had a lot of space for all my clothes. Quietness: The room was facing the street but the zone is vere quite and I slept very well. Bathroom: toilet and shower were splitted and divided from the bedroom by floor to ceiling sliding doors. toilet was ok. Shower was big but not easy to get in and out due to few space left. Cozy little hotel at a convenient location close to public transport. The rooms are well sized and well equipped. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and eager to help out anytime. Unfortunately there is no elevator and they seem to have issues with their credit card machine quite frequently. Overall a nice choice of hotel in downtown Dortmund. Definitely great value for money!

I have work this hotel 4 week as a practice (Heißt in Deutschland Pratikum ) I have really good time here specially Herr Westermeier he is such a awesome and kind person I ever meet in Germany and there housekeeping staff they are just amazing I just sheare my experience beacause it is more important for me how they care for there staff and it is totally same case for guest also when they not care...

Only stayed there for one night at the weekend for the Comic Con right around the corner but I had a great time. Simple check in, no problems with adding breakfast to our reservation (we had a room for three people) and a small but yet comfortable room. WiFi, TV and a small bathroom were all included, the breakfast in the community room downstairs was very good! Will definitely come back for another...

Good place for one or two nights. Next to the stadium an congress hall. If you like hard mattresses it you place but if you prefer soft mattresses you shouldn't stay longer then two nights. The breakfast is good for that price... Nothing special but some fresh fruits and buns.

Good location, Garage 9€ a day,No coffee maker in the room, bed is great. Only the essential equipment and needs are there.

Everything was very good: great location, reception staff, food variety at breakfast, new renovation. Except room cleaning: one day the girl forgot to put water, the other day - to add coffee. Once she did not take the trash and never vacuumed. For 4* hotel it should be done. am I not right?

The best breakfast with wide kinds of foods (muesli, yogurts, dried fruits, nuts, sausages, pancakes, bacon, sweets, coffee, tea, juices, salmon, cheeses, Hamon, eggs (fried, omelet and boiled), jams, fruits, beans, roaster vegetables.... There were clean in all territory in the hotel. The best Wi-Fi. The location is good. 5 minutes to the shopping street and ancient center, 5-7 minutes...

We stayed here couple nights. It’s a good hotel. Some stuff is old. The bed is ok. The breakfast is great and rich. There is a sauna and a pool. But the pool was under renovation. There is no fridge in the room, which is not convenient. Otherwise, the room is well equipped. The parking lot is too small. Once we found the cover on the floor after room cleaning. The staff is friendly.

Close to stadium During euro 2024 barely visible sings that roads will be shut. Front desk didn't bother remind the visitors about closing the area no way in and out using car.

Situated right next to the arena of the bvb club. You have a great view of the arena from the windows. The hotel is also very close to a congress center and subway station. The service was nice and the rooms are well maintained. The beds where okay although nothing special. Parking shouldn't be a problem if there aren't any big events happening around.

I was here for 3 days and the staff is welcoming.They do whatever for clients to feel like their homes.At morning,it has a lot of varieties to eat.I'm so pleasant about this hotel.I hope to back again!
