Brand new and very well maintained in a prime location. Very friendly welcome from the owner, who is rightly proud of his young company and who gave me a very friendly introduction. I hesitated a little to give a rating in the hope that this would remain "my" insider tip 😊
I had a great 5 day stay in the apartment. The host was incredibly forthcoming when I needed to change my reservation on a short notice and did his best to accommodate me. I was able to do remote work without too many problems, the place is huge and was clean as well. The kitchen was fully equipped, meaning I could comfortably cook every day. All in all highly recommended
Very enjoyable stay. - Rooms offer everything that is needed. - Inventory completely new. - There is a garage. Highly recommended, the host was very nice and available at any time.
Well I am gonna let it in English as it's like my primary language . I was totally surprised by the professionalism and the quality services what I get . I've been to many serviced apartments but so far pm-am they are the best . In my opinion the another ones they should take exemple . Here I have been put first and not my money . Thank you again . The PM-AM apartment is an absolute top address in Dortmund. My L-size apartment made me feel like I was at home. You have enough space with a perfectly furnished ambience. I would like to thank the operators again. You made the long stay really pleasant for me.

The rooms are very clean. and new. there is a parking lot if you come back late at night, they are all full if there are people, but you have to put it closer. Next to a supermarket and a cafe.. by car you are in the center of Dortmund in 20 minutes
The apartments are very clean and modern, the location is perfect, all shops are within walking distance, it takes 5 minutes to get to the city center with the RE3. Definitely recommendable. Many thanks to Daniel Michel for his help and humanity!
